Place is a pile of junk. Mud in all the bays. Sprayers don’t work and the mist they call a “pre soak” is a joke.

Attempted one automatic wash and the screen was broken and didn’t display any information. Not a big deal, I just pulled into the next automatic bay and it worked. Drove in and it misted my car. That’s it. It was done. There wasn’t anyone in the office so I called and left a message at the number listed and never received a call back.

Great car wash and the vacuums actually work. Well worth the price.

Foaming brushes have not worked for 6 months. Unable to reach anyone for repair or reimbursement.

Paid for a $9 wash on Friday the 3rd and it told me to pull forward and then never washed my car. I have called and left 2 voicemails for the phone number listed on the outside of the building and have received no phone call back for a refund. Tried Google for a contact number to that location and the number listed is a fax machine. Very frustrating and will not be back to this car wash!

The first time I had decided to use Tiger Wash East I had gone through the automated car wash and paid $9! I guess I was dumb to think that paying $9 for a car wash would get me great results. After I finished with the car wash I went over to vacuum it out, and when I got out I had realized that it only took off the first layer of dirt on my car. So I spent more time out of the wash cleaning it up myself then I did in the actual automated wash. So I basically paid to wash my own car! Giving them a second chance today, I went back to do the self serve wash, and boy was I wrong to do that. It turned out when I went to use the foam brush on my car, it caused over a hundred dollars in damages just in scratches. I was trying to stay calm, and I called their number listed online. That number was a joke because I called over 12 times to try and speak to the manager or operator and I had gotten no answer. I understand that sometimes car washes will not cover these damages, but it would of been nice to actually speak to someone there. So on top of the $9 automated car wash, the $5 self serve carwash, and the couple of hundred dollars in damages that occurred because of their carwash, I think it is safe to say I DO NOT recommend going to this car wash at all.

Horrible!Called and complained about all the issues and I guess keeping my 3 dollars is more important than a customer!😡😡

I gave $6 for a wash and the screen just froze saying wait for car wash. Such a great business idea to just take money and not offer anything in return

I stopped by to wash some bird excrement and kamikaze insects from my vehicle and it wasnt even able to accomplish that. Theres little evidence that it had been washed at all. Ill avoid this car wash from now on.

Card readers are a pain. Shut off early and no one was inside to help.

I had to go home after a $9 wash and rewash my SUV.

I go at night something the light arent all working or I came after all the muddy truck and have to pre wash the ground.

The packages are overpriced and, for a car wash place, they put super annoying/hard to remove stickers on your car.

Automatic wash sucks. Sprays some soap on the vehicle but not enough to even cover the vehicle. Then the rinse doesnt even wash all of the soap off. Had to go to the manual wash to finish. What a joke.

This place is terrible. The automated washes are frequently not functioning correctly or at all, and the credit card readers have been down for months.

Not a good value chose there second to highest wash in the automatic and my car is still filthy down the sides would not use this car wash.

Basically deserted, 3 of the 5 bays have cones in front of them, credit card readers still down on the self wash bays..

Only put one star because I had to to write a review ....this place deserves 0 ZERO stars...your automatic wash is terrible it will put the blue foam on your car then ONLY wash HALF of it off and leave the rest to where you have to pay MORE money to do it yourself ......WILL NOT BE BACK TO TIGER EXPRESS CAR WASH IN COLUMBIA MISSOURI ON ST.CHARLES ROAD!!!!

Didnt get truck clean. Only rinsed one side. Used touch less. Not worth the money.

Gets the job done.
