Never ever go here and expect to get out in a timely manner. When you ask the employees how long will it take instead of giving you an estimate time they say “when we finish these people in front of you” it’s always busy and they don’t even take into consideration that people have other things to do so it takes roughly about 4 hours just to get in a chair . My nails were did totally wrong and instead of taking them off and do it over they tried to argue me down about how it looks good !!! Terrible service I wouldn’t recommend this salon to no one !

This is the second time I have visited Glamour Nails and both times Ive had Ben. He is amazin!!! Not only did he takes his time and paysattention to details. He makes you feel really well taken care of and not like another number to get in and out of the chair.

First time here for a nail repair and fill in since my regular shop was closed due to holiday. Misshapen nails. Gel polish fill in $45.

The employees at Glamorous Nails are so friendly and they he did an amazing job on my pedicure, it was very relaxing and soothing at that moment and time. 💅

My nails were bulky and the gel polish was applied horribly! The young, heavy-set boy did my nails. He needs more training because he does not pay attention to detail. He rushes and does not make sure his work is exceptional. I will not be returning.

Full set with gel were THE WORST Ive EVER had done. Had to go back next day took 2 hours to fix just to get an idea. I had acrylic not filed, my nail had a ditch in it and they werent painted all the way and a few were crooked and had guess and polish underneath. So mad I didnt have time to fix that day. I called spoke with lady she redid them but had to make another trip. I will not go back though ever!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Came in for a simple set of natural finish ombré almond acrylic nails. Although I showed the technician two pictures of exactly what I wanted he went ahead and quickly placed a set of pearl tipped nails and essentially did whatever he pleased. Not only did he put these horrid things on CROOKED and ANGLED UPWARD, the technician said it was too late to fix the mistake he made. While at the salon I also realized that FOUR of the flat nails he placed aren’t even glued on! The technician(s) (read: this issue isn’t with just one tech) gave me a terrible attitude and refused to accept any errors with the work. One technician even went as far as blaming my nail bed without even looking at my nails once? At one point the technician attempted to charge me $10 to remove these duck-bill looking things. In all transparency, the lead technician there offered to re-do them free of charge, however she was the primary person arguing and giving me an attitude; so of course I didn’t trust her to re-do them and refused. I post this with the intention of saving another customer from the headache I’ve gone through with this salon.

We called to book an appointment, not once did she say on the phone that she was closed. We drove 30 minutes for her to tell us at the door that she is closed. I would of appreciated that on the phone. Horrible customer service. Also online it says 7PM, we got there at 5:15.

I went to another nail shop and they messed up my nails. Came here and the lady did magic she completely changed my nails and made them look way better!

Ive never met owners who are so caring.This is probably the best nail studio Ive ever been to. But calling it a nail studio doesnt do it justice. Glamour Nails is a first class nail experience. We felt like part of the Glamour family from the moment my friend and I stepped in the door. They were closed one day when we got there and Girl showed us around and booked us even though they were closed.Its a first class pampering experience the whole way. The nail technicians are first class, as are the mimosas, as well as the decor.Theyve definitely hooked me.*****

Normally the are very fast and theres little to no wait but today it has been a very long wait. It seems they are short of nail technicians today. I come here regularly but if this is the new norm I will no longer do business with them.

I LOVE this nail salon! I came from a regular old neighborhood place, and it just doesnt compare! Glamour Nails is a cute place, and intimate. Really nice atmosphere, plus theres always good music being played.Ive gotten my nails done.The services can be pricey, especially depending on the design youre getting. I definitely recommend if youre into nail art!

This was the best gel manicure Ive ever gotten! There are a ton of color options, and also a ton of stations, all super clean and neat. I forgot to catch the name of the woman who helped me, but she was fantastic -- I was in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment and she did an incredible job. I highly recommend this spot!

I love it! My tech was very nice and she really knows what shes doing. Ive had bad experiences with other salons that were so rough and would buff the skin out of me - but she was very professional and was very gentle! I recommend this place and Ill definitely come back for sure!

I was looking for a new nail place in the area since my usual place has been hit or miss lately. I am pretty picky with my nails. I was also very impressed with the overall service level at the nail spa. Fresh tub liner, sealed sterilized equipment, and clean place. They also offer refreshments which is a nice touch. Highly recommend.

