I loved this store and have bought several unique pieces from them. However, this last order was disappointing. I ordered a custom necklace and was excited to receive it. However, I got a call from the store stating that my item was in the store which is located 40 minutes from my home. Im not sure why the item was sent to the store when my order shows that it should be shipped to my home. Im not sure how long it will be before I can make it to the store to get my item that I should not have to go and get. It should have been mailed to my house like the order indicated. Furthermore, any of the stores that were close to me have closed so I cant even drive to a closer store to get it. I am so disappointed and will probably not order anything online again from them. To make matters worse, I called a few times and left messages in regard to this order and never received a return call. I think thats the part that is the most bothersome. Customer service just seems to be a thing of the past and I hate it.

A+!!! I am here to rave about Hanpicked’s staff, customer service, and merchandise! The Devine St location is where I buy from (but I’m confident all of their locations are top notch!) and their staff is always happy, friendly, and helpful. Their customer service is unmatched! I always knew what was going on with my order and they even got it done much earlier than expected. Anyone I talked to was always upbeat and eager to help and get things done! When my order was ready for pickup a kind employee brought it out to my car cause I had a sleeping baby in the car with me. Just all around a fantastic experience with Handpicked! Please shop local do we can always keep them in business!

I absolutely love this place!!! They always go above and beyond for their customers and do an amazing job, in a timely manner, on all their monogrammed accessories. I had a mishap with my last order that was definitely, completely, my fault!! I reached out to them about it and they were wonderful about helping me resolve the issue and make everything right for me!!! Thank you so much Handpicked!!! I will forever be grateful!!!!

Had a great experience with Tray Smalls at this location. She was very knowledgeable and personal to help with my selections. I enjoyed working with her for some great Christmas ideas. Tray needs to be cloned for other stores. Thanks Tray.

My sister and I had the greatest experience of our shopping day when we happened upon this super boutique. Our sales associate Tray Smalls was probably the friendliest and most helpful person we met all day. Due to her unique approach to our shopping needs we were able to complete some hard to buy for Christmas gifts at a price point that fit our needs. Thank you Tray for all your assistance.

Bri is awesome! Knowledgeable about the store and all sales and it’s THE KINDEST SALES PERSON EVER!!! I’ve been here before and kind of been followed around by people just wanting me to make a choice but she had an actual conversation with me! I bought two things and wasn’t even really looking to buy from here but she changed my mind real quick. She deserves a RAISE!

My wife went to exchange a Christmas gift. We saw dozens of unique jewelry and ladies fashion accessories in a cozy shop.

I have been shopping at Handpicked since they were a counter at Max and Lucys in the 90s. Over the years, the return policy had gotten terrible. Dont think about buying a gift here because they make almost impossible to return if someone does not like.This review is overdue. They made my 70 year old mother cry after she tried to return a bracelet that she happened to have already purchased for me the previous year. All she wanted was a gift card to mail for me to pick something out online or save until I was near a store but the purchase was 30 days old. I have no idea why they could not do a gift card. The return policy only benefits them. They have forgotten what customer service is for customers who have shopped there for 20 plus years. I happen to have purchased a necklace that did not work with a shirt on Sunday. Six days later, wanted to return. I had to get a store credit. It frustrates me because I asked the girl what the return policy was and she stated 30 days. She did not mention the exchange or gift card. I have ignored their return policy for way to long. Sorry Handpicked but you have finally lost my business.

Ive been shopping at Handpicked for many many years! Its been the running joke in my family that its not truly a holiday (ie- Christmas or a birthday) unless you receive something little from Handpicked. I can honestly say their pieces account for a majority of my costume jewelry collection. Not only do they sell jewelry, they also have clothing and decorations! This is seriously one of the neatest shops. My last experience there really discounted my love for the store. The individual who rang me up, presumably the manager was just plain rude. One of the best things about Handpicked and receiving their gifts is the cute little paper flowers they put on their bags. Apparently these are no longer free. Its unfortunate to see the little things that set this business aside from other stores is now being offered, at the first time ever, for a charge. Ill continue to shop here but Im disappointed by this exchange and new policy.
