Great first time experience there at the office. My 3 year old even said of Dr. Hilton good doctor...and He never has said that before ever!!!! Yall check them out and even the office staff is very friendly as well!

My husband recently experienced a sudden hearing change and needed professional expertise to diagnose & evaluate the problem. When other ENTs in the area were unavailable, CENTA made an appointment for him w/Dr Hilton in the Cola office. They worked him in & quickly determined the cause of the problem. Dr Hilton, his assisting staff & Dr Beasley the audiologist were each very professional, compassionate & thorough. My husband & I were extremely pleased w/the entire experience & would certainly recommend that others visit CENTA should they require the services of an ENT specialty group.

Dr. Hilton is an excellent doctor. Hes very knowledgeable and compassionate. I trust him and I felt very safe under his care. The problem I once had is gone thanks to Dr. Hilton. I will be visiting again for additional services.

As for ENT, is there any other in either town, been to both for a variety of reason and even emergencies. Find a different practice. They are always running behind (hours) no matter which office you go to

I love Dr. Giles and the staff at the Columbia location. My son is the patient and I have had nothing but great experiences with them. When the audiologist left, my son was heartbroken because she fitted him for his first hearing aid and saw him through the entire process of getting familiar with the device and improving his hearing. I thought that it would be difficult to get used to the new audiologist but she has made the transition a smooth one. She has been absolutely great! I would not take my son to any other ENT.

Dr. Hamilton and the team at CENTA MEDICAL GROUP are awesome! I was told that I’d probably have to have surgery on left ear to correct my hearing loss; however, Dr. Hamilton was able to remove a “wick” and clean out some wax in the office and now I can hear clearly! He was gentle while performing the procedure and explained what he was doing the entire time. I also appreciated not having to wait. My appointment was at 2:00 and by 2:30 I was checking out. This was my first time as a patient, but I am glad Moncrief AHC referred me to Dr. Hamilton.

Everyone is so professional. My physician, Dr. King takes the time to explain things and answer my questions. My allergy shots are done there also. I like the fact you dont need an appointment for your allergy shots. They have a Fast Pass system. My allergy tech is Tyliesha. She makes getting stuck every week easy. She is professional and knowledgeable about giving the shots and performing the allergy test.

Dr. Giles was an amazing provider to my daughter along with his nurse, Ashley. The NP, Mrs. Dantzler, was a huge helping making sure tubes were put in as soon as possible so that she would feel better quickly. He made having tubes an easy process for this worried mom. Everyone in the office is so friendly and makes each visit a great experience.

Love the staff and everyone at CENTA. Dr. Giles is super sweet and great with kids. He and his team have it right.

I saw Dr. King for evaluation. He was very thorough in his workup and explanations. Surgery was required, and the procedure went well. There was very little pain after the procedure (most of the actual pain was from the irritation from the endotracheal tube for anesthesia.) Dr. King was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr Kirchner (since retired) diagnosed a tongue cancer that multiple other professionals had missed. I feel like Dr King is now providing the same level of care.

Easy to schedule; Value you my time & always see me promptly upon arrival; Dr. Hilton was accurate in his diagnosis & thorough in his follw up.

Horrible commmunication. Audiologist can’t be bothered to return phone calls. Took 4 MONTHS to get my FM system. Apparently he only wants to deal with older clients who have minimal requests and since I’m young and still working and need accommodations to do so, I’m too much of a hassle. Currently looking for a new practice in the area.

Been seeing them for 20 years. Great people. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Dr. Giles is the best and what a great personality. I strongly recommend them.

Mr Beasley was prompt with my hearing retest, explaining what had been wrong with the hearing aid, and made an appointment to see him before the warrent expired.

Horrific , arrogant, mean, the ethics and treatment is abuse. The medical board needs to investigate this team if drs. The board needs to really start getting higher medical malpractice insurance. You all are scammers, negligence, harmful to patients. Be warned go somewhere else.

Friendly staff and physicians. Physicians take the time to answer any questuons or concerns.

I have to have surgery my doctor recommanded Dr. King made an appointment for a consultation. Did that in January got a bill in February and a week later got a letter that states that they no longer take my insurance but i will have to pay my bill. They wanted me to call my insurance company to fix there problems. So now i have to find another doctors office for surgery and to do another consult.
