Everyone at Fastsigns was amazing, especially Jim. They took to the time to listen to our goals and make sure our sign was the perfect fit for our business. Horrible customer service and even worse quality of work. The manager Jim is extremely rude and has zero respect. The quality of their work is not worth the attitude received from their management and staff. We switched our needs with another company months ago, and so happy that we did. The quality of their work is far better and the customer service isn’t rude and disrespectful. Based on what I have read and heard, their management Jim has a track record of rude behavior. Will make sure to let everyone know not to waste their time with doing business at FastSigns.

I have used Fast Signs on several occasions. Whenever possible, I like to support local businesses. On a recent order, there were some glitches. The minute I made the owner aware, he took care of it right away. And he could not have been nicer!

These people kept me waiting and never even gave me a call. Their sign builder named Al came out and spent about a half an hour with me going over a design and was very nice. After that a manager named Jim was supposed to contact me with a proof and estimate. Everytime I called he was out of the office or with another customer. And never sent a proof, never sent an estimate, and never called me back. Very bad communication and service.

Although our order was small we felt that they gave it full attention and followed through with it without us having to call them and remind them. We had just moved and had little time to get everything in place. This order was placed via the internet, which they treat it like a face to face transaction they went on site, assess the need and They install it on a Sunday and thats says a lot to us about these guys.

My first time placing an order.....I was told it would be ready today which is friday. I had to call and check on it being ready only to learn it wont be ready until Monday.....with no explanation. SMH. 1st and last time😒Im sure the price wont come with an inconvenience discount!
