The reservation , pick up and drop off the car was very smooth.A small diference was that I reserved an Fiat Egea and I got an Fiat Fiorentino ( but it was new, with less than 4000 km ruled) was not a issue for me.

The car was dirty, the seats were dirty look like milk or ice cream on seats. The cars have previous marks an they will say it wasnt there when you rented the car. As WE ALL KNOW HOW TO PHOTOSHOP PICTURES👀. THE AGENT DIDNT KNOW A RAINGUARD WAS MISSING OFF ON WINDOW UNTIL THE COSTUMER BROUGHT IT TO HER ATTENTION.. ITS THE UGLIEST SIN EVER TO SEE HOW THIS WORLD IS LEANING TOWARDS DARKNESS JUST TO HAVE BONUS CHECK.

This is the place to go if your car is in the shop. We rented a small eco car but were surprised happy when we were upgraded at no extra cost to a very nice Van. It was extremely quiet with seats that I must have in my next car! I have a very tender back and between the electric adjustable lumbar support too the both seat and back rest independent controls. I was not exausted after our 102 mile trip.

So the going rate for sand in the front drivers seat is $250 (sand from one day at the beach and the only other passenger didn’t step foot on the beach at all). Michael Miller, being the nice guy that he is (and maintains he doesn’t get a grain of sand in his vehicle when he vacations at the beach, which is super impressive), only charged me $100, though (my entire deposit). I was a little surprised because the last time I rented from this establishment and all 3 passengers enjoyed the beach without meticulous regard to sand when they got back in the car, never resulted in the loss of my deposit or even a mention. Otherwise, I would have had my father, who has owned a carpet cleaning business my whole life, use his truck mount to make sure I didn’t forfeit my deposit and my meals for the week. Michael Miller did forgive my $18 late fee for bringing the car back 3 hours late.My sincere opinion is just to go to Hertz Car Rentals for the same price, consistent policies and unlimited miles.

Worst experience ever! I had a pleasant surprise upon getting the rental I had to pay another deposit on top of the deposit I had already made and to make matters worst the van we thought that we were getting turns out to be a mini van. Fifteen passenger is what we were suppose to get,which sat on his lot all the time we were gone.My daughters wedding was on that weekend and I could not make other plans. I will never do business with these crooks again, deposit was not returned because we had too many miles,excuse me we went to Miami, Florida how many miles there and back that you didnt understand! Michael Miller you have lost another potential customer because of your deciful attitude!

Didnt have a good experience. I had an appointment to purchase a van and the day before the purchase day they sold it. Wouldve been nice to get a call before me and my wife wasted a 45 min trip there. Sad thing about it my wife and kids were looking forward to it. Was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my wife!

Rented a van from them to get a group of people out to a camp for the weekend. Clean van that ran great, good price, and the staff is nice. I plan on using them again in the future if another rental is needed.

The car was loud and had stains all over the seats, sticky stuff was running down the stirring wheel , very rude, bad customer service. These people are very dishonest to the point i would say they are crooks. Over charged me when i took the car back 26.00 dollars for being a lil over an hour later (rental price was 33.00 a day). They charged me 50.00 dollars extra for some so called ashes that was on the side of the car. The owner said i neglected his car by letting someone smoke around it. I will not be renting here again.

Upholstery was stained, something was banging underneath the car when you would turn, tried to charge me twice what they quoted me when I turned the car in. Enterprise is right down the road with better service, better cars, and cheaper rates. You definitely dont save at usave.

Rented from Usave after reading positive reviews from locals. Rental was ok, and was told to return or extend by noon the next day since thats when they closed on Saturdays. Next morning a different employee called around 0830 and said if I wasnt extending then I was late returning and was subject to late fee. I explained that noon was the only time I was ever given and she agreed to waive the fee this time as if doing me a favor. Never apologized for the miscommunication and continued to act as if I was wrong and had an attitude when I brought it back. Also didnt save any money compared to any other rentals places Ive used in town. I wont use again.

The day we came back from our vacation a day late they where vary rude and cussing at me on the phone saying there were going to call the police on me..I will never rent from this place again even if they were the last place in Maury county Ill travel to another town first....
