Day three of waiting for my package to be delivered. Yesterday, I waited all day. Tracking said it would be delivered by 7 pm. That didnt happen. Instead the package was delivered after 7 pm and the driver did NOT knock on my door, instead he placed a sticker on my door. He didnt even pull into my driveway. He made NO attempt to get my attention so I could sign for my package. I will never use UPS again. Im also going to file a complaint with the government agency that sent the package.

My package was sitting at this distribution center for two days beyond when it was supposed to be delivered. I asked to just come pick it up and at first they said yes but then gave me the wrong hours. When I called again they said it still wasnt ready to be picked up yet and I had to wait longer. I still dont have my package and I spent a lot of money for next day air.

Delivery driver will NOT deliver my packages on time. Even if someone is home, i get an attempted delivery notice. The driver clearly foes their job when they want toUpdate: after calling and complaining, AND trimming all the trees down the driveway, still cannot get my packages on time...

I try to always choose fedex but at times UPS is the only option. The drivers are lazy and take any opportunity not to deliver. Fedex every time.UPS once claimed a bottle of $3 shampoo could not be left without me home. Spoiler alert it required no signature. Worst company ever. They suck

After a delivery driver lied two days in a row claiming I wasn’t home to receive a heavy package despite me taking off work to be home, I called this useless place. They told me they could have it delivered to the ups store nearest my house tomorrow Instead is me risking the driver putting a 3rd notice that I wasn’t home despite being home during both “attempts” never heard a knock or a doorbell.The customer service center also lied to me. My package is not at the store we agreed upon on the phone and is I stead at this horrible location that is only open for about an hour a day from 5-6pm.... what a horrible company

Went above and beyond to correct a mistake made by one of the local retail locations. Were able to track down an overnight air package out of thousands, and re-label it accordingly. Shoutout to Lee Russell Jr. for going above and beyond to make sure this happened. He was extremely professional, courteous, and most of all HE DELIVERED when I had lost all hope. Give this man a raise and/or a promotion.

Carol is simply amazing, I had a package get lost and she helped me track the package, call the driver of the truck, AND even called my apartment complex to make sure they’d sign for my package while I was away. She truly went above and beyond and I could not be more thankful!

I wish I could give 0 stars. Ive been waiting for my mattress for OVER A WEEK and UPS customer service is a robot that talks you in circles and takes you back to the top of the menu. They will not put a human on the phone, so good luck with your $400+ purchases. Rather than answer the phone, or provide ACCURATE updates, I was sent an email saying if I dont get my mattress by Tuesday I need to contact the website I bought it from to receive a refund or to resend. Again, I wish I could give 0 stars. How about answering the phone or having more than in transit when its over 3 days late? If a single human being answered the phone, THEN UPS wouldve earned its 1 star.

There is a reason people prefer Fedex over UPS. It is because they are more accurate with their deliveries and its so much easier to pickup the package if you are not home when it comes. UPS really needs to get better at their service.

The employees are very helpful, the rating is more for the convenience. Keep in mind they are only one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening, totaling 2 open hours a day. I believe they are great drop off location, but they aren’t there to answer your questions or help you with anything other than drop offs. You will have to go to the other locations around town to get other business matters done. They are not a UPS Store.

UPS driver didnt bother knocking to deliver my package. Just left the slip. I was HOME and close enough to the door to hear knocking or the bell. Now I have to drive all the way across town to lockers that arent available except during work hours to get my package--because the driver didnt feel like actually delivering my package. Just what do people without cars or reliable transportation do in this situation, I wonder?

There is no one at the number for the customer care center to answer questions, effectively there is no customer care. Drivers are great, but that is the only thing of value at UPS. They might as well automate senior management and the entire corporate board, that would do wonders for increasing profitability without any reduction in customer satisfaction.

I had a delivery due today which was suppose to arrive at 1030am. I tracked order and it indicated that it was in transit at 1030. I waited and waited when 1230 arrived and no delivery I decided to contact UPS. If I didn’t mention befor my delivery was for live fish and snails. I called too free number and gave tracking number and explained situation and they said they would contact Columbia office. A short time later I received call telling my package was out for delivery and I would get it some time before 800pm tonight. I informed this lady as well that my package contained live animals and sitting on a hot UPS truck all day would probably result in the demise of these animals not to mention the stress in the fish. I asked if she could please locate driver and inform him/her of package contents and urgency of delivery. I was told she would, however, as of 400pm I have no delivery. I do not imagine my fish will still be all be sitting around on a bumpy truck all day as the type I ordered are very delicate and get stressed very easily. Not to mention the packaging they use to keep temp appropriate can only last so long. In addition I signed up to get alerts from UPS regarding delays and have to received one.I am very upset! Purchased 1 day expedited air delivery requiring a signature. Delivery driver didn’t ring the doorbell or knock (at least not loud enough for the numerous people home to hear). Customer service center unwilling to take appropriate action to rectify getting the package delivered fairly... including even providing a time window for the next day delivery attempt. Will avoid using UPS in the future whenever possible.

