Very welcoming team, and cool environment. I gave the company 2 stars because 1, i felt like they REALLY beat around the bush when interviewing. Like just tell people its a marketing position. Also, when inquiring on pay rate, Jessica, the president stated Ive seen people come in and make X amount of money, but Ive also seen people make THIS amount,. it just depends on your performance. What she really was saying was it depends on how many items of the products you sale. I was not given a dollar amount until my orientation day which was minimum wage of $7.25 CRAZY insult for a demanding job. I did like the people. I just think they should be more direct and honest.

The thing about people is we believe everything we read. And we also only comment and give reviews when were angry, hurt or disappointed. Everyone has their own mind, start using it and stop allowing others to make your judgement decisions for you. Knowledge is power, start thinking for yourself. Great company with amazing welcoming team environment! Be your own judge of character and stop allowing others to take that away from you.

I was there for maybe a month... everyone avoid this place at all costs! You will not make money and no matter what job title you are given, you all do/make the same. Jessica Henderson the manager is gathering mostly college students or young people needing money to fill the terrible “positions” opened at the office. When you “market” but in reality try and sell the terrible products at Sam’s everyone avoids because who wants to be asked to buy stuff you don’t want when you are grocery shopping. I would never buy any product we “marketed”. Please AVOID at all costs!

Its super cool to see such a young CEO run a business successfully. Highly recommend

A joke of a “CEO” considering her lack of professionalism. Maybe you can start by learning to interview like a professional. Also, someone going to an interview about a listed job with a specific title, doesnt want to be told they may be doing just ANYTHING for your company. Be direct, tell them what the position is about.... if you can’t do so then you are clearly unorganized. That turned me away 100%. I’m not going to jump into a job when I have no clue what it would entail. You’re cocky and you shouldn’t be. Your attitude and idea of how you expect to grow your business is laughable.
