Josh, Ben and Chris were great, friendly and most importantly quick and easy to work with. They showed up on time and were promptly on the job. They were in and out and very efficient with their work, which was great for our busy schedule. We have several pets and they took the time to identify any problem areas we might be aware of so that they could focus in on those spots. They reviewed all of our rooms with us and gave us a thorough evaluation before beginning. Our cat tried to make a great escape before they began, and they all handled her with great care as we got her put back into a safe room during the cleaning.

Tiger Carpet Care did great work for us. In a day and age when service companies may or may not show up when they say they will, Dave was 100 percent on time, did exactly what he said he would do and treated our carpet like the valuable item it is to us. We had him clean a rug that had been soiled by a new dog. The rug was handmade in Morocco and we bought it while on a trip there. Obviously, the rug is important to us and he did a great job getting it to look great. The rug was about eight years old, so it was really in need of a cleaning. I will definitely call Tiger Carpet again when its time to clean it again -- hopefully not for the same reason!

Seriously, dont waste your time calling anyone else. This company is amazing! They gave me a quote over the phone without me knowing my exact square footage which was super helpful. Several other companies I called had to go and measure before providing a price which took days. Tiger Carpet Care ended up being significantly cheaper than all the other places in town and I wish I would have just scheduled right away instead of wasting time waiting for other quotes. I told them I was selling my house and they were able to get me in the next day. The job ended up costing even less than expected and looks fantastic!!! Plus, the guy I spoke to (I believe his name was Dave) was so nice and helpful throughout the entire process. Just an all around awesome experience. Thanks guys!

Fantastic company to work with. We had a line pop off under our sink, builder error, and it flooded our house in 45 minutes while we were out. When we came home to gushing water and soaked floors my husband quickly hopped on google and found Tiger carpet care and water restoration, they showed up quickly on a Saturday at 4:00 PM. What we thought was minor damage was quickly shown to be much more with the tools they had on hand. Suddenly we realized our floors were soaked from floor to floor, into all of the rooms except the master bedroom and bathroom and guest bathroom. We told them to take full measures and rip out what they need to and do what is best. They had a whole team together and at the house shortly after. They stayed until 12:30 am to get all of our laminate floors and carpet from one room and carpet pulled back in another to save it and placed fans around the house. They stopped by daily to check how things were drying. Helped us with insurance stuff. I couldnt reccomend better people, we werent just customers to them but people. They even took our giant fluffy rug and had it cleaned for us and brought it back. They are amazing.

My experience with Neville and Sons was nothing but great! I reached out to get more details about how the cleaning worked and an estimate on the price. I was contacted back via email within an hour or two and provided very professional and helpful service throughout the estimating and scheduling process. I was given a one hour window of when they would show up at my home on the day I scheduled -- so nice to have a shorter window so you arent stuck sitting at home for hours waiting. They showed up just 15 minutes into the hour estimate I was given and the two men who cleaned the carpet were friendly, efficient and professional. They also did a GREAT job. I was hoping to get out some of the staining left behind by the previous owners of our home. They got it out and my carpet looks wonderful! My only regret is that I didnt take before and after photos to show people the results! Will absolutely use Neville and Sons in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family in the Columbia, MO area.

I have used tiger carpet care on four separate occasions. The first three were for routine carpet cleanings. Each time I was impressed with the knowledge of staff, attention to detail in the work they provided, the friendly customer service and reasonable prices offered. They were able to remove stains that I was unsure could be removed. The cleaning process does not use any harsh chemicals that could be harmful to my two young children. The fourth time I contacted tiger carpet care was related to a burst frozen pipe. They were prompt to respond to my household crisis and arrived within the hour. Again I was impressed with the thoroughness of their work as they removed the freestanding water and damaged materials to prevent further damage. While the process was overwhelming at first, Brian helped smooth the path by following up daily and promptly answering questions. They also worked with my insurance company to facilitate a quick response for restoration of damages to property. I highly recommend their services to others and will continue to use them for my home (although hopefully only related to carpet and upholstery cleaning from my little monsters and never again a frozen pipe).

After puchasing our older home, we knew if anyone could get the crunchy, residue-laden basement carpet clean it would be this company. Tony and the team generously came out several times trying various methods to remedy the horrible prior damage that had been done to the carpet. After many attempts, turns out the carpet doesn’t seem salvageable, but we were very grateful for all the time effort that went into trying to help us.

We had several spots on our carpet from an unidentified substance. Jamie came to our house and used a special cleaner and got the spots out. He followed up by quickly cleaning the carpet to ensure there was no residue from the spot remover. He was great. I highly recommend Tiger Carpet Care.

They have one of the lowest minimums. After I read reviews I knew they were the best in town. They arrived timely and were very professional. I had my minimum plus $10, planning to tip. Upon arrival they said they would drop the minimum. Of course while trying to care for my 3 little ones in the process I accidentally underpaid, leaving one of the bills on the counter. We had Mitchell and Jayme clean our carpets after our dog Rudy died. He was an older dog who laid on the same spot of carpet for a long time and he had left a stain along with a dog odor. The guys were able to not only get the stain and smell out but they were very sensitive about us just losing our family pet. I highly recommend Tiger Carpet Care and will use the in the future.

Very very disappointed. Had them out to clean our carpets before we moved out of our apartment. It was 3 rooms with fairly clean carpet and im not sure what they did but when my husband and I walked in after they cleaned it smelled so bad we had to open all the windows (in January) and spray deoderizer. It smelled like they used very very dirty water and no cleaners. They had trcked mud on to my kitchen floor and entry, I understand there was snow on the ground so it was wet but thats what the door mats are for. Very unsatisfied with their work will not be hiring again or recommending them to anyone.

Great service!Jamey came over and did a great job of cleaning our carpet. He was even able to get out a nasty ink stain, and some unknown stains from the previous owner. I would not hesitate to call them again.

All in all, our carpets looked like new when they finished. Very professional workers and attitudes. Their work was on a rental property so you can imagine what the carpets looked like.