I love Glamour Nails ! Everyone who works here is so nice also its a very clean salon they bag their pedicure bowls each time. I get the dip nails which I love, its like having acrylics but no damage to your real nail. They also have very reasonable prices!🌹

I usually give a tip but my guy over charged me for what he said was $23. I mean its fine but what if i didnt have the $43 he said it costs because he did nothing extra except the hot towel on my legs. I expected to pay about $30 for gel polish and a regular pedicure. Thats it. But i did like that they used brand new scrubbers and nail files and foot tub scrubbers

I cannot believe this place. I called to make sure I could get in, they said they stop taking customers at 8:00, even though they say they are open until 9. They said to be there by 8. I got there 2 minutes before 8:00 and they told me that they were closed. Wont bother coming back after reading the other reviews but was seriously ticked I drove 20 minutes after calling to confirm and then was turned away. Zero customer service.

They promote a deluxe pedicure but doesn’t provide a deluxe service. The pedicure was one of the worst that I’ve ever received and normally go every two weeks.

The technician who did my pedicure was terrible so rude and instead of feeling like I was getting a pedicure I felt like someone was beating me feet up, when I told her I wanted the spa pedicure she said are you sure it’s $35. I was very upset trust me I can afford $35 dollar pedicure I’m just very disappointed with this place I’m never going back dont go there and waste your time if you want a relaxing pedicure!!! The best nail salon in Columbia area hands down! I moved to Columbia last year and it was extremely hard to find a good nail salon! You would think Columbia would be upto date on the latest trends but that is so wrong. Most nail salons in the area are extremely outdated and unexperienced in the latest nail trends!

This was the first nail salon Ive been to since Ive moved here and the service was horrible. My daughter and I came in, I needed a refill and polish changed and my daughter needed a full set. The older lady there did my polish changed on my toes and did a horrible job. The polish was very sloppy, was not professional at all. Look like something a 3 year old tired to do. As I were sitting in the chair getting my toes polished, the guy that were doing my daughter nails were asking her if she wanted the gel or acrylic nails. I guess he couldnt understand her so he got frustrated and start getting rude. I told him what she was getting but I guess he was trying to get her to get something else. You have a signed on the wall asking to give respect to the staff but dont know how to treat your customers. I end up not getting my nails done after I saw how horrible the polish on my toes were. Ive never in my life experience such horrible and rude service from a nail salon. Its ridiculous and distasteful. I most definitely will not come again or refer anyone to go there and waste their money.

I got my nails done Friday and here it is just Tuesday and it looks like Ive had my nails done for 3weeks! My polish had messed up while getting them done and prior to her trying to correct it she said Ill have to fix it when I get home... That was from the owners mouth! Do not recommend anyone to go here unless you want a half ass job done!

I was in dire need of new set of nails for an interview the very next day (Monday) it was 5:05pm and the salon closed at 6pm. I knew I was pushing it but I was hoping they could get me in. Unbeknownst to me the owner was going to do my nails. She spoke immediately and greeted me and then assured me I would be back shortly. Sydney consulted with me bout my event and what shape would look best due to the size of my hands. She gave me my price upfront so there was no surprise. I received a full set, coffin shaped nails, with Ombré gel polish or $45 which is a awesome price! She was friendly and we had a great conversation PLUS MY NAILS LOOK AMAZING!! Thank you Sydney you have no idea how much you helped and I will be back in 2 weeks!

Horrible experience! Not from the area - I was only in town for a few days. My nails were so lumpy and they waxed all my eyebrows off! Half of them were bigger and longer than each other. She did my nails in like 30 minutes - I shouldve known how fast she was doing them would definitely be an issue. Then she waited until they were almost done to tell me it was going to be almost $40 more! Dont go here! When I tried to tell them the problems I had - they just started yelling back and forth speaking Vietnamese.

I use to come here all the time because the service was excellent I was there no longer then two weeks ago and my nails have came completely off I paid over 40 dollars for my gel set and i expected it to last my toes lasted but after a week in a half my nails started popping off . I can say I’m disappointed because usually they do such a great job .. but I will be going back today to get them done over I just hope they actually last this time ! I believe in second chances .

My toes was the only thing I was satisfied with. Four of my nails fell off in less then a week. Thats a darn shame.

I have tried 3 different techs here. The best is Vu who sits in the middle on the right side. Hes professional with me and takes his time. I have seen where he has corrected someone elses nails if he sees something wrong that one of the other techs missed. And give or take he takes an hour and change to do my nails correctly and thats without the design.

My 10 yr old nails were not coffin shaped, the place is too small, and to top it off I WAS DOUBLE CHARGED FOR ME AND MY KIDS SERVICES. I asked what was taking so long with my payment and Mike stated that the system was moving slow when in actuality he was double charging my card. I will never try this place again!!!
