Ive been to Posh many times and honestly, the service depends on the person you get. A few times Ive had a great experience. But most of the time Im disappointed. My service today was by far the worst. The lady cut my toes a few times while using the tool to remove the gel polish from my toes. She wasnt paying attention at all and was looking around the entire time. She scraped the side of my foot terribly. You pay $75 for a pedicure that took 30 minutes and come home bleeding with cuts. Absolutely unacceptable!

This was my first visit at Posh Nail Spa II and definitely not my last. I was greeted when I first walked in. The entire staff was super friendly but Nick and Sophie gave me 5 star treatment. I cant wait for my next appointment!! Thanks so much!!!

Kyle did an AMAZING JOB very professional and he takes his time to make sure his customer is happy. His work is perfection I am never disappointed definitely would recommend him to anyone. Had a great experience with Tim as my nail tech! Have been going to MOD Spa for years, but Im tired of having to make my appt multiple days in advance (Im a busy person, sometimes I just have to take advantage of available time when I have it.) Inside was clean, got taken straight to my chair, and the staff was friendly. Big screen tv with subtitles, massage chairs, and multiple, huge nail color flip-throughs. Enjoyed my $34 pedicure! Ill be back again.

I absolutely love coming to Posh Nails! For the past three years I’ve been coming to Ann for my nails and very recently I started seeing Nick for my pedicures. The staff here is very professional and I always feel welcomed when I step through their doors. You can tell they value and appreciate their customers.

Really nice experience.. They have a bar setup, but no drinks due to COVID. Cant wait to experience it when they open everything up completely and serve wine. Based off the service I got now, Im sure it will great!

I’ve been a faithful Posh customer since day 1 (literally) and I have never had any issues. I’m treated fairly and I watch others get treated fairly as well. The quality of the gel nails are long lasting and the amount of care spent on the nails is impressive. I will HIGHLY recommend Posh on Killian to any and everyone, as I already have, and they were satisfied with their services too.

I was in from out of town looking at housing as my husband & I are relocating to Columbia, staying at the Hampton Inn nearby. I was on a limited time schedule but in desperate need of a pedicure, and only had sandals with me, so stopped in for a pedicure quickly in between appointments. I walked in at 6:10pm Friday, asked if there was a long wait & was told no, only 5-10 minutes. It was a half an hour before they sat me in a chair (and almost took another couple who had just walked in, before me), then put me in a chair at the same time as other couple. We sat there for another 10-15 minutes before anyone came by to do my pedicure. All of this could have been tolerated, but the girl that did my pedicure did not want to round my nails, but insisted 4 times she likes her toes squared and wanted to leave mine squared. I finally got her to round them more (so I wouldn’t snag sheets or tear my husbands skin in bed at night - that’s how squared and pointed the corners were), but then, the paint job she did was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. It looked no better than if I had done them and I’m terrible at painting my own nails which is why I pay for the service. She also barely filed the bottom of my feet and left dry patches that easily should have come off. I reached out to the business via their website asking for a refund and haven’t heard a thing to date. Highly recommend not wasting your time or money here. If I can upload pics here I will. Very disappointed.

Do not use this business, one of my friends experienced weight discrimination yesterday. She has been to this place multiple times and been serviced before. She went to go get a pedicure and was seated in the chair. The person working on her feet had already started service taking off her toe nail polish when all of a sudden a lady comes over hands her a price of paper and tells her they are stopping service and refusing to continue because she is over 250lbs ,extremely embarrassing. She has been working hard working out every day and this is what she is met with. I will never give my money to your establishment again.

Francis, Ann, Tony, Terexa, Kacie and Michelle are always so professional and treat me and my family well. We have been long time customers. We have tried other places but always come back. I love how Francis always greets me with a smile...and a joke of some sort to make me smile. He and Ann are always asking about my family members when they are not with me and are genuinely concerned. We love it here!

I didnt have an appointment and they were extremely busy, but the wait wasnt long. They were efficient and my nails were done well.

Everyone is always very friendly. Nick does a good job with Pedicures and Gel polish. The manager is also always very welcoming. I like to go during the week to avoid busy crowds.

