We moved to Santee from out of state and needed a company to help unload the moving truck. These guys were amazing! They showed up on time, immediately started working and were fast but also very careful with everything. On top of all of that, they were so nice and fun to talk with. We definitely would recommend them.

I am embarrassed I hired this company to move my belongings. They were extremely unprofessional, were dropping boxes clearly marked fragile, and did not know how to properly load a moving truck. The two men that helped did not want to work. I told them we needed help moving heavier items. They spent their first half an hour carrying the lightest furniture—lamps, a mirror, etc. I literally BEGGED them to carry larger furniture and eventually had to stand in front of them and make them take what I was pointing to. It’s embarrassing that I had to boss two grown men around to make them work.As my house is on a hill, the two men attempted to use a dolly to carry boxes to the truck. In doing so, boxes fell off the dolly and now that I am unpacking, it’s clear several of my items have broken. When I saw they were dropping boxes and that some of the boxes were tearing apart because they had been dropped, they claimed that it was because the boxes were cheap and that I shouldn’t get boxes at Lowe’s. I really should’ve recorded them.If we hadn’t been so desperate for help, we would’ve turned these two men away after they dropped our boxes several times, but the funny thing is, these two men did so little that when they left, we spent THREE more hours loading the vehicle. They seriously did the bare minimum and I know this because the movers we hired at our final destination finished moving all our belongings into our apartment ON THE THIRD FLOOR in under two hours.All that being said, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. You’d have more luck getting your friends to come out because at least they’d treat your belongings with respect. It’s a shame Hire A Helper even features them on this website.

My floors were so shiny and he got behind the fridge. The oven looks brand new after he was done.

I needed a cleaner last minute (the day of) and they were able to accommodate me. They kept communication open and gave me timely updates on when they’d arrive. A two-person crew arrived and were very friendly. We have a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home but only needed 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom cleaned. We were really impressed with how the bathroom was cleaned, which probably needed the most attention. We would certainly recommend this team to others and will consider them first in the future.

Today, Anthony arrived on-time, took his time and really worked on removing every stain in my 4 bedroom home and finally getting out the stains left behind by 2 previous carpet cleaning companies...WOW!!! Zero stars! No show. No call. I called/emailed three times prior to my scheduled date to confirm and verify crew would be on time. I was guaranteed by Keesha and crew supervisor that they would be there. When I called to ask why no one had showed up I was told by a gentlemen who answered the phone yea, and didnt bother telling me his name, that whenever anyone books with them they are automatically allowed a two hour window, so the crew will arrive around 11. Total lies. He then tried to argue with me about it after I explained that I was guaranteed an arrival time of 9. I told him I wasnt going to argue with him and that I was hanging up because I had to find another moving company. He called back and continued to try to engage me in an argument. I hung up on him. If you pay close attention to the reviews youll notice the name Keesha, and Geiger, those are the people working for the company. It appears that the other great reviews are similarly worded, so I would guess them also to be fake. The low ratings are the real ones. Moving day is important. You need your movers to show up. Dont risk it. Dont use this company.

I contracted for this service on February 25th to be implemented the morning of the 26th. I contracted for two hours. When I went onto the site, it said that they would guarantee at least one additional hour over the contracted time.When after two hours the job was not complete, I asked for another hour. The owner of the company said that hed gotten another job that morning and needed the crew to head that way. The guys were at my old apartment and I had the garage door open for them to load. When I came back downstairs, they were gone. The owner said he had to make sure the new customers--who signed up that morning--were happy with the service they received. I guess my happiness was not important because I was not happy. He sent a new person over later, which caused me to have to stop what I was doing and disrupt my work day to go meet a new person. One of his crew members also managed to put a dent in my newly painted wall.Overall, I was NOT SATISIFIED!

I used this company on to help with my move. I order the service thru Uhaul. It was my first time using them. They had excellent communication from beginning to the end. The arrived on time and even helped a little over the time they was scheduled to end. The was very fast professional, and even the wife helped out. They had everything I needed to help with the move handle my furniture with care. I would definitely recommend this company!!!! I absolutely love them!!!! Great Experience!!!!!!!!!!
