Sorry but Regis gets an F. I had my office here for about five years and ever since Regis bought out the previous owner a few years ago the service has been on the steady decline and the prices have been on the steady incline. Wow the receptionist are great the upper level management is completely unresponsive to any request of its tenants. Please steer clear of this place you’ll thank me 1000 times
We were a customer at Regus of Columbia for our contracted 12month period. Almost every month I had to call because I was expecting mail and Regus let it sit in our mail box. Our account preferences since Day 1 were to immediately send mail each day, that never happened. Next, we were charged for postage on mail that was never sent on 5 of the 12 months we had a contract for. Each of these 5 situations required a phone call on my end to correct, sometimes 2 if my promised followup call never happened. Lastly, I sent my cancellation request in on June 12 and Regus still auto enrolled me for another year. They stated they never received my cancellation request until the looked and then found it. I have had to make roughly 30 phone calls to Regus for handling business poorly I do not and will not recommend their services to anyone else. Such a great idea but so poorly executed.
