If I could rate 0, I would!! I have been using this place for years and since the original owner died it has gone down hill. I went there today and at least 15-20 washers were out of service and the same for the dryer. Whoever is running this place now doesnt care and that is clear. I tried reaching out to a manager but the phone disconnects when pressure the number for the manager. I have uploaded pics. Hopefully this will reach someone in charge!

The laundry Mat was clean, atmosphere was calm and very nice to relax and get your laundry done fast as possible, They could do a lot better though, a lot of the dryers dont work, but other than that, they provide a safe space to do your Laundry....I really appreciate every time I go there.

We went here bc our washer isnt big enough to wash a king size mattress pad. Its pretty nice for a laundromat. The rim around the washers and dryers were kind of gross and so was the place you put detergent. It has parking and a ton of machines so even on a Saturday there was no chance of a wait. The dryers were really fast, too. Kinda weird but they also sell phones.

The washer was very pleasant to be in and the lady that works there was very helpful to me by me being out of town, think you very much I will be back there when I come back to Columbia I am from Akron Ohio but this is my home thank you

There is at least 50 dryers and only about 10 work. The other 30 will trick you to put your card in the machine than it will take your money. The washing machines are the same. Im here now and everyone in here is complaining about the machines taking their money. Also the laundry attendants area says open but they are never really here to assist. I would assume they are tired of hearing the customers complain. This laundrymat need to be shut down. The people that visit this facility are very poor and this laundrymat is stealing money from them, its sad, I just watched more than one person feed different machines money and both were disappointed. One lady said she doesnt know how she is going to wash her clothes because she fed the machine her money but got no service.

The dryer I was using was stopping every two minutes. Then I asked the guy why he started cleaning out the filters. SMH No AC

This laundromat is aweful. Majority of the washers and dryers are broke. Both restroom out of order. Washing machine I used didnt even put water in the machine. The workers have a attitude when you informing them what went wrong. Just a awful place to wash clothes

Whoever owns this laundromat, needs to get all those broken dryers fixed. I wont be going back to that location again.

Always clean when Ive been, but its almost always packed so if you have a lot of loads you may be here for a while. Has both card and coin washers which is nice.

Decent place, although can be quite busy, but has lots of newer and older machines to go around. This is my second time here and both times the attendant has been helpful when needed. They use the card system, and take both credit card or cash in order to put money on a card that you can then use to purchase the wash.

They suck the money machines do not work there is no one there to help you the card machines do not work

The older Male that works there is very rude. He yelled at me because I told him the dryer I put my clothes in wasnt working properly and it kept stopping. He immediately became angry and caught and attitude with me as if it was my fault. I then suggested that he put a sign on that particular dryer so customers will know it doesnt work. I use this facility on a regular basis and I hate going there when hes working

I found it to be very clean. The gentleman working there was very helpful and never stopped sweeping or wiping up spills. Lots of parking. Free Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were stocked and clean. They have plenty of machines so I didnt have to wait for someone to finish. They get 5 stars from me!

Majority of the dryers do not work!! They need to be fixed ASAP! I put money on my card just to have to get quarters in order to dry my clothes. Alot of people in that area depends on that place so it doesnt make sense as to why the owner doesnt fix them.

When I passed by this shop I found it in such a poor state. The place was really dirty and some parts actually smelled bad. When I tried to ask one of the workers where the smell was coming from, I got no answer. I just couldn’t leave my clothes with guys who don’t even value the stores cleanliness.
