Do NOT go to this place for car detailing . I went to them for detailing on my new “used Buick Enclave “ … they half did the job . I guess they figured since it was fairly new , they didn’t have to do their job. They told us to bring it back to get the things that I told them they skipped. They did those things and still half did the job. The same spots on my seats were still there , they didn’t remove the rubber Mats to clean my carpet or anything . I specifically looked at areas to note whether or not they touched it . I am disappointed in the services . They didn’t even buff surface scratches out my car good . It was a half done job . It wasn’t worth the money we paid . DO NOT GO HERE … it’s a waste of time and money.

After bad experiences with Honda dealership, I was looking for someone who might do a full detail on my car and wow did I find it. First to note, I think my expectations were damaged from Honda, so they were low but I was still hopeful. I made an appointment with Godwin, after researching, brought it in and met JAKE. He guided me through what I was asking for the detail and I dropped of the car. He kept me updated through the day. When it was finished, I picked it up. I did NOT expect the level of detail inside, outside, under, the engine they give. I dont know who worked on my car but the collaboration between them and JAKE is impressive. The calm, cool, collected vibe of this place along with the people and the work they all do, I finally found a good place. I drive way out of the way to bring my car to them. Call them, ask for JAKE. This is the second purchase that I have made with Godwin Motors. The first purchase was great but this second has been horrible so far. I purchased a 2016 Jeep Compass on 4/17/21. I did not pick it up from the dealership until 4/19/21 and immediately noticed that the truck was skipping. I called and spoke to Issac. He told me to bring it back. As I continue to drive it, the A/C was discover not to be working. This was supposedly had been serviced before I purchased it. I asked this prior to purchasing it. I took the truck back for repairs on 4/22/21. The A/C was suppose to be fix and I was told that the skipping was not a skip but was just how the transmission of those trucks operate. Well the very next day the A/C was out AGAIN!!! I was told they it possible another leak was there. I live nearly an hour away from the dealership and work at a school so weekends are my only days off. I contact Issac AGAIN and sat up a Saturday appointment. Please understand each time I speak to him he sounds nonchalant and as if I am ranting about issues that are unimportant. My husband decides to take the truck down on 4/29/21 before his appointment. I called on 4/28/21 that evening to let them know and the young lady said the change was fine. When my husband gets there he says that Issac would not let him want inside. Please understand that this is the same place that my mother, my son 20 year old son, and myself just wanted in for 2 hours in a few days ago. He said Issac stated that they could only have a few people inside the office. He was only person waiting! It would be hours before my truck would be ready. My husband also told him about the skipping again and he brushed it off. I called angry by the treated of my husband. Issac being his nonchalant self defended the fact that he wasnt expecting the truck and that it had a warranty and they were fixing it. My point still remains, why sell something they was not already fix . As I stated to him, they will be expecting my payment on time on the 17th. I truly regret my purchase.

Godwin Motors has sold my family two vehicles. We bought an Avalanche a few years ago and just purchased a Cadillac a few days ago. Both vehicles came with a one year warranty which helped us feel more secure buying used vehicles.Sarita, and the entire staff at Godwin, is helpful and kind. STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE PLACE i purchased me a car in April it’s now july and i haven’t been riding two full weeks straight without having to call and make a complaint! they were supposedly servicing my vehicle but every time i go to pick my vehicle up nothings fixed! i put 2000 dollars down on my vehicle and now that i keep calling complaining they are now telling me my warranty on my mileage is about up and they will no longer service my vehicle! i live 76 miles away and that’s just one trip! 76 there and 76 back i’ve been going back and forth since april ! do the math . please stay far far away from this place !

Had a great experience buying my first new used car from them back in December of 2019. Totaled in Jan of 2020. The second car I purchased in Feb of 2020 car was totaled in June of the same year. Angel was the best. He wasnt pushy, and or hounding me to purchase a vehicle like most dealerships. The process was very quick, and thorough. The customer service was above and beyond. Can’t really talk bad about them, but I am mad that I was refused being sold another vehicle. Neither accident was my fault. After my divorce my credit was shot and this dealership came through. I thought it was a great place For people in a bad credit situation. Being told they won’t sell me another car, and then not being told why is very unprofessional. I was never late on my payments both cars were paid completely off so I just don’t understand.
