Would be clients and employees beware. You will not receive what you are promised. I spent several months in conversation with the COO about an RVP position with the company. Coming on board January 1st, I must say, this has been the most dissatisfying situation of a long, successful career.I received ZERO training; literally shipped a laptop, cell phone and business cards and told to get it. Get what? How? What about your internal systems? What about your training systems? What about an email being responded to with a question? Who do you do business with and where? Can I see a copy of your contract? Can you tell me how you price accounts? It is completely non-existent.Clients beware - you may be promised W2 employees, but they will sign a contract with you, and turn around and subcontract it out on the drop of a hat. There is zero integrity and I was essentially told that my integrity meant nothing. I was completely and thoroughly micro-managed from day one, not even (as a Regional Vice President) given the authority to sign a $600.00 per month account.45 days into my employment, I was expected to front the payment for air fair, hotel and expenses for a trip to Columbia, MD for a meeting, introducing me to the company.....45 days into my employment AND me front the $1200.00 bill for 30 days LOL. I have to laugh because this is all too ridiculous to make up. Hello, I am not one of your subcontractors.Do not walk, run in the opposite direction, or you will be in regret as I am. This experience tarnished a perfect 30 year career, and I was told it is only business, and that we were not a good fit. As requested, a fair review - For three years, I was billed for service every 2 weeks, however, C J skipped 2 services every year. During this period I called and continually requested to receive the correct service to no avail. (I did however receive two rate increases) At my last inquiry, I was told they were going to double my rate. I explained that there are way to many cleaning company alternatives for them to attempt to double their customers rates. We agreed to a smaller increase and for a partial refund. While this is a somewhat amicable resolution, the entire experience , has left a sour taste in my mouth
