Shirley did an outstanding job of managing a pandemic vacation for my family/friends. It was an extremely complicated reservation because we had to organize everyones individual travel schedule out of different airports and on different days. However, she handled it with ease and the vacation was wonderful. Shirley is knowledgeable, quick to respond and always listens to what is important to my family travel! I felt extremely safe traveling to Cancun during the pandemic and would highly recommend the Xcaret Hotel.

I called and a lady told me a repasentitive would be calling me back. That was 3 weeks ago. Needless to say, dont bother with them!!

Earlier interactions were great. Unfortunately, despite being a very long standing customer, Adelman Travel failed to give any inkling that the Columbia office closed!!

They dont seem to interested in helping you. I was looking at spending 20 to 30,000 on a trip in the Mediterranean. I contacted them in February it is now may still have never heard a word back. thanks for your help on getting me a cruise that you didnt even bother to help. I had called them and gave them exact details of the cruise that I was looking for they said they would get back to me in a couple days like I said 4 months later still never heard a word.