Nice business. The front desk staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the nail techs need additional training. The nail tech rubbed my feet a few times although I paid for the deluxe pedicure. She also attempted to polish my toes. Another nail tech tried to fix her mistake. He was not successful. It’s really hard to fix matte polish without removing it completely.Top Nails isn’t fancy, but they do have trained nail techs. Please don’t waste your money at Posh Nails.

First visit, my daughter and I went for a posh pedicure and fill in. She had a dip set so it had to be removed. I had a gel set. The posh pedicure with French tip was $37 and it was $38 for the fill in. The fill in was just as expensive as getting the set! Her set (including soak off was $50). We enjoyed the experience and even received a complimentary bottle of lotion for the holidays. We may have to keep looking for a nail spa for monthly services because it was too much.

This place is rude and nasty. They refused service to a woman who they assumed weighed over 250lb stating that their chair may malfunction. That is rude and discriminatory. If thats the case, their chairs are cheap because I know women over 300lb who get pedicures regularly. The tech even started the service then sent the woman away incomplete because the boss decided to discriminate. How terrible is it to take gel polish off only to not complete the job?! They wont EVER get my business and I hope they go out of business!

I have been a customer at this location more times than I can count and as of the last several months the quality of service has been awful. I requested and paid for a vip a pedicure on my birthday 05/22/2021 and I had a 2 and a half hour wait. Each time I visit this location I have a worse experience. I understand there is a language barrier but there should not be a problem comprehending the needs of the customer in any service industry. I have dealt with my nails bubbling after a poor gel polish as well having skin damage from a bikini wax. This will be my final time using this establishment as the service has been on a downward spiral with no room for recourse. Truly disappointed

Posh Nails on killian road is my favorite nail salon. The managers treat you like family, for they are extremely kind and caring. I love how the pedicure services are always gentle and leave my feet feeling nice and smooth. As for my nails, I usually get acrylics, and I always leave satisfied. Love, love, love this place!

Mary did a great job on my pedicure. For the first time since Ive come to this location I didnt feel rushed like some of the other techs do. She was focused, paid attention to detail, and if she seen something that could be better she fixed it. I would have given a 5 star rating, but when it came to getting my nails done (by another tech) he was horrible, rushed, barely filled my nails, kept getting up and was more focused on people that were not even in the chair yet.

Henry gives the most amazing massages with his pedicures and Ben is so talented with the nails, Im never disappointed at all! The entire staff is amazing !

The quality of doing a simple full set is poor. I would not recommend. They do not want anyone to leave if they are taking to long. Rushed services and does not have expertise in certain styles.

I’ll start off by saying they charge everyone a different price. I have had to ask the lady who wax eyebrows to sanitize the chair after a customer, she just asked me to sit . They do not change the plastic in the pedicure bowl between customers. They expect the change from your purchase should be a guaranteed Tip . And have horrible communication. I’ve witnessed these people pick and choose who to service and left women sitting with out greeting . Do not come here !!! The nails don’t last and I’m not even rough on my hands .

I think I have found my new home with these guys and gals. They have taken care of me two days in a row and really care about you as a person.

I have been going to Posh for my nail services for years. The service is A1 and if you have any issues just tell them and they will fix it for you. I will continue to get my services from them and suggest them to others.

Ive been visiting POSH since it opened. The owners Ann and Francis are the most gracious people I met throughout my travels. Im a retired service member and Ive had the opportunity of visiting many places/salons throughout my career. Before finding POSH Ive often paid for services I wasnt always satisfied with and I must admit Im fastidious. Since POSH Ive yet to be disappointed. Thats not to say it cant ever happen. All business owners encounter unsatisfied customers. Let me say with POSH they are few and far between.If you have concerns about the services rendered or require some otherwise different from what is usual accommodations I encourage you to speak with Ann. Shes  extremely gracious and understanding. Shell address or adjust within the policies to ensure your visit is warm and welcoming. Whenever time permits Fancis greets customers identifying and resolving issues also. Hes just as pleasant. Im not always there but I do visit frequently. They really do have the best intentions on providing ALL customers with a great experience.POSH salon offers so much more than a mani/pedi i.e. updated trends in nails designs, styles and colors; waxing services;  drinks (mimosas, water); VIP (girls out, couples); gift bags during x-mas for all customers, their staff is multiracial and so much more. POSH salon is extremely popular with the area, which can sometimes attract a high volume of customers, mostly holidays. So sometimes pre-planning may be a good idea and patience yield no regrets. However, walk-ins are never turned away.Ive had the pleasure of being serviced by Ann, Wendy, Michelle, Ben, Doug and Kyle for my mani. Theresa, Nicolas and Henry for pedi. I have been coming here since 2018 and have NEVER been disappointed. The employees here have always been respectful, helpful and understanding. The salon is beautiful. From the lighting to the light fixtures, the bar in the front, and the bathrooms. The TVs are always playing HGTV, which i love to watch. It’s always a good vibe! They go above and beyond to accommodate you and make your experience as personable as possible.See Nick for your pedicures, he’s awesome 😎

