Our motorhome broke down on the way to Virginia and left us stranded. The staff was so understanding of our situation. They worked the fix into there schedule as best they could. We had to get home during the repair to take care of children and pets. The managers there help search around trying to find rental cars and flights for us and Glenn the branch manager even took his personal time to take us to the airport and they even stored our personal belongings in the shop and locked it up just to be safe till we returned. Great to see that theres still good people in the world. Thanks to all the management and staff. Top notch guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

WORST PLACE EVER. My axle bent and my lights went out on my trailer, so this was the closest place to be to have them fix it. They worked on the trailer for hours on end and when it was finally done they told me that everything was good to go and that I shouldnt have any problems making it home. Now I live in Florida, so Im putting my trust into them and that was the worst mistake I could have ever made. That same day, I drove to a hotel and stayed the night and the next day started driving and within an hour, my tire had popped and my lights had gone out already. I called them that day to let them know what was going on and all they could say was just bring it back over here and we will fix it. How am I supposed to bring it there when I dont even have a tire on my trailer?! I had another shop work on it and from there I was able to make it all the way home. This place refuses to give me a refund, they refuse to do anything about the problem and keep telling me it worked when you left here. I doubt it did, I just trusted what they said and left. All they say that they can do to help is have me drive all the way back up there, a 24 hour drive to have them fix it. Next time I will double check before I leave somewhere but these people do not know how to work on vehicles/trailers. DONT EVER COME TO THIS PLACE. WORST PLACE EVER. FULL OF LIARS.

Where do I start. I had my truck towed to this place because my transmission went out. The tow truck driver had to pull the axle to tow the truck so a bunch of oil came out of the axle which is supposed to be replaced when it is put back. I decided to fix an engine oil leak while we were doing the transmission and had them change one of the gaskets. I called just to make sure they check the oil after the job was done. Patrick one of the managers told me they checked it and topped it off. Theres another part that I requested he said didnt come in that he just forgot to order. And when I got there and check the oil myself I had to add more than a gallon. This made me think I should see if they check the axle oil. They put the axle back and didnt bother checking it either. Its really amazing I spent over $10,000 and they couldnt do so much is to make sure that my fluids were okay after working on the parts that made some of that oil leak out. They took the Payment and told me I was all good to go. I learned the hard way to double check everything and Im sure glad I did this time . Patrick is grossly incompetent and should be demoted. These guys dropped the ball every chance they had ... his first excuse was that theyve got a bunch of trucks that theyre working on and he cant keep track of everything. So what is that supposed to make it OK ?? Then he tried to blame everything on the tech who obviously was not the sharpest tool in the shed but the bottom line is management is in charge. Whats worse is they told me they checked it when they didnt. I could go on...but I think this puts it in perspective. Stay away unless you have absolutely no other option...

Inland needs to teach their drivers some serious skills. I was behind a gentleman on the hwy and he was going below the minimum speed limit. I guess he was too busy talking on his phone to realize he was going 15 mph on the on ramp and got all the way up to 30 on the hwy. Very frustrating! Drive or take another route!

The staff at Inland Truck Parts and Service were extremely nice and fixed our motorhome. We had trouble with the fan clutch so our RV was over heating. They allowed us to stay in their parking lot overnight since.we had to wait for a part. I would highly recommend them to any RVer who has a mechanical problem. Thanks to Clayton and Jesse for.fixing our.RV and thanks to Tony for his help as well. We hope to never see you again! However, if we ever have trouble in your area again well be sure to go to Inland.

Bad driver. Cut me off and several others when driving down the road. When you are driving a company truck you are representing your company. Bad company.
