I was told I could cancel at ANY TIME, when I called to cancel, I have to pay a penalty. PLUS the person on the phone continued to talk over me, and wouldnt listen. I will write a review on any and ALL places I see this company advertising. They are a crook. I have paid $250.00, and no one has come out to spray. Girl on the phone said sometime in October. So Im thinking this is going to costs $200 for one spraying.RIP OFF

The service was exceptional from his greeting, listening to our concerns, gathering the facts about the concerns raised, and providing a systematic approach to the root causes. We were referred to Phenom by our friends. To date, we have only great things to say. Each technician displayed professionalism and clear knowledge of their craft. Had our first treatment today and Trace was awesome. He was right on time, TOOK his time and walked through our home room by room, addressing each area we requested. I gave four stars because we have yet to see the results but Im pleased with day one!

Pleasant and professional staff. This was a quarterly service and I had called the office about a certain area of concern and they put it on my reference sheet. My serviceman brought it up and we talked about it and he focused on it. They are very concerned on customer focus and exceed on it. Great staff!!

Phenom Pest Service is a very customer friendly business. They are easy to work with to schedule and reschedule appointments so I can be home if need be to do the inside of my home. Making additional requests or areas for them to address is never a problem, their technicians work to address all your homes insecticide needs. I would strongly recommend this company. I have had bad experiences with other insecticide companies.

The sales person got me to sign a one year contract for full service outside treatment for spiders, ants, other crawling bugs. The ants continue to enter my house even after several calls to come back and treat again.I canceled the contract because of the ants not being able to be exterminated around my property. They charged me $200 to cancel. I don’t think that’s fair because they didn’t do their job. Be ware of the fast talking salesman.

So far so good. They offer good service for a reasonable price and I love that they come back out to your home when needed.

They scammed me. I got into a contract with them. They say that they will spray for mosquito and called it pest control in the contract. I wrote in the contract Spray good for mosquito around the home and pool and back patio. Spray for ants and spiders. When I called to complain about the mosquitoes eating me alive in my patio they said that I had purchased the pest protection and not the mosquito spray. They tried to get me to pay double what i was paying to get what I actually wanted. They are scammers. I would never recommend them

This company went above and beyond performing the typical service of spraying to rid bugs (ants, spiders, thousand legs, etc.) they actually prepped our home by cleaning the exterior of our home of any webs, dead bugs, etc. from the roof gable of our 2-story home, down to the foundation to ensure we received the best results.

They came out the day after I called them and treated every area they saw ants. However the ants keep coming back. They are now in our guest room. With the continued raining were thinking that is playing a role in it but so far were still seeing ants... not sure when our next scheduled treatment is supposed to be.

Myself and many of my neighbors received knocks on our doors after 7pm on a week night, to be burdened by a young sales person on a hoverboard that would not stop talking after I insisted 4 times that I was not interested.Soliciting sales after 5pm is illegal in the state of Maryland. There is now a no soliciting sign in my yard and I will be calling the County Sheriff the next time he visits.There are better sales tactics. Interrupting me while I am eating dinner with my family is NOT the way to do it.

Tucker was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the product. Trace was on time and came out to spray the very same day. He was pleasant as well and did a thoroughjob exterminating the property inside and out.

We have had Phenom for a little over a year now, can’t say I have had any issue with them. I have called on a few occasions and they have sent one of their team members within a week to take care of the issues. Today I had someone come out and take care of 2 wasp nests that were forming, they took down both nests, and sprayed my entire house again to make sure nothing comes back.

Had a representative from Phenom stop by my house multiple times over a two day period, claiming that my neighbor had told them that I was interested in their services. This wasnt true and I told the rep I dont like being lied to. Not a great way to do business; just be honest and let your product or service speak for itself.

The Mosquitoes division of this service is the very best!!!! Five Star Service! I would recommend them to everyone.

Isaiah from Phenom showed up and applied various solutions around the perimeter of the house, deck, and windows. He also used some ant bate for an area he noticed on the side of the house. He did an excellent job with the application, and asking and answering all questions.

Very pushy young man on a hoverboard stopped by my house recently and tried to get me to sign up. Claimed that many of my neighbors had signed on with this company (they had not). He had no written materials to provide and asked if I couldnt just trust [him]. I said I was not interested. Today I opened my garage to find a huge swarm of termites at the door. I have never had termites before. Im very suspicious about the timing of this infestation and Phenom is the last company I will use to deal with it. Im going to ask my neighbors who said No to check their garages as well.

Salesman of this company cheated me by saying theres no contract and he made me sign a contract for one year in his ipad and I just signed trusting him later contract was emailed which had 1 year contract which cannot be cancelled. I called their office requesting cancellation but they refused to cancel the service or pay $150 cancellation charges. These people try to cheat to get contracts so be careful if they approach the neighborhood.

My mother used them and all she wanted was for the mosquitos to be sprayed. They sold her on something else and didn’t tell her mosquitos were not included. When she called to complain they rolled her it would be double what she was paying to get rid of the mosquitos. They scammed her and I will never be using them.

Came by the house and wanted me to sign up for a $400 service call right away. The company and service did sound great but the sales man didn’t have any information to leave me so I could look it over. Not even a business card. That made me not sign up bc it just seemed odd. Also, kept pushing for me to sign up and have someone come out right away.
