Horrible/ Unprofessional. Julie Cragg ONE OF YOUR RECRUITERS guaranteed me a job .. had me put in a 2 weeks notice with my current employer who I am in good standing with. Julie told me the date I would be starting the job. She then called me a week later and said the date got pushed back a week later. Then called again a week later and said she doesn’t know when the start date would be and to see if I could get my current job back 3 DAYS BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE MY JOB. I even filled out my tax information and sent her my direct deposit info!! She did NOT care at all that I had to beg my employer for my job back. I do NOT recommend working with Julie or this company!!!

Employers beware!!!! What a rotten organization. We paid an astronomical finder fee for a candidate that was way over her head. The managerial candidate that they sent was not vetted thoroughly and she faked her way through the process until we realized that her computer skills were only at a beginner level. The agency was sending her tutorials for MS Office, which she never finished. Since she technically went over her 30 days, they refused to send us a replacement candidate. Stay clear of this group!All we asked for was a replacement candidate, which costs them next to nothing. We already paid for the exorbitant finders fee. Very unprofessional.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Madeleine Valentino at All’s We’ll during my recent job search. She was amazing! She kept me informed the entire time, advocated for me with the company, and was always happy to answer all my questions even if they were silly.
