Dean delivered our sink to our home today and he was terrific! He let us know when he was coming, parked in the right location, proceeded unloading with care, and helped place the heavy package in a good location for us. We are so grateful. He deserves five gold stars! Thank you Dean!

We went to pick up our very large order. Mainly because we live down a long narrow driveway. We didnt want the semi to have the hassel and we was in the area anyhow. I went in told them who I was and they told me to go to the loading dock and wait.. we waited maybe 5- 10 min and a young man very polite loaded our things onto our pickup. We went there more then 20 or so min. Our packages were undamaged and everyone was quick and polite.

I recently had a large shipment of furniture delivered to my office. Estes did a phenomenal job of assisting my small company to navigate the unloading of the delivery. I only had half of the normally available staff (due to work from home/afar). Plus, the delivery arrived on what was by far our busiest day of the year so far. You expect a trucking company to bring a big box in a big truck. That is what Estes did, But, they went farther. I was called to set up the delivery date. Then I was called on the day of delivery to let me know they would arrive in about 15 minutes. The driver was friendly and courteous, but also respected social distancing. The box was over 100 pounds so the driver made sure he took it where I could handle the item. Excellent customer service.

I received great help from my local terminal here in Columbia, MO. Amanda and Jim went above and beyond with the help that they gave me. I was, however, disappointed in the help that I did not receive from the home office in Richmond. Emails and phone calls were not returned on a time sensitive matter.Again, big Thanks to the Columbia, MO terminal for the great help, even if it was at 430p on a Friday afternoon.

It was a difficult delivery as our driveway didnt allow for their truck to make it to the house. Amanda was fabulous to work with as we coordinated with a moving company to complete the delivery.

Ive used this company twice. Both times they have been great with communication, and handled everything with care.

What could have been a nightmare of a delivery, worked out to be anything but. The positive outcome, was in no small measure, due to the willingness of the driver (Dave) to wok with me to get a 500 lb shipment up a rather steep driveway and into a side yard. All while we, working together, laughed and got it done. Thanks for making this a positive experience.
