Watch for hidden fees. Company will not talk to you and will keep charging after you have cancelled your contract. Terrible company.

The building management and maintenance has been going down hill. There are HVAC issues, water leaks, and electrical issues and no maintenance is being done to fix them. I used to love renting from here everything was handled pretty quickly in the past but in the last year things have went down quick. I have taken my concerns to the center staff and posted them through the website and nothing is being done to fix the issues. My understanding is that the local staff has no say anymore to be able to get the maintenance tickets placed and people from 2+ hours away have no clue what is going on here. I will update this should things change as I said up until the past year Ive enjoyed being here and have highly recommended it for small businesses.Update: Two months have passed and the space has only declined. Now we are to be billed for items that werent in the agreement. In addition there is no longer a cleaning services in place because Regus is behind and wont pay the cleaning company. Also most days there is a bad sewer smell in the lobby and halls. At this point Im recommending to people interested in a space like this to check out the other locations in Columbia that offer this type of set up. I used to refer this place with no problem but with the current management in place I just cant do that.

I have gone to this place before today (for the past 2 years) but today was likely the worst experience Ive had at a hair salon. I made my appointment a week in advance and per usual, notified I had curls. My regular hair stylist was unavailable. I was essentially denied service because I have ethnic hair. They stated they did not have enough time and did not feel comfortable with my hair. I asked if I could speak to management and they couldnt give me a name. They said theyre working on building stylist. I informed them I would never be coming back. Please, go somewhere else.

The office staff and the facilities are nice for any visitors. I would never recommend renting or purchasing space here solely due to the atrocious billing system that Regus has in place. Regus has everything EXCEPT the customers needs in mind when it comes to a user friendly billing experience. Think online payments will be easy...think again. Think that you wont have surprise charges every month....think again. Regus has a monopoly in Columbia, MO which gives me no other options for a personal month to month office rental space. I guess that means they can do whatever they want. I do not blame the workers at this particular location, it is solely a corporate issue.

I would recommend this place to anyone. I love the staff and the location is perfect for my business. The prices are in my range and my clients love it here.Thanks!

Every time I come to Columbia I use an office here.The staff are very friendly and its always a wonderful place to work when I am in town.I would highly recommend Regus in Columbia

While the local employees are fantastic, the corporate offices / billing practices leave a lot to be desired.Reviling Chudsucker is the only phrase that can really describe the inconvenience of the surprise charges, the lack of consistency, and the constant annoyance that paying month to month becomes.

Excellent price point, excellent service. Exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed,I paid up front voluntarily for 3 months during the summer, and I was told I get my deposit back immediately from Adam.Its already December, 4 months later, and no check. Its small, but Im still disappointed when any company treats their customers this way.
