The black woman attendant who works nights (who closes) wont let people wash after 9:30 pm and even 9:45 although the last wash is suppose to be at 10 pm. She thinks itll take people more than 15 or 20 minutes to get their wash started but thats not true, especially if they only have one load. She is nice to people but if the last wash is at 10 pm, she shouldnt be turning people away who come at 9:45 pm and tell them its too late to wash, as she does. I think she wants to make sure get out early (on or before 11) and this is probably why she does this.

I love this laundromat. It is less than a mile from my house and its very clean, safe, and the machines are almost all always in order. I like the option to use either coins or my card for paying to use the machines. I have my own washer and dryer at home but I come here to wash really big items like comforters and other bulky items. Everyone is friendly and Ive never felt unsafe here at any time of the day or night. There are vending machines that are reasonably priced, a change machine, and detergent dispensers for purchase. Ive never bought any of the items so I cant comment on prices. I like that there are multiple different sized machines. The double machine can fit and effectively wash something like 6 or 7 quilts and a queen size comforter. The dryers are really fast and hot. Very good laundromat and Ill continue to come here.

The yoga studio I worked at has been trying to find someone to do our laundry for us as it has become unmanageable for our instructors. This place is phenomenal. They took really good care of everything we brought in, had no problem using our hypoallergenic soaps to ensure our clients wouldnt have reactions, and everything was done very quickly. They are super flexible with pickup and drop-off times, and the cost per pound is really reasonable. I havent had the opportunity to use the laundromat myself for personal things, like a lot of people do, but I can speak to the very high quality of the pickup and drop-off service.

Very clean, many places to sit and view laundry. They have small, medium, and large washers/dryers. Coin and card operated for all size machines. Prices start at 2.50 for small loads, 4.50 for medium, 8.50-10.50 for large (2 different sized large loaders). Price goes up or down $0.25 depending on soil level and temperature. Dryers start at $0.50 per set amount of time. Larger dryers give less time per $0.50.

No frills, plenty of machines, and good ones at that. Neighborhood feel, easy place to chill and do some laundry at.

This is the future of the laundromat. At Columbia Laundry they definitely have us, the customer in mind. Only industrial strength washers and dryers here. Very reasonable prices, with fast wash and dry times. This morning I brought in 2 big loads of clothes, and washed on normal soil, and it took 26 minutes per washer. In dryer, I put both loads into one huge dryer, and it took 24 minutes to dry. Just incredible (to me). Plenty of table space to do your folding duties. Big cafeteria style tables as well, to sit while you wait. A tv too, if you care to wait that way. Theres even a bookshelf full of reading material. Forget your laundry soap? Well, theyve got you covered there too. They accept nearly all types of payment, quarters, debit/credit card...they even have a change machine that accepts denominations up to a $20 bill. The lady that works there is helpful and nice. Glad to help me out if I’m short a few quarters. She keeps it pretty clean in there. I feel like I’m always seeing her mop. The only thing I’d say is that the big washers have a light moldy/mildew smell in them.

Its an ok place to do your laundry. It doesnt look like they clean their washing machines or dryers as often as they should. They do have a drop off service.

Wash your cloths and get out. Its a laundry mat what else is there to say. Dont leave your things unattended of course.

My favorite laundromat in Columbia and probably the best laundromat Ive been to ever. Its clean, the machines are newer and all of them work and work good. Fairly priced as well.

My GF likes this mat over the others in Columbia. There is always an attendant so she feels safe. The prices are good. There is a wide variety of washers up to 100 pounds. She loves the machines with the credit card readers so she doesnt have to use quarters. They have vending, wifi, tvs, and magazines to keep you busy while waiting for your laundry.

Great customer service, Nice quality & REASONABLY priced machines that are guaranteed to wash/dry at sufficient standards. Facility is as clean as can be for there to only be 1 laundry attendant working per day. Has LOTS OF ELBOW ROOM to comfortably clean. I wash clothes for a family of 5 ! I can get 8-10 loads washed/dried within 2-3 hours !! Can’t beat that 🤞🏽.. I live on the south side now & will pay to go to this laundromat BEFORE I ever step foot back into any other facility in Columbia Mo. You guys are Awesome, please, keep up the great work !

Its a good laundry with good mechines. But a little small and crowded. I wish it was more roomy.

It looks nice since its been remodeled, however I rarely ever see anyone wearing a mask inside. The hours are also not consistent anywhere. Google shows a closing time of 11, the sign says 10, but the employee says no more washing after 9. It makes it pretty inconvenient to plan, especially as a single father on a very tight schedule. Probably wont be returning since ill have a washer again on Friday.

Cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen! I only gave 4 stars because the cost of washing is not straightforward (it depends on the settings you use) and only SOME of the machines accept cards for payment. However, I do love that they have different sized washers next to each other.

This was a pretty nice laundromat. We were staying at the hospital and was glad to find one with such nice machines. Looks like someone had drove their car into the side of the building so there was a mess but a nice place besides.

If youre looking for a decent laundry mat in Columbia this is definitely one of the better ones. Very clean, well kept facility and equipment. Also convenient ways to pay with credit and debit as an option. They even have a section where you can donate books for people to read while they wait.

Clean new machines, better prices than splashers, decent hours.

I hate, hate hate doing laundry, but this laundromat is nice. Its clean and always staffed, which is nice. Lots of room for folding clothing, and places to sit comfortably while waiting. The parking is good. I do wish they had automatic doors, but thats not a big deal. The one thing that sucks is having Fox News turned up so loud it is impossible to tune out. Its obnoxious.

They have machines to take care of many customers doing their laundry all at once, especially during weekends. And they have everything that you need: baskets, hangers, detergents, softeners, conditioners. So you’re well taken care of.

Finally a place in columbia that is modern, clean and has washers and dryers that are new and not out of order all the time (robinsons), you can use your debit/credit card for the machines. It is a great place to go to for laundry and they also have cable TV 😁 so you can watch a variety of programs while doing laundry. Kudos.

You walk in with your bag of laundry, choose a machine (doesn’t matter, all of them work just fine), load your laundry. Sit in one of their comfortable seats, get something to read and after half an hour or so, your laundry is done. So convenient.

Nice clean speed queen machines. Driers are clean and fast. Debit card readers only on a few units so when it gets crowded you might not get one and have to switch to quarters.

I love this place. Great staff. Convienent laundry drop off. I would take my laundry in, drop it off and come back later to pick it up cleaned and folded. Im so sad I cant go here anymore. So. So. Sad.Ive had over $200 worth of clothing suddenly go missing with no explanation. A black and grey pair of Elle scrub pants, a black pair of Victorias secret leggings and a black Victorias secret bra. I miss the staff. And it was so convienent and cheap to have my laundry done there. But I just cant afford keep having my clothes go missing.

Always come here to do my laundry. The few staff they have are EXTREMELY friend and are never shy in conversation! The facility itself is always clean and I honestly have to say that it helps me to actually enjoy doing my laundry!

Its a good place to do your laundry at. Just went in at 10:15 pm and the guy told us that last wash was at 10pm. Maybe you should post that info on your website.
