Very professional, great service, I would recommend them.

A few years ago they slammed both my trash cans & broke the wheels off it. The office didnt even care to replace or investigate what happened. They sided with their drivers as if I was a liar trying to get out of paying the bill. I had been with them for 3 years, without ever being late on payments. Usually people like that dont just make stuff up out of the blue.

Been using them for years for regular trash service and have used the roll off service many times. Prices are the best, service is outstanding!

Great service, reasonably priced & great looking trucks. Glad we switched from the other local service.The guys handling the recycling even take the time to put my bins close to my home after dumping them. As a disabled veteran its these little touches of courtesy thats makes things a little easier for a customer.

Wonderful people to do business with.

River Valley is a small company with great prices and superb costumer service. They are very polite, and the workers respect your trashcans (they dont chuck them all over the road). They have always taken all of the trash we put out, too. We dont abuse that, of course, but the few times that we have put a lot out, they have taken it all with no complaints or extra charges.

This is the 3rd garbage disposal company we have been with, and they are by far the best! They actually come and pick up our recycling with a recycling truck ( so I KNOW it gets recycled, rather than dumped in with the garbage like I have seen other companies do), and they are very reliable about pick-up ( always around the same time). When I missed paying a bill ( totally my fault) I got a very polite phone call about it and it was all resolved without any big issue. I highly recommend this company.

I have been with RVD for about 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Never let me down once! I decided to write a review because of my billing experience today. To make a long story as short as possible, my wife and I are retired in a fixed monthly income. All but 2 of our bills, RVD being one of them, we pay monthly via auto pay making budgeting/accounting a relatively easy process. With other bills due quarterly we were able to convert them into monthly auto pays. Well God bless the people in the billing department, they came up with a way to allow me to pay monthly on the same day my wife and I get paid. It may sound trivial to some who read this, but to us its a big deal. The staff was extremely patient, kind, and courteous. Frankly, I can be impatient and demanding as customers go and can be rather anal retentive about money matters. That said, I have nothing but kind words for River Valley Disposal and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The Red River truck#235 was attempting to turn around in a small alley and hooked himself of several lines. The line pulled out of telephone pole and also snapped the cable into my home and pulled the telephone box off the house damaging the brick. The driver never got out; he left without identifying himself.I have called and emailed Red River several times with no response. Thats the unethical and frankly unsafe team that is employed and manages this company.Steer clear!Brian, thats funny because the video and photos I gave to the State Police and DOT clearly show, your truck with 235 on it and the plate (which they verified to my attorney) as your vehicle. Please the borough validated it with your office...well I just wait for the investigation before filing the lawsuit.

About a year or so ago, we switched to River Valley because they are a small, local business and they had cheaper rates than what we were paying with Republic. After service started, we realized the trucks were using our driveway as a turnaround. Our driveway is unpaved and they were leaving big ruts. When we complained and asked that they not turn around in our driveway, they decided to terminate service. We tried multiple times to talk to the driver/owner to go over other options (we dont live on a dead end road...). I cant believe they were willing to lose a customer just because we wouldnt allow them to use our driveway. This was not an outrageous request. Oh well, their loss.

The guys that pick up trash at where me and my boyfriend live they jusy came some old guy and a guy thats dark skin pretty cool people. 👍

Best ever!

I paid for service for 2 months and they missed the trash every single week. They tried to say it wasnt out even though it was out 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup. Absolutely terrible business.
