Although I am a new customer I am totally impressed with their service and professional treatments. They dont try to charge you for every thing separately they just do the job they were hired to do. Kurtis Watts and his partner today were pleasant, on time, and very efficient. I also am impressed with the quality of the products they used. There is no residue smell. I am glad I switched.

I called to have a reservice completed after having multiple encounters with spiders. Although, I never received a callback, the company quickly sent someone out 3 business days later. I do enjoy having this company take care of my pest control, but I gave them 3 stars for two reasons.1) The technician failed to perform the task that he stated were completed in his post service notes2) The spray process was a little messy. The spray nozzle was draining and dripping all across the wooden floor as he moved from one area to the next.I do recommend this company, but make sure you are receiving the service as expected. The technicians are always very nice.

Timothy (CDPC) came out to my home Wednesday for my quarterly and was so professional. His customer service was through the roof and he kept me informed during gods whole process while ensuring my needs were met and I was satisfied with the service. He returned today to spray for mosques, I requested a different day for it was due to rain, and he was just as open and transparent as when he came on Wednesday. A great person all around and very Attentive to his job and the am satisfaction of the client. 10/10

Patrick Frye was so professional and nice! He loved on our dog while he was here too and our dog loved him. He was thorough and make sure every little corner and crevice got sprayed. We use Clear Defense for bugs/pests and mosquitoes. The main word to describe the company is - professional. They are always in marked vehicles and have identifiable logos on their shirt. They do a through job and clearly explain each treatment that is done. Mikey Armstrong sprayed for mosquitoes today. He heard our dogs so made sure to let us know not to let them outside for at least an hour. He also said to be careful with the kids, that some are sensitive to fresh treatments. I appreciated his thoroughness and keeping us informed.

Been having roaches for awhile now. I tried Orkin once, they charged me $80 just to tell me my “options”, didn’t even spray. I kept trying to do it myself with the bug spray you can get at Home Depot, but just wasn’t working. So gave up and googled exterminators. Clear Defense was the only company with 5stars, with hundreds of reviews. So decided I’ll try them out. Super nice on the phone, very detailed. Today is the 1st visit with them and I was greeted with the general manager, head technician Curtis, and Bill. All 3 of them are really friendly guys. They listen to you, they explain everything and if you don’t understand something they will go more in depth to help you understand. I like the fact that they have a quarterly payment option. Bill is a very nice guy, very detailed about what he’s doing and what he’s about to do. Saw a dead roach an analyzed it and found it was an American Roach. Explained about it to me. Did a great job spraying everything and explaining everything he did etc. I will be recommending this company to friends and families. 5/5.

They were very courteous, meticulous, and did a thorough job getting rid of the many spiders on all areas of the windows (sills and above).I was very pleased with their terrific service and am writing this review as I think they each deserve a tip for their cordial attitude and excellent service.They also sprayed the yard for mosquitoes. It was an extremely hot day and they had a pleasant smile on their faces from the time they arrived til they left.

This company is truly world-class! The technicians that came to my house, John B and Patrick were super friendly and professional. They did a great job going through our house both inside and out to inspect for and remove any insects and apply the spray to kill them and defend the house against more. ClearDefense is the best! Weve had them for about two years and we havent had ANY pest problems since we partnered with them. Justin literally just finished our quarterly treatment and also applied a mosquito/ant treatment. We used to have a pretty big spider problem in our house, but again, no spiders inside since we started using ClearDefense. The price is very fair for what they provide.Another thing about this company is every technician weve had out to the house has been an absolute pleasure to speak with. WOW! Absolutely fantastic company. Last night 6/22/21 we received a knock on our door from Danny, who helped get us set up with a pest control plan. We had already planned on getting one but did not know where to start. Danny helped walk us through our options and everything it covered, and we were sold! At noon on 6/23/21 I signed the contract and at 1pm there was already a technician at my door! Mikey, the technician, was extremely nice, respectful, and very thorough. They have much more affordable rates than the last company we’ve tried and everyone has been super nice and accommodating so far. By far the best pest control company in Columbia. We had another company and had recurrent issues. Not only was clear defense more affordable, they did three times the work for pest control. Jack Pain was the guy that came to our door and he was professional, not pushy, and most importantly sold their strengths and did not degrade the competition. We’ve had another company come to our door and were turned off by the salesperson constantly putting down our current service (even though we were unhappy with them).
