Ive been coming here with my family or for myself for almost two decades off and on. Since I got my car I have come twice for myself, and each time they were courteous, but the prices are just unsatisfactory at best. At worst they are overpriced.I came in today, needing only a simple wash and vacuum, yet the guy decided to make my cost all ala carte, which made it a lot more expensive, basically the rainy package with only 75% of whats included. ToWhen I asked about it all I got for a response is how .you can input it into the archaic cash register they have. Im not coming back at this point as my other experience wasnt that great before too.

Always take my car here for cleaning. They do a great job of washing, drying and vacumning the car. I did have to rescue my front floor mats that had some how gotten placed in another car. But this was the very first time I had this experience with this business. Very unusual.

Its been about 3 years or more since Ive had this hand-me-down 2005 pickup washed. Needless to say it was pretty bad, both inside and out. Wasnt sure what to expect for the base wash and interior job, but they took it without question plus a slight large vehicle fee, and performed a relative miracle on it. The staff was friendly and courteous, the interior and exterior waiting area comfortable. It took about twice as long as other vehicles, but in the end I was very happy with the value for the cost.

Love CMCW. The staff is friendly and the service is great. After an inside/out washing and cleaning, my car looked like it just came off the showroom floor.

Im trying to not grill them too bad it took about 1hr and 15 mins they did a great job washing outside of car and vaccuming. However interior they were terrible they did almost nothing as far as cleaning, and the lady I tried to thank for doing what she could was rude and said yeah whatever. Little frustrated they barely did anything on the inside when I asked them to mainly focus on that, that the reason I was there was so the interior could get attention.

This is such an amazing car wash! Never had a problem with how they’ve washed/Vacuumed my car. They are quick and proficient with what they do; this is will always be my go to.

They are very friendly but both times I took my vehicle there it was still dirty. The manager did try to make it right by giving me 2 free car washes but I decided its not even worth my time to use the 2nd one.Customer service is 5 star.

Let me preface this by saying Ive never been to this car wash. I have a Ford raptor which Ive heard doesnt fit in some car washes. I called Tiger Carwash (club car wash) and asked if a Ford Raptor would fit and the knowledgeable person that answered the phone told me that unfortunately Raptors do not fit in their tracks so they do not allow them through their wash. So, I called the mall car wash to see if a Raptor would fit. The guy said of course, why wouldnt it fit? and I explained the situation that the raptors have a wider wheel base etc. And he said absolutely no problem and I said okay I wanted to make sure because tiger car wash said it wouldnt fit and he goes oh, it wont fit in tiger car wash? Then no it wont fit here either. I shouldnt have to hold your hand to answer my question. What if I just took his original answer and just showed up?

Always do a good job. Its better then what I could do myself at that price. If you want it any better then you need to find a detail shop

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Brought car in with no problems but when the car came out the tire was flat. It had a hole in the sidewall and they said it was not there fault? There is nothing that could cause thatCar goes in with a tire full of pressure and comes out with a hole but not the fault of car wash? How does that make any sense.STAY clear of these idiots!!!

Great friendly place they do a great job on my truck. Only thing that would make it better would if they would use a cordless leaf blower to get water out of the spots where the cloths cant get like mirrors side windows and tuff spots.

Pretty expensive and they missed spots. However, the customer service was good. The wait was short.

Well that was disappointing! I have used this place before and had good results. Today, not so much. The interior was not cleaned properly. The employees were too busy goofing around to possibly get the job done. Some making fun or talking about females in a non-work kind of way. I wondered what was up when there were no lines at lunch hour on a sunny day. Other people must be having the same type of experience and stay away like I will from now on. Sad but true...

This is my second time here and they did a better job this time than last time (last time they barely wiped out my insides). My car was also extremely gross so its pretty awesome that they cleaned it out so well. While the car was cleaned well, the guy that rung it up over charged me. They were nice enough to fix it at the desk when I pointed it out. They were really great and made sure I was happy with the car before I left.

These guys do a great job. Do yourself a favor and download their app on your phone. Inside the app they offer a loyalty program. You get a free car wash after you buy 4. I especially appreciate the thoroughness they use when cleaning and vacuuming the interior.

While the Columbia Mall Car Wash is a 20 to 30 minute time commitment on most days, Ive always left feeling like it was time well spent. The great job they do on the inside of my truck is key to my satisfaction. Most car washes only do the outside, but Columbia Mall Car Wash gets the WHOLE vehicle clean for you!

For the price it was perfect. They did a great job.

A waste of money. They really dont care! This was my second visit. The first was hopelessly bad as well. The first time i didnt pay for wheel detailing and so not a drop of water fell on the wheels. Today paid more to get my wheels detailed with rain coating. Only the outside of the rim was washed - it still had grime and dust on it as they dont and wont even spray water on the inside. The windshield was covered with lint and leaves were still stuck on the sides of the front and back windshields. Spending more does not reduce the bad quality here. Its a rip off. Not coming back here again!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they were fast. The interior seats and dash were wiped down, center console and doors were barely touched. Crumbs, dust, etc left in seat crevices, I made someone come out and vacuum them. I was expecting more for $27. I do a better job at Tiger Wash for $6. Not worth the price!

