Many of the washers are out of order or broken. Same size washers have two different prices. Employees do not wear masks per the ongoing Columbia mask mandate. They also do not enforce the mask mandate for customers. But you cant beat $2 for the only 2 working machines and the free dryers. Also, the bathrooms didnt even have soap. Shout out to Will and Nicoles hand sanitizer wedding favor that was sitting on the bathroom sink for saving my life.

Very good customer service, clean space, friendly staff, and lots of help from their employee Hannah B., an associate who works there.

Worst laundromat in town. If I could give it zero stars I would. Theres no atm on the premises, and when I went to one and got cash, the girl working the counter refused to break the 20 for me. She literally told me she had enough 5 dollar bills to do it, but wouldnt.

The place is dirty, the bathroom is awful, the machines are all priced differently, and several are always broken. Drying is free, that’s about the only positive thing about the place. One person on the staff that I’ve encountered is friendly and helpful. The rest are unfriendly and if you can get their attention, they might half help you. I put up with it because the location is convenient. Went tonight and pulled up at 6:58. Last load starts at 7:00. I know I was pushing it but I was met at the door with a worker who gave me grief, wasn’t sure I’d get everything folded in time. I told him I had one load and would be done in time but he wouldn’t move away from the door so I just left. Googled laundromats and found Lily Pad down the street. The attendant there was pleasant, helpful and told me to “come on in, last load isn’t at 7:30 so you have plenty of time.” All washers are same price there, everything worked, and it was clean and pleasant. We have a new laundromat so thanks to the surly attendant at Robinson’s, I’ve now found a much better place!

It needed some A/C , the washer and dryer are great just no A/ C

Cheap washers and free dryers, but it is hot as hell in there and alot of the machines are in need of servicing badly..

Clean and staff was helpful. Out of order machines were clearly labeled as such. Appreciate that there is no charge for using the dryers.

I was on my way home last night when I saw this shop and thought, why don’t I just have my laundry done at this place so I wouldn’t have to worry about it every weekend. So I did, and they did a great job. I’m happy I went for it

The place trash the floor not clean I have a problem with one of the washer it broke I call the# the managers someone will call me when my clothes is ready no luckclothes were still in the washing machine machine not even fix I asked the lady about the situation I dont know what you talk about thats what she told me

They lost some of my clothes and refused to do anything about it. Definitely wouldn’t recommend

I needed a giant washing machine for a comforter. They seem to have the only super large washers in town. It worked for me and the staff was helpful.

I had a terrible experience with an employee at this location and because of his extreme behavior I wrote a scathing but well-deserved negative review. The company has since reached out to explain away his behavior and even though I doubt theyve taken the situation seriously, I have decided to remove the details and add a star for them at least trying to bs me.

Not very clean environment. $3.50 for 1 medium load. But, free dryers for a limited time. Nice

Lots of washers and dryers and very helpful staff. Lots of room to fold laundry and very clean.

I used the coin laundry at Robinsons and will NEVER BE BACK.... the bathroom is a health hazard and the rest of the building is almost as bad. Many machines didnt work and the ones that did all had different prices (even for the same size). I ended having 5 of my shirts ruined from something in the washers or dryers (they had no stains when put into the washers and dryers). I have pictures if anyone wants to see them (of the bathroom and the dust everywhere). It would take a team of professional cleaners to actually clean up the place..... can only imagine how bad the dry cleaning looks when it comes back.

Very unprofessional, company lost my clothing. Cashier was rude & told me there wasnt anything she could do. When asked her to call the guy that took me clothing she stated she was not going to call the cashier on his day off. The cashier told me she would call the police on me because I was upset. She called the owner who told me she was on the road but once she got back would look for my clothing & give me a call later that day or early the next day. I never recieved a call back. I called the store & another cashier told me she would email the owner & have her call & if I hadnt heard back in a couple of hours to call the store back. Well I called back because of course I never recieved a call & cashier told me she left the msg but basically theres nothing else she could do.

Who in their right mind charges 75 dollars for 2 loads of laundry!!!?????? I will never use this company again. Ever. I wash this much every week and have never paid more than 30 dollars anywhere else. Not only that, they hang all my shirts at the other place....

I had a major cleaning for the first time in months and had to replace so many things including the carpets, rugs, curtains, and Im glad theres Robinsons that I could count on.

The owner Kit is total lunatic!
