The service I received was not as good as I expected. I used this company because of the pictures of the carpet on websites.The special was nothing close to what I paid. I had 4 bedrooms with walk-in closets, a formal living room, and a family room. I paid 380.00 I had requested a sofa clean as well. The first few rooms were pretty good. The last rooms were living and family and no attachments for sofa cleaning. . I believe the water was too dirty to use on my white sofa.Those rooms were cleaned with filthy water running off the truck and the guy was complaining about being here for almost 2.50 hours. Hardwood floors were left dirty and wet.Also, tried to get him back with no response to redo the 2 rooms. The one carpet cleaned in the family room can be cleaned with bleach its a nylon only new kind of carpet, was dirtier after drying. Dont ASK for a high-end job with filthy water running out of your van. This was not a 380.00 job-worthy. Complaining about being tired.
