The barber shop at FT Jackson did very well and did not rush to failure. Ive had 2 great experiences with 2 different barbers here so far, who cut it right the first time, both times. There was a third barber that people stood in a separate line for because of how well she cut hair. Im excited for the next visit.

Disappointing barber shop. Only 3 employees working during lunch hours, which is prime time for people to come in and get haircuts. Management should have them take lunch early or late to accommodate customers that have better things to do than wait 40 minutes for a haircut. Also, it’s 2018 and this barber shop doesn’t accept tips on a credit card. I can buy a soda at a vending machine with my credit card but can’t tip a barber without running to an ATM. I will go back to Great Clips where it is cheaper, more convenient, and I can make an online appointment and not wait.

Its 0920 on a Sunday with 10 people waiting outside the door. Several employees inside taking there sweet time opening.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what they deserve. They dont care about quality of haircuts, theyre just rushing to make tips. Rude barbers, and no experience either. Be warned, I went twice and same thing from different barbers. Not worth your time!