Took my moms car here for her to get cleaned before going on a trip. Im usually the one to clean and detail it for her, but didnt have the time to get to it myself before her trip. This was my first time ever coming here. Paid for the highest package (Rain-X) and had to pay additional to get the rubber mats cleaned, totaling near $38. Walked over to the mall to get a few things and returned about 30 mins later to see that the car was done and ready to go. I was impressed on how quick they got it done. I looked over the car before leaving. Overall, the outside was clean, but there were a few things I had noticed... a few bug splatters still left on hood/grill, lint on windows from whatever they used to clean them, dirt that had run down from the rear license plate onto the bottom of the trunk lid had not been wiped off, and some streaks on the doors. The inside appeared as more of a basic job... the dash was wiped down, but still some dust left, seats did not appear to be vacuumed well, spots missed on floor from vacuuming, totally missed vacuuming under the front passenger seat, and the whole radio/climate control area of the dash looked horrible. The whole touch screen was streaky as if it had been wiped down with a soapy wash cloth. All in all, I would consider this an okay cleaning job. Not at all up to my standards, but I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, which is why I still give them 2 stars. It definitely was not worth the $38. I would maybe pay a third of that to have it done again. Even though I brought it here because I didnt have time to do it myself, I could have spent a third of the money to just take it to Tiger Car Wash to have the outside completely cleaned (which includes free vacuuming and rubber mat washing). Probably wont return here.

Columbia Mall car wash is good once or twice a year but if you keep your auto clean go to the car wash on Providence road right off the business loop for little money at all it does everything butt vacuum and wipe it down.

We moved here from SoCal a couple of years ago and have not been able to find a full serve car wash near our home and by accident I stumbled across this one today.Very impressed by the young guy that helped me pick a good car wash, I liked the varieties of price points available. If you want to spend big money you can, but I had a very nice job done for $31.95.I drive for a living and the front of my car is dead bug city...how they removed every, single dead bug with just a car wash and wipe down blows my mind. I threw all the junk on my floor on the back seat and the car was vacuumed well.You can wait inside the building in the AC or sit under a lovely tree, waiting for your car to be done. There are several people working on the cars and once your name is called, someone will walk with you around the car to make sure that its too your liking. If youre not happy with the job and you leave unhappy, thats on you.That said, AFTER I got home I realized that the windshields had been done poorly and the inside of the trunk where the latches are, were still very dirty, I guess they didnt open the trunk.One star lost for the old man at the register who, even though I HANDED him my credit card, he threw it back to me by flipping it to me on the counter. Not cool old dude, not cool.

I asked for the Super Nova Service which is 53 dollars. But these guys didnt do a good job. Dirt on the back seats. Interior not throughly cleaned and these guys left the mats not properly installed. Will never go again. Such a cheap service at high price.

Okay so I live in Kansas City and but spend a lot of time in Columbia. The BEST full service car wash in Kansas City charges TWICE the amount of money (over $30) to claim that they will do the EXACT same service. I reality, Columbia Mall Car Wash charges half the price and does a much better job. In Kansas City, I have to remind them to wipe down the bottom of my black vehicle (where all the dirt shows from the road) every single time I go in there. When I go to Columbia Mall Car Wash, the outside always looks perfect and they do more to the inside... they seem to go the extra mile and wipe down the console, etc. that seems to always need cleaning from my coffee cup splashes, etc. Truth be told, Id be willing to pay more than they ask for at Columbia Mall Car Wash... they should probably raise their prices since all the competitors seem to be higher. Just my opinion.

First time there, the wash was good. This past week I took my new car to have it detailed after the recent rains. It was the first time for a detail of my new car. It was completed quickly which surprised me. I had to get to work, so a close inspection was not done at that time. Later I noticed that the floor mats were still dirty, the inside of the doors were dirty, the windscreen and rear window were streaked and looked horrible. It is hard to see at night when there are streaks all over the windscreen. I will go back to doing it myself.

Best in mid-Missouri. I drive 90 miles to that place.

Was not impressed with interior wipe down this past time! Usually do a decent job, but the associates just didnt seem to be too enthused about doing a good job.

Probably the best, quick full service wash in town. However I do feel like the guys that do the drying and detailing at the end can do a much better job, as I typically have to point out obvious misses.

I have been going here for years and let me tell you how pissd off I am! I just paid $30 to get my car cleaned and they refused to clean the mud out of my back seat. They said they aren’t licensed and never offered to remeburse me or anything and expected a tip from me. They didn’t do anything except wipe down my windows and wash the outside of my car. I found this car wash to be very overpriced in comparison to other full service car washes I have visited around the country. Upon inspection of receiving my truck I noted that the wheels were filthy. When I brought that to the agents attention was told that that was because I didnt buy the premium $35 package. I paid $28 for the mid-grade package and they cant wash the wheels? Im not talking about shining the tires Im talking about absolute filth on the wheels. I wont be back
