Was NOT happy with Patrick in service. Lied to my son (Evan Boring) and me today about waiting on approval from the extended warranty that he said he has been having a hard time getting them. My son called Continental Warranty and was told no one called until 4:06pm on Friday and the truck was dropped off at 8:00am that morning! That was a full business day WASTED! Then I went in to talk to Patrick to tell him he lied, never called warranty company until 4:06pm, he (Patrick) didnt know what to say! Then he has the audacity to say go to Enterprise to get a rental, we dont have any! NO, he should have called ENTERPRISE and had a vehicle brought over!No one in our family will ever deal with Stan McNabb again! I think you people should be ashamed!

Every time I go there I have a problem. They can not even manage a simple call back. Went to get tires rotated and oil changed ( I marked my tires before I went). They got done I looked at paperwork it showed tires rotated and oil changed fluids filled. The tires had NOT been rotated because the ones I marked were still on the front, the washer fluid was still low, how do I even know they changed the oil? However they did take the time to delete everything from that day off my dashcam and somehow broke my rear cam because it never would work again after that. When I brought the tire issue up to them they said it must have been a minor oversight. They are rude when I call and ask about issues my brand new car is having, and I am told they do not have any problems out of 2018 Traverse, yet it is having mechanical problems and there are even bulletins out about it. I will not be taking my car there again nor will I do business with them for any reason. Even trying to buy a car, I could not get a call back like I was told I would. BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE!!!

Bought a new 2018 Silverado from Stan McNabb with a extended warranty. My air conditioning stopped working in May 2021, the truck is 3 years old!! Took the truck in for service and they want to charge $130 just to diagnose the problem, which is not covered under the warranty, then call and say well we can’t find a problem with it so we would like to fill it back up but that’s not covered either because they’re not “replacing” any parts yet just filling it up and that will be $435 then they will be able to tell if there’s a problem and see if it’s covered by the warranty. What a rip off!! Will not do business with them ever again. Will not recommend to anyone. Oh and a side note if you take your vehicle in for service and you need more than one thing checked on it the cost is $130 per each diagnostic they perform on the vehicle.What a sorry dealership

Great team of People at Stan Mcnabb in Columbia Tennessee. Brian Griz found me a truck in less that 24 hours and we were able to close the deal in 1 day. The team was able to organize picking me up from the airport in Nashville and the driver Jim Cast was very welcoming and friendly during the ride to the Dealership. Ronny was great at being prepared when I arrived with all documents and explained the process of the deal and the details of the Truck in great detail. The Finance manager also was prepared and explained the full finance process and information in a great way. This team as well as all the other associates were very friendly and seem to have a lot of fun at Stan Mcnabb in Columbia. Great team and a very friendly Atmosphere that these employees are creating for there customers.

Great and Friendly Service!!! I took my 2003 Corvettte in for oil change and tire balance. I just bought new tires from a local tire store. That store could not get my tires balnced correctly. Stan McNabb got them balance the first time. Drives like a new car. In the future I will buy my tires at Stan McNabb. The service tech covered my steering wheel and and his shoes. They did everything possible not to get my car dirty on the inside. I highly recommend stan McNabb for your service needs.

Very unprofessional not once got my salesmans name. Made me feel like I wasnt able to afford anything on their lot so they didnt want to take their time with me. Obviously they wasnt eager to make a sale. If I wanted to make a sale I definitely would treat EVERYBODY with respect and go above and beyond to help make that happen. Service advisor very condensending. Took 5 hours to diagnose air conditioning problem. Service advisor quoted price with this and that and misc parts. Took to different mechanic had proem diagnosed in 30 min and fixed in 1 day compared to 3 days and double the price at stann mcnabb. Would not recommend to anyone.

I had water inside my car and mold on the carpet under my rubber matts. I came in without an appointment. Lori greeted me and understood my problem. She did my paperwork and arranged for a loaner. I was out of there in about 30 minutes. It took over 2 weeks to get the new carpet in. Lori called each week to give me an update. The problem was a loose air-condition hose from the factory. The car is good now.

