I feel Al did a good job. Would have felt better if he’d had a helper because two eyes are better than one. Also it was a really big jog 6 bedrooms family room living room and den I’m sure he was exhausted before he got finished and we all know we start taking short cuts. Not saying he did. Two people would have added to my confidence He was through to the best of my knowledge and very pleasantToo soon to tell if job was a success

We got a difficult to understand automated call on the answering service a day ahead of a scheduled visit.We rearranged the days activities to accommodate the specified time widow.The technician called at the end of the time window as we were preparing to continue our rescheduled agenda.We were not able to wait due to prior commitments.The technician said that he would call the next time he was in the area.We need to have a reliable appointment arranged several days in advance.If this is not done we will find other options. -Rob Ahrens-

They were polite and courteous. They even sprayed somethings so that I would not have to wash them later. One person left a cigarette but on my drive way. I do not let anyone smoke on my property.

I dont know man, I lived 8n the country ally younger life till I was 24. I got bitten, stung, rashes but, I have never had this bug. it was a tiny nuisance. its hard not to scratch I was covered in red sores from opening the bumps. I had no clue what it was, doctors didnt know they assumed I was hallucinating or something to do with medical marijuana. Orkin came out and looked real fast and didnt see anything, but wanted to talk us into buying a service, later when he left I pulledy bed out from the 2qll to vacuum agien and there was bugs on the wall dead because I sprayed a concentrated dose of permethrine pesticides over EVERYTHING for 4 days beforehand. still have no clue what it is but its gone for now...

I found evidence of termites for the first time after living here six years. Kent and Wayne made time to Inspect the same day I called. After a thorough inspection and explanation of services, a schedule was made. Al and Taylor arrived on time and began the daunting task of clearing and vacuuming my attic. Even though the temperature in the attic was over a hundred degrees, they persevered until the job was completed. Day two Tyler arrived to treat and insulate the attic. Again at over a hundred degrees he kept at it until it was done. Tyler was always upbeat about the job he was doing and made sure to complete everything that was contracted to complete. Back again on the next scheduled day Tyler finished treating my house and out buildings in the same professional manner. I am fully satisfied with all of the work done and the experience with Orkin. Thanks to everyone involved.

Originally overbilled for 8 months. Gave refund for half the overcharge and set the future billing correct . I found it odd that they didnt offer to refund the entire overcharge.

Had Orkin, check the outside of house for any signs of pests and none were found and had the inside of the house sprayed getting ready for fall. Found no issues so I was happy. The tech was very knowledgeable about to look for and informed me of things to watch out for.

We had a wonderful technician come out he joked around and was very responsive to our questions he answered everything we asked. He was the nicest when it came to our money situation we were having a little bit of money problems with our card acting up and he stayed very patient the whole time!

I really think that the people weve had to talk to have been extremely friendly. They can do just about anything all the way from dealing with bugs to fixing our house. I definitely will recommend to others.

My fiance and i originally called them because of some very aggressive wasp like insects (all black, yellow legs) that were nested on our back deck. My fiance is allergic so we couldnt even use our back deck all summer. But they came out and sprayed inside and out for spiders, ants, crickets, ect., as well as spraying for wasps outdoors. They even clean up whatever nests they knock down! The price was also much cheaper than i expected & they guarantee their services or theyll come back and redo them for free.My advice, call Orkin!!

We called Orkin due to our yard treatments and Next Guard for our pets just didn’t seem to be working properly. So we needed to see if calling I’m a specialist would help our situation. Also we had a tenant infest our rental property with fleas.The technician was great and very nice. He explained everything.The phone call that scheduled our apt was a bit confusing, I will say that. The lady said the service came with the home treatment along with a yard treatment. So we thought finally a pest control that’s not over priced! When our tech arrived he let us know it was only for our home and our rental property interior, no exterior. Other than the mix up everything was done nicely. He did go and treat where our dog uses the bathroom to help us out. He’s a great guy. We are very happy with Orkin and our awesome tech!