Frequently wont deliver $10 value packages because I am not home (I work 8-5 like most people), but when I order something $100+ they have no problem delivering it when Im not home. I understand they might not know the value of the package, regardless its a little irritating. I came home yesterday after 8pm when my package was supposed to be delivered and saw no notice on my door. I tracked my shipment on Amazon and it said my package was available for pick up at a local UPS store for my convenience. What store?? They left me no slip with any information on it. Im assuming its the store I usually go to whenever this happens but how do I know for sure? This store also has very strange business hours. Also, just looked up UPS customer service phone hours and its 9-10 am and 5-6 pm. I am pretty much at work during all those times. All very inconvenient.

It was actually pretty good. Got a notification at my house for a missed delivery, came to the UPS Customer Center and there was a machine for automated delivery. It was super fast and secure. I really like this new system.

This is the second time something has happened like this with this facility. So I needed a dress for my sisters engagement party. I ordered a dress Wednesday and selected one day shipping to make sure I had it before I left for the weekend. For some reason the ups driver did not deliver the package Friday when the tracking said the package was out for delivery. I called UPS to see if I could just pick up the package from the facility it was currently at. I was told that I could do that and that I would receive a call within the hour with the location of the package. An hour past and no call came. I called them back and they said they were closed for the weekend and that I could pick it up Monday. It seems like I was lied to so that they didnt have to actually deal with my dilemma. Also as a delivery service they have illogical times of operation and terrible customer service. Thank you UPS for lying to me and ruining what I would wear to my sisters engagement party.

I wasn’t upset when my package wasn’t delivered to my door as I had the receipt to go pick it up from the locker. In the past I have had to do this and found it easy since the lockers were outside of the UPS building so the building didn’t need to be open/staffed for me to access my package, great! However, when I went this time, the driveway was barricaded so I couldn’t get to the locker to pick up my own package! Very disappointed that I will have to go back in the short amount of time they’re open (I’ll have to rush over from work) to get my package for myself since I don’t even need staff assistance. It just seems unnecessary to block access to a locker that could otherwise provide service 24/7.

My former UPS guy was good. Drove like a sane person. Friendly. Personable. Not sure if he retired or what. This new guy drives like he just turned 16. I live on a privately maintained road that has a posted speed limit of 20 mph. This SOB flies down my road at 40+ mph. If he ever hits one of my animals, Hes gonna have a helluva time driving with broken hands.

I had them hold a package instead of delivering it because I would not be home. Customer service was able to do this right away with no problems. I picked my package up from their customer center without issue. Their odd hours work very well for someone who works during normal business hours.

Not only do they have the worst hours in the world to pick up a package (9-10 , 5-6), but they also require you to have an ID with an address. I live in a college town and do not have the same address, nor do I have any bills to prove it.Glad I cant get my package.

Itd be great if their carriers would take the time to actually knock on the door if they need a signature, or just delivery the package. The reason why people ship items to their house is so they dont have to go get it themselves, but everytime I ship ANYTHING via ups I have to go to this branch and deal with their lack luster customer service as well. My help was out of the office, theres a BIG sign on the door and has been for months to please deliver next door or across the street, with the business names on it. This now twice he just left not delivering it. We try to help each other out downtown. Had one left in my mailbox I dont have a mailbox. Considering only using fed-ex, at least they can read and care.

Had a totally damaged item delivered. Opened immediately and called UPS immediately. Gave the customer service rep the requested info and was told to keep the item, and all packaging for 5 business days. Waited the full week (5 business days plus weekend) and heard nothing. Called back and was told there was no record whatsoever of my first call - although I have it on my phone in call history and can prove I made the call. Gave them all the same info again and was given same instructions. This is now the 4th business day since the second call and I still have heard nothing. I have e-mailed for updates and received a reply that a rep was working on it. Ha!! I would like to see some action. I have had this large box in my house for more than 1 1/2 weeks - very in the way. Where is the service???

Washed my face and run after him, and he didnt even bother to stop or even to look at me and drove away. Posted actual LIES on the tracking page regarding conversations that we NEVER had. Attempted to deliver my package once when I was not home, so I changed the address to my workplace. They gave me one date for delivery and MAY have attempted a date and time NOT agreed upon when no one would have been there. Then they pulled the old incorrect address. UPS used to be dependable. I almost failed my course because I couldnt get my books. Im honestly hurt.

Horrible service with drivers that lie. My package was shown as delivery attempted on Amazon but I was home from 7am-8pm with 2 dogs that bark at the slightest noise. No driver ever came by and no sticker was left at the door. Had to go through Amazon customer service just to get a real person on the phone from UPS. I will never use them again if given the choice. Now I have to go get it myself and theyre only open 2 hours a day. Ridiculous.

