Absolutely will not be picking up from here again. Been waiting 11 hours to get loaded.

Read the reviews on my way here and gave the benefit of the doubt cause I was delivering. Wow! So rude like if you were rudely interrupting them geezzz! All the reviews are absolutely true . I would be ashamed if I ran my business like this .

Would give this place zero stars if I could. We arrived at 18:18 for a 19:00 appointment and didnt get our paperwork until 06:30 the next morning. Be prepared to take a ten hour break here at the least. All I seen all night was the workers walking around the parking lot playing on their phones.

I wish I could give them 0. Long time waiting for loading ( 10 hours) waste my whole day,Bad company wastage time and energy. My friends think before come here.

Not that bad at all.I was worried after reading all these negative reviews, but my experience was very positive. In and out for only 4 hours. Make sure to bump the dock with swing doors closed. Theyll take care of it from inside.

Avoid come. Or prepare 10 hr break

I agree with every negative review of this place. I have been here 5 hours so far in the staging area and the new crew after their shift change said they have no idea whats going on and were afraid and refused to even try and give an estimated time on how long ill be held hostage here. This is just another poorly run location by Ryder.

Appointment at 17:00, arrived 16:40. Its now 23:05 and still not finished loading.

What everyone says on here long time loading avoid.

Stay away from this place! They have no conception of drivers clocks, respect for loading in a decent time, nor do they even care that their merchandise is going to be late. Unfortunately you cant give them a half a star or lower. If you need it overnight reset, you could probably get one here.

Obvious neglect in training for logistics streamline process,all accounts for lazy management all the way down to the collective attitude of employee.If you hire the same lazy-minded people to manage a lazy-minded atmosphere,you get companies like this that take hours not minutes to unload and load.Then give all excuses they can til they avoid the problem all together.

Place is an absolute joke been waiting 15hrs and still not loaded.

I had to wait 12 hours, nobody is interested in working in this place, I dont go any more and to top it all the broker does not respond
