With short notice Bill was able to come out on a Saturday. He was timely, professional and very accommodating. His service was exceptional and very thorough. When I had a question about a specific item or situation he patiently explained the problem and how it could be fixed. Once he had finished the inspection at the home, within a few hours I received an email with the inspection report.
