I had a very very good experience with them. the nice lady that did my nails was incredibly sweet. the atmosphere is very welcoming and looks really nice. for a gel set was a little pricey but i think it will pay off for how nice they look and how long they last.

Reign Nails just took over the Amy Nails in Forest Acres. I came into a beautifully renovated and updated nail salon. David gave me a dip powder full set and gel pedicure. He was very meticulous and professional. I love my nails so much. This salon uses pedicure liners now and work very hard to keep the salon sanitary. I really recommend these new owners.

I absolutely love Kimberly and David. They have remembered my name from day one and they make me feel like family. Every time I go in there they pick up the conversation right where it left off- they truly care. I have had three dip manicures and gel pedicures and they have all lasted for three weeks- the only reason I have to go back in is because my nails are so long! They take their time, do it right and CARE about the people coming in. LOVE LOVE LOOOVE this place and can not recommend enough

I’ve gotten a few manicures here and they’ve been amazing! My nails have lasted perfectly for 3 weeks with no chips on the dip or breakage, which is crazy because I work with my hands like all day! Highly recommend Kimberly and her salon.

What a shame that old reviews are still posted for a shop that is under new management and ownership. The most recent reviews prove that this is now place to go to for your nail services etc. The establishment is clean and neat and the staff make it an enjoyable experience. Very Charismatic staff. I was complimented by many on my outfit. Definitely a more relaxed environment than other nail salons in Columbia. Also, a very kid friendly place. A very kind woman did my eyebrows perfectly. Gentle and professional eyebrow work. My mother Georgia is a regular here, and I am now a regular! Kind, funny, awesome staff. I believe the woman who did my eyebrows was Maggie, she also does eyelashes for my mother.

I went with the 10 year old I babysit. I got a gel polish and she got a regular polish on her feet and hands. We were done at the same time and charged the same amount. The gel polish was super over charged to just get the polish. We didn’t even make it to the car before we both had five complaints each. Neither one seemed to care or be interested in our business.

Went here for cluster lashes for my wedding day and couldnt of been happier with the decision! Affordable, friendly, and quick service and I got so many compliments on my lashes. Had them done two days prior to my wedding and had a little mishap with them on day two. Went by and Maggie took me right away and fixed the issue for me free of charge. They looked beautiful on my wedding day and lasted days after!

Did not have a welcoming atmosphere, traveling from out of state and my daughter and I stopped in. Four workers present . Two doing nails and 2 doing pedicures. After sitting and waiting 20 min. asked if we could soak while we wait. We were told no chair available and we actually were looking at 2 spaces chairs vacant. I politely questioned it and lady proceed to say no all chair taken. WILL NEVER STOP IN THERE AGAIN !! Just rude.

Ok guys...Im sorry to have to rescind my good review of this business, but I feel like I need to warn you. Positives first: the owner is very sweet, most of the techs are professional and do a good job, my first two gel sets lasted a long time and looked great. Also, their services are inexpensive. Negatives: color selection is limited, I had hoped out of the ones they had, I could find what I was looking for, but could not. I was limited on time so I settled for a different color. This time I had the same tech as my last visit. Last time was great, and my color lasted a long time, just barely started to lift around the edges at the 2 week mark, which for me is typical. This time, the tech had to resoak my nails because the gel did not want to completely lift. After soaking 30 min, she seemed to suddenly become rushed, as more people were coming in at lunch. She used tools to force the gel off my nails. I told her it hurt and she said she was sorry, then was a little more gentle, but yall. The gel ripped the top layer of most of my nails. I have never had anyone tear my nails up like this. I couldnt take a picture, obviously, and though I know I had every right to stop the visit, unfortunately I didnt. The gel turned out ok and looks pretty smooth, but she also repaired a rip in one of them that has already cracked and snagged again. Just be careful, and put your foot down of something isnt right! Dont stay if a manicure is going bad! I wont be going back to them.

I only visited this place because it was recommended by a friend. Her eyebrows were very well done and this is the place she told me to go. I was only going there for my eyebrows but decided that I would go ahead and get a manicure and pedicure while I was there. I was leaving town the next day and was pushing for time and did not have time to visit my usual place. I should have stuck with my normal place I went to. I walked in and the girl greeted me and asked what I was getting. I told her and proceeded to get the color I wanted. Then the problem starts. The girl who was getting ready to do my feet did not greet me at all. I had to make her speak. She had this attitude as if she did not want to work that day. I am sorry you should have stayed home if you did not want to work. She was not at all personable like the service I am used to. I asked her about the eyebrows and that I was very particular about mine. She stated that they all do them in there. But she then says well let me ask Amy so it will not be a problem. OK fine. This tells me you are not confident in your skills. She asks the girl and comes back and says I have to make an appointment. My response was I will just go somewhere else and get them done. Not only that she does not know how to do pedicures. I do not know where they get their training, but she needs to go back and try again. This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have had in my entire life. She was not professional at all and had this attitude the whole entire time. She had the nerve to ask if I was going to get a manicure. I just paid for my pedicure and left. She was very unprofessional and does not need to be working with the public at all. She did not apologize at all for her actions. However the other lady that greeted me was apologizing for her. She wanted to make things right. I applaud her for that, but the other girl needs her attitude adjusted and return back to customer service training. I wish I knew her name but she is the only Blonde chic, with short hair, with an attitude, being lazy working in there. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! If you do beware of her. She is easy to spot out. She is the BLOB with the attitude!

Very friendly and clean.

My mom and I went for mani/pedis today. The lady who did my moms pedi was lovely and kind and really took her time. However, the woman who did both of our manicures and my pedicure was rushing and a bit rude and not personable at all. I started my pedi after my mothers started and was done and then sitting for a good 15 minutes waiting on my moms to get done because her lady was taking her time and really giving my mom the whole experience. Satisfied with the treatment my mom got but disappointed with my personal experience.

Best nail salon in town

My nails were chipping a day after I got them done. Plus my polish was chipping off two days after they were done. I had to return several days for them to fix them.

About the worst pedicure Ive ever had..even when I asked for her to scrub more, trim etc wont return.

Whatever you do , do NOT get a brow wax here. They ruined my eyebrow. The complete first half is gone. I dont even want to show my face outside
