I was in search of a hood for my dodge challenger. After searching for weeks and being hit with prices that were out of this world I called Godfreys and I was quoted a price that had me on my way to order in seconds. I ordered on Fri around 4pm and I received a brand new hood bright and early monday morning. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely be returning for more service.

They treat women poorly here please take a man I had brake issues they said it was the transmission. My car is riding perfectly only needed a tune up and brakes and rotors done. I just think they are untrustworthy! And refused to refund after they misdiagnosed and was ready to charge me 2000!

I needed an old rim for my 52 Ford F1. When I called them and asked for help, the lady said Rodney would need to help but he was on another line. She asked if I could wait, and I said yes. She put me on hold, but about every 30 seconds or so, shed get back on and give me an update. When Rodney got on the phone, I told him what I was looking for. He took the time to go out to the yard to find what I needed; had one of his guys pull it off the vehicle and had it waiting for me.The entire team was professional. I spent only 35.00 for the rim, but with the service I received - youd think I was going to spend 350 or more. The fact they didnt put me on hold and forgot me - meant the most.When its time to get other work or other parts, these guys will be the first I call.

Does not take ownership when repairs made may have impacted something else that worked absolutely fine before they did the work. Attitudes like I will have someone look at it but.... My panel lights were working perfectly fine until they did some work on my rear lights, now when I cut the headlights on at night, all panel lights go out. Not happy with attitude or lack of concern and professionalism.

Godfreys Auto is the ONLY placed we take our vehicles. Ronnie has ALWAYS been courteous, knowledgeable and very honest!! Their prices cant be beat either! As I scroll down and see some of the ugly one star reviews and comments, I cant help but wonder if someone is trying to sabotage their great business. Sad.

Transmission rebuild is a specialty these guys may not be known for. I know first hand, Godfreys are pros at transmission rebuilds. With a 12,000 mile/ one year warranty for the price I paid, its a no-brainer.

My 2003 Range Rovers steering column locked and the key would not turn.I had it taken to LR who stated a new steering column would cost 5800.00 and the 5000.00 had to be paid up front before ordering the part. Dave ,Nicole and the Crew worked tirelessly to find a work around because quite honestly I didnt have 5000.00 .They checked several things and finally found a used column that worked!!!!! I praise God for giving me an alternative think outside the box auto professional who delivers!!!

Bought some driveline parts for my 928 from them a while back. The prices were fair considering the unknown condition of the transmission internals. Everyone I dealt with was nice and Ill probably be back there to buy more parts in the future.

The owner Dave has the worst anger issues with a pompous attitude, stuck on himself and will hang up on you and cuss you out. And if you read other reviews I am clearly not the only one he has done this too! Very shady! Leaves cars with dirt, mud, oil and grease! Would not recommend this place to anyone! Take your car to the dealership it will save you so much trouble!

Very horrible customer service. I called looking for a tire and rim and the person would only give me a quote on one sized tire. He proceeded to hang up in my face and when I called back called me multiple horrible names when I asked for his name and the owner. He hung up on me. Called a final time and another person picked up, I asked for the manger and he said it corporation owned and tried to say he could help. Once I told him my complaint he hung up on me as well. If you are a woman in need of help please don’t bother calling them you will be called dumb and ignorant and service will be refused. Don’t waste your energy with this rude business.

NEVER, EVER Take your car to Godfreys. Do not even let local police or highway patrol call them to the scene if you have an accident. I was in a wreck on September 11, 2012 and they were the next on the call list for Richland County and they were called to the scene because my Jeep was totaled. I was transported to the hospital and my car was left to Godfreys. Went my husband and I went to get personal belongings out of the car, they had taken the motor and transmission out, torn the car apart, stolen the CD changer and all the CDs, but the most devastating was the fact that they had stolen my wallet with mine and my childrens social security cards and birth certificates, as well as our credit cards and we learned that the credit cards had been used online. We will be filing police reports and criminal charges on everyone that works there for credit card fraud, identity theft, and larceny. This is a DISGRACE!! I hope that they will be put out of business after this. ART GODFREY, YOU WILL REGRET THE DAY YOUR EMPLOYEES TOUCHED MY JEEP! Thats a PROMISE!

I have an old truck that I rely on since I travel all over the country and cant be with out it .The gears in the manual transmission went out and all the repair shops wanted an outrageous amount of money to fix it of which I didnt have .I went to Dave at Godfreys to see what he could do .After they looked at my truck he showed me where my springs were fallin out in back and the frame in the rear was rusted bad to the point that the rearend could fall out .Godfreys fix everything for me in 2 days at a fraction of what everyone else wanted for just the transmission work and its been runnin great ever since .I highly recommend them to anyone they did fast honest work at a very good price
