Stayed at one of their apartments for over 2 years. Only left to buy my own house. They are incredibly easy to work with and are very attentive to any issues that I had (which was only 1). Would definitely recommend

Signed a two-year residential lease with STR. It was an excellent experience. WIlson was always available and answered my questions. Never had a problem with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

I lived in apartment 201 for a year while on an externship and could not have been happier. The apartments were quiet, clean, spacious and maintenance was performed at good timing. The water pressure was great and in-unit washer/dryer worked well. Having an elevator made moving in and moving out so easy and garage parking was possibly my favorite feature.The location is a 45 second walk to D. Rowe’s, Walgreens, Hoss’s Market and about a mile drive to a variety of restaurants, gas stations and a Hyvee along with a Schnucks grocery store and more an organic local grocery store I do not recall the name of. Forum Nature Conservation Area is a mile away which is also a parking lot to the MKT trail. The Nature Conservation Area is full of deer and a ton of birds, especially cardinals and eastern bluebirds. You will see plenty of people walking their dogs along the trail and about a mile west down the MKT is a lake for fishing next to a fenced dog park that is pretty social during spring, summer and fall.Club Village is in a safe suburban-esque area and is just a 10 minute drive/Uber from downtown Columbia. If I could have stayed in Columbia, I would have renewed my lease.SilverTree was professional, approachable and never showed up unannounced.