This might be the worst UPS in the world! I sent my package to local pick up stores multiple times. They called me to pick up during specific time slot, but my package never showed up on time!! When I tracked my package it read Incorrect Address. When i went to update it, it was correct. A phone call to them revealed that they just couldnt find it.Tell me why anybody with google maps, USPS, and Fedex have all found my house with no problem, but UPS cant manage to get something delivered.Obviously zero effort was put in to actually locate my address, or it would have been delivered.

Me and my boyfriend were expecting a package today. My boyfriend was home all morning waiting and I was home when he went to leave. I hear the truck roll up, and Im waiting inside. All of a sudden I heard the outdoor entrance to our apartment open, and then open again as the person ran away. No knocking or use of door bell. Im like ok, guess they left the package there?Nope. Left a sticker on the door saying they missed me and I would have to go pick up the package at this location. I called and the automated message said that they tried to deliver it (at the time) 2 minutes ago but no one was home?This isnt the first time this has happened- someone has been home and they choose to not knock and just take it back to this location and make it a pain in the ass to pick up. One time, the mail carrier delivered legally purchased e-cigarette parts or liquid and the carrier tried to pester my boyfriend to show him his ID even though he had no legal authority to do so.I doubt this review will make a huge difference but I feel like someone should really talk to the person in charge of this route- maybe they were incorrectly trained or theres a misunderstanding- but almost every time he has ordered a delivery in his name, something annoying happens. This specific delivery location has nice staff and is in ok looking shape, but I feel like I have made too many visits to pick up things they couldnt deliver.Update 3/6/2018: despite us moving to a new house, this has happened AGAIN. LEARN TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR! I dont care if youre feeling lazy and tired, I paid for your service. Quit acting like customers are just at your will. What really infuriated me was when my prescription wasnt delivered because My Favorite Delivery Driver™ didnt care to knock on the door.

Overnighted a Halloween accessory for my daughter. Driver apparently couldnt pull up Google Maps and just claimed that the address wasnt correct (after 18 years of living at the same address). Then told the only way that I could get it in time was to pick up from the Customer Service Center. Couldnt go last night, they told me they opened at 9 but didnt bother to tell me it was only for an hour. Not open again until 5. Daughters party is at 2. If she can live without it I will just leave it sit there to rot and cancel the order via Amazon. I cant control Amazon but I can guarantee I wont be using them.

I have no clue why the hell UPS has this. First of all those lockers are terrible. They never scan the ticket correctly and never recognize he ID. So every time I have to call customer service because there is no way the people work at the unit help out. Worst experience ever. Literally terrible. I live south side of Columbia and whenever I’m not home to receive the package, which is almost all tge timeUPS driver for no reason just drop off my packed at this location even though here are multiple drop off locations right by my house. Totally ruins the purpose of delivering home . Literally terrible. And top of it I tried to set up UPS my Choice and have been having issues with the account and getting help from customer service also have been a nightmare. I’m definitely not choosing UPS ever again.

Today is Christmas Eve and the gift I ordered 2 weeks ago for my little brother will not arrive in time for Christmas. My family was a lot like his growing up, we didnt have extra money for gifts. UPS seems to have a problem leaving items at the front door. They also cant seem to put the item in the mailbox even if it fits in your hand. Ive had to pick up a few items even if I leave the signed notice on my door to leave it in front of my house. Such an inconvenience. Many people work 8-5 jobs and cant be there at the time of delivery. I just moved to this town and I have never had any issues with any other UPS.

Terrible. They said they attempted a delivery but I was home at time of attempt so I know they never attempted to deliver the package. Their location for pick up is only open for 2 hours and the people working there are completely incompetent. UPS needs to close down that branch, fire all of their drivers and employees, and have them resend everything to one of their many other locations in the Columbia area.

Three reasons that make me frustrated with UPS services and this store:- They frequently stick a note at the door saying they need my signature, and will attempt to deliver tomorrow. Fine, I sign it and post it on the door again. They never come back, the note is still there, and I eventually have to call them to ask where my package is. This happened too often.- They suddenly cannot find my address anymore, after delivering many packages to my place already. Over the last few weeks, Ive been getting MAILS from UPS, saying they cannot locate my address. Yet they mailed notices to an address they could not find, and the notices arrived (?!?)- Their store opens only 2 hours a day (9 to 10 am, and 5 to 6 pm), which makes it extremely inconvenient to pick up the packages.I will avoid using UPS if I can.

HORRIBLE!!! UPS attempted first delivery to our residence, but we were at work, so they took our package to an access point. We arrived to the access point to pick up our package after the time stated on the InfoNotice, but SUPRISE, its not there. Then I spend another 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out where the package is, followed by being told that the package wont arrive (back to our residence) until next week at the earliest. What a JOKE and TERRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER use UPS when I have a choice on how to send/receive packages.