First time in Posh today, and I loved it. Everyone was nice and professional. Very clean facility. I made my appointment online for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, I was seated right away. The pedicure was amazing! My nails came out great too, awesome selection of colors. Ill definitely be back!

I wish I could select 0 stars. Poor service and execution of nail design despite picture and video provided. Arrived on time for appointment. Left with polish on the sides of my nails, thick lines in nail design, Nail tech kept asking “Do you like” as I had to continue to point out flaws in polish. Gave up after about the 10th flaw and decided never to return.

I made an appointment two days in advance so I could make sure I wouldnt be waing an hour to get my nails done like I usually do when I comeMy appointment was for 9 am Saturday morning. I came on time and patiently waited in line for them to open the door. When I finally got through the door I told the receptionist I had a 9 am appointment by this time it was 9:02. They had already sat another girl in my slot with the nail tech and told me I had to wait till she was finish even though she had no appointment and was a walk in. I then said I would not wait because I had an appointment and had to go to work. They then switched me and the other girl out. But the nail tech Tony was extremely rude and did a bad job on my nails. I was so shocked and upset because I only come to this nail salon because he always did a good job on my nails. And I always made sure I tipped. I have waited multiple times on him to do my nails even if I had an appointment in the evening ive waited at least 1 hour and 30 min on more than two occasions. This is how I was treated I felt horrible because he acted as if I was wrong but I had an appointment and was not late. Why should they offer appointments if they will not honor them. They are always busy but they only want you to get pedicures that these are more priority on a occasions i came just to get a gel polish change other and was in the salon for two hours.. the manager had to finally come due my toes because i complained about being their so long. Mind you other people had came and gone because they got pedicures this was horrible customer servicand i will never go again.

Never again. They are rude and unprofessional. I have seen people who weigh more than 250 lbs get service but this particular day they refuse service to a beautiful black young lady. This is discrimination and they will never see a dime of my money. Yall are disgusting.

The employee at the front door was gossiping with her mother about all the customers waiting. It was so unprofessional. Some customers and I were discussing how busy it was for a Monday and how they were taking people without appointments before people with. We were all just pleasantly conversing; it was very busy, so no one was mad. We just had a conversation. The employee’s mother began yelling at me and gossiping with her daughter and then the mother spoke to other employees about what I was getting done. She was so incredibly rude, the daughter was a little snot!! I will never give them my business again and I will tell everyone not to do so!!! Horrible!!! I’d leave zero stars if I could. Management was not concerned, by the way.

I came in this morning for a pedicure and manicure. They seated as soon as I walked in. The staff were all very friendly and professional. My pedicure was amazing! After my manicure and checkout, I realized I’d left my wedding ring and went back in to get in. They had saved it for me! I will be returning for sure.

I did not have an appointment for a gel manicure, however I was greeted and taken care of quickly. Thomas was my nail technician. He was very courteous and professional. He did an excellent job on my nails and I will definitely be back to see Thomas.

Christine made my visit to Posh extraordinary! She did a fantastic job at my mani and pedi and was incredibly friendly. It was my first visit there and I enjoyed my experience. The facility was clean and while it was busy, everyone maintained their quality of work. One small negative was that I didnt get the wine I ordered as part of the package. Not a deal breaker, I have plenty of wine at home!