Multiple days of heavy rain brought mice into our home here in Northeast Missouri. Upon sightings we called several pest companies that had future dates but no same day availabilities but Orkin. They came that day a few hours later. Within a few days we not only received help with the elimination of pest control they were able to assess other unknown to us problems that needed to be taken care of right away. An inspector came within 24 hours. Within 72 hours after the inspection a plan was in place and the team that came out to complete the work were swift and efficient. They promptly showed up on time and worked consistently throughout the day. We were very impressed with the knowledge and recommendations from there team throughout the whole process. We would recommend the Orkin office employees based out of Columbia Missouri to all of our friends and family in need of long and short term pest control.

He also checked out our attic and chimney areas (which I know is a pain, but he said it was no problem at all, and his checks made us feel better). They sprayed down our whole hotel for a great price. They were quick and efficient.

Good experience, especially since the fleas were killed first treatment! My local office offered a plan that worked for me. A little mishap with communication between the national line and local line but they made it all good. Liked the technicians too. Very close to 5 stars.

Carl is always friendly and professional. When we call he always tries to get us in as soon as possible. We have worked with Carl for many years and he is terrific. You couldnt ask for a nicer guy!! Give that man a raise!

Last year I found myself over ran by mice. They literally took over my house in the week I was gone on vacation. Before I left I saw two and killed then. Feeling victorious I left assured I was mouse free. Wrong. I came back to a mouse house.I began trying to kill them but they were out smarting me at every turn! By the time I had killed about 10, I called the Orkin man and began my daily mouse journal on my Facebook page. You couldnt get to my house for a while. I dont remember how long but you were faster than anyone else. Before you came, I had killed 42 mice in various ways. Yes. I outsmarted them. I trapped 3 on one of those sticky traps a few times. Very amusing to me. How stupid was that for them.You were here twice maybe and the mice were almost completely gone. Now I dont find any more droppings or any trace of them. Go Orkin!By the way....i just love your technician David. Hes the one who took care of my problem. Hes also the friendliest and most professional exterminator Ive ever met and Ive met my share.

My scheduled time was between 8 and 12 and the representative got there around 9! However, they were out of some products and said they’d be back; however, they have not showed back up or contacted me. That upsets me a little.

I received courteous professional Service. Very thorough at placing traps and injecting the termite control.

Going with Orkin has been the worst experience. You can’t schedule appointments for days you want them, they schedule them for you and you receive a call the day before that says you need to be at your house for a 3 hour time span. I have stated multiple times that appointments have to be after 4:00 and someone always puts a note in the system to reflect that but it never works out that way. Gentleman came yesterday and sprayed the inside and outside. I watched as he sprayed the outside and he did one tiny spot and then left. Can’t wait for this contract to be up and go with another company. Should have done more research, shame on me. Reviews of others I know that have used them have all had horrible experiences.

Everyone is always friendly. I have their quarterly service. Love that they come out and treat intermittent problems at no additional charge. Usually able to get on the schedule within a day or 2. I live in a wooded area. So, this type of service works for me.

Advised I had serious mouse infestation and need lots more glue traps (small and more refills for large). Mice had eaten through my heating ductwork. I called for preventative issues and they came out the very next day. David was very informative explained everything he would be doing, assured me the products are safe. I feel very comfortable letting David in my home when we are not there and i think that is very big in this day and time.

David is a very nice and kind man but a little too chatty. He is not as thorough as Carl. He still is knowledgeable about the subject matter though and Ive never had any issues save for sugar ants in the spring and summer.

Each technician has followed through with personal requests that we have. The biggest request is to be conscience of our special needs kiddo and the fact he puts everything in his mouth. And my biggest worry was if we would have to smell chemicals for treatment and I truly do not. They treat our home for ants and mosquitos. We live more than an hour away from Columbia, mo and they travel to us.

They do the job! They get rid of the pests guaranteed. I tried another company first because they were 1/2 the cost but they did not guarantee their work and did not get rid of the pests so I spent that 1/2 more than I would have so learn from me just go with Orkin the first time and be done with the pests! Because if you don’t you will be paying all that money to another company for nothing but your inconvenience!
