Had a 7:45 am appointment Friday. Evette was prompt and very professional friendly service. She informed me the difference with the jelly pedicure which was awesome. Thr best pedicure I have ever had and prices are great for the service. Didnt feel like I was on an assembly line like most nail salons. If you want to experience something better and difference I strongly recommend Otani Nail salon.

Wonderful clean work black on and operated military welcome very beautiful establishment upscale classy shes very friendly who knows exactly what shes doing the products she uses are wonderful I got a full Swarovski crystals authentic Swarovski full set to my toes done during September of 2020 I went back for a few pills and a few more pedicures my swarovskis have not gotten dull they still look new and very few have popped off years ago she was here and did awesome work then now that shes back shes 10 times better I enjoyed my experience

Yvette is the consummate professional! She was my nail technician for 3 years in Germany. I loved her open spirit and how welcoming she is. I always left feeling excited to show off my nails! She is so knowledgeable about her craft and goes beyond to learn new techniques, even flying all the way from Germany to take a class in the states! What made me come back to her over and over is that she is always super positive and just a joy to talk to! She is very open-minded and very knowledgeable on a vast array of subjects! She is a world traveler who has had many experiences that shes willing to share and she can provide tips on travels! I wish we lived near one another to continue our talks and so I can get my nails done again!

Yvette is the best! She did my nails when we both lived in Washington and they were always so beautiful! They never broke, lasted forever, and she can pretty much do anything you can imagine. Also I love stiletto nails and she is the best at shaping! A true artist.

Otani started doing my nails a year ago in Washington State. My very first time in her shop was nothing but positive vibes and wonderful customer service she make you feel like family. She is very clean and always start on time and I just love her work and once she move back to the east coast I drive 2hrs just to get my nails done with her because she just that dope.
