The job was done efficiently, but please be aware that prices will change at a moments notice. I confirmed the areas to be cleaned at my mother’s house and the prices two times and had text to prove it. The owner will quote one price and don’t rely the price to the workers and then when you call he will argue with you and make it seem like he never agreed to the price. When the job was done all of a sudden it $35 more. The guys who cleaned my carpets were good. One was especially professional. I had job for them for my home but wanted to see their work that would’ve been $300 or more and now I will find someone else cause I don’t like to be cheated.

Very rude and unprofessional! Like he wasn’t having a good day and taking it out on the clients! Didn’t deserve the rudeness!

I felt compelled to post a review after using EPS cleaning service. I was initially hesitant to book due to the negative past reviews. However, I was crunched for time and EPS was the first service to accommodate my compressed schedule. In the end, I’m glad I took the chance. I was happy with the friendliness and professionalism of the cleaners. Overall, I was quite pleased with their work.

6/20/2014 review. Mr. Epps is a good salesman, HOWEVER, he has used workers who are not as professional. During a house cleaning, one of his workers was cleaning a double pane, 16 pane garden window. Using newspapers, he must have gotten some grit from the window sill on the newspapers and scratch the lower 4 panes. I have spent , til this date, 10 months attempting to get resolution, but have been put-off, and put-off. Finally I asked for another full house cleaning at no cost - his response was - it would cost me more to do the cleaning. He obviously is overpriced or does not realize the cost for such a window! Well enough is enough. I DO NOT recommend EPS Cleaning service, and agree with the negative comments offered by TV. on 1/6/2013.
