Very kind, patient and understanding Social Service employees. It takes an extremely tolerant individual to do thier job. Increase in wages is long overdue.

You try to call morning or afternoon they do t close til 5 they say they can’t get to your call and hang up

Was on phone with a lady to do my interview she just hung up on me didn’t say hello or anything to see if I was phone she didn’t call until after 5 so I guess that’s why she was quick to get off phone

I had to take someone else there to visit. I guess it went OK.

Cant ever get through to talk to anyone. And when they returned my call it was 630 in the morning.

You will sit in this establishment for hours. The front desk lady has no clue what she is doing like she is lost. Also I have yet to see over three people working with cases but you here like 15 in the back laughing and carrying on. They need better employees and faster response times. They also lost my paperwork three times so they need to be hiring.

Not only is it just one lady working here (poor thing), the waiting room is crawling with people, children, and most definitely germs, but some seriously questionable people where there too. One lady even hit my car in the parking lot WHILE I was in it, then had the audacity to get out start jotting my car, yelling at me, and taking pictures telling me I would pay for any damages. So be careful folks.

I dont live in this state any more and needed a replacement card. Called this number as well as the pay online number. I was on hold for a total of 2 hours. And to make it worse I called everyday of the week with no answer. is I could give negative stars I will. Terrible service absolute TRASH.

Try a bit more friendliness. Its bad enough to need benefits but for people to be so rude and cold on top of it is just unnecessary.

Never send you paper work they claim to send. Then you finally get a paper stating you havent returned your REI paper work so youre losing your benefits, and youre on DIALYSIS.... OMG. All REI paper work should be sent CERTIFIED MAIL, at least that way youre sure to get these IMPORTANT PAPERS. IF YOU CALL THE 1855# YOU SHOULD GET AN OPTION TO HAVE A CALL BACK AND NOT HAVE TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL OFFICE AND RAISE HELL LIKE I AM ABOUT TO DO.

Filled out paperwork for food stamps last week. They never turned in my paperwork and I have to do it all over again. Thanks a lot. Dont go to this one, youll be wasting your time. Theres another one at 1209 E walnut. Im going to that one next since these people dont know how to do their jobs.

This division of the system is the worst. These are the worst people in the world for what they are doing to families, children and fathers. This department needs shut down for good.

I sat for over an hour waiting .. with the restroom out of order and children there ....then talked to someone for only 5 minutes and then pushed out the door... My mother worked for dfs for almost 15 years .. and this is just ridiculous here !! Need better coordinating for sure !

I hate this building and everyone in it. Theyll lose your paperwork and not tell you everything you need to bring in. Oh, youll ASK if thats everything they need, and theyll tell you, Yes, but theyre lying to your face. Beware!If you should happen to be in a domestic violence situation, DONT COME HERE! Theyll give you the number for the womens shelter and send you on your merry way. Concussed from a punch to the head? No problem! Just go away!

It really shouldnt be this hard to find a fax number for a government office. Call and you get no where. Cant find it on the website. Youd think youd be able to find it right away considering how hard they ride you about getting something in on a deadline so your case doesnt get closed.

Those people does not care too much and do not give guid line for people who need help with filling application. Got in there last time at 4:25 pm and when asked for help , the worker said we were closed. Really !!!! . It is ridiculous . .......... Wait!! Why I am writing this review?? Who cares !!?