Used a oil change and Tire rotation service as a way to shop for a new dealership to do business at since I was made to feel shamed at another dealership but those details arent necessary, today I called ahead and asked if they could work in an oil change and they just said bring it in even though they were booked up, I arrived and let them know Id like to get the tires rotated as well if possible, no problem...I have a follow up appt set to repair a recall and to top everything off they were $20 cheaper than what I had been paying each time I had my car serviced from the dealership I bought the car from!!!! your service dept earned my future car purchase.Update: Scheduled a new service for my vehicle because catching up on needed maintenance was cheaper than buying a new car. I had already researched and knew going in I was going to spend about $800 plus tax, well I was also due for oil change, tune up, fuel induction service and the total after tax was $1050, to have literally all fluids changed, tune up performed and system cleaned out so my car is back in top shape, not bad at all. not long ago I had discovered that I needed a O2 sensor replaced, I knew what I needed and they replaced with the oem part I provided and I just paid labor. They didnt try to tell me like other dealerships that they had to do a diagnostic first. this allows me to put my trust in the dealership. plus they had my car ready 2hrs early.

Terrible customer service, dropped my car off at 730am, for some things to be fixed and a recall. I had to call them at 430pm for her to tell me it hasn’t even been taken back..... then proceeded to be told I had to be there by 5 in order to get a rental, THE MANAGER refused to stay 5 min late for me. The worst customer service!! When it’s their fault, they should do what’s possible to make it right and they made it known they weren’t staying a minute late. There’s a reason we go to Carl black Chevy!

Typically, I dread the car buying experience. The pushy, arrogant salesmen. The repeated calls, texts and emails throughout the day. I cringe. My experience at Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia was one of the easiest transactions of all time. First, I called about a specific vehicle and spoke with Christina, the vehicle was in transit and she was going to notify me as soon as it came in. The next day, Matt text me and said it just arrived. I went to the store and met with Andrew True. The process was incredibly smooth and what I really liked about my experience is that he was upfront and honest with me. Andrew didnt try to push me into something else. He listened to my concerns and answered them with confidence. As we talked about the numbers, etc Andrew and Chris Johnson the Finance Manager helped me get a great rate and applied rebates where possible. They were there to help me, not just get another sale - everyone is so kind. It was nothing I have ever experienced at a car dealership before and I just want to thank Andrew, Chris, Christina, Matt and the rest of the crew for guiding and advising me during my car buying process. I did not feel pressured at all and drove out extremely happy with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Stan McNabb Chevrolet Cadillac of Columbia to anyone looking for a vehicle. The Nashville, Brentwood and Franklin dealerships do not provide the family owned feel you get from Stan McNabbs dealership.

It went well at first, I make enough money to make high payments if I have to. The details of payments, amount down and what they wanted went up and up over the next day. And all of a sudden what they would sell me went from a silverado to a spark overnight. The kicker is even though the vehicle they were showing me went down in price, my down payment and monthly went way up. Then they had the balls to keep messaging me all week about their “deals” and new vehicles. You would think in this economy, sales staff would want to sell a vehicle but I guess not. Now instead of selling 2 vehicles, they sold NONE. I had money to put down and all my ducks in a row. Will NEVER buy from them.

I needed an oil change. I had neglected to pay attention to the window sticker reminder. The low oil pressure light came on my Buick. I went to Stan Mcnabbs without an appointment. They got me in, oil changed, tired rotated, and out in just over an hour. This was at 11:30, so it was over the typical lunch time. Great job!!

Everyone was very helpful the morning I was there to look at cars, and Eugene has been great at communicating via text and phone since then to try to find the car I was looking for. They have a decent selection, since taking over from another dealership and the day I dropped by they seemed nice and helpful. I stopped in because I received an email telling me about a special “employee pricing” for everyone sale that was going on for 1 week only. I stopped in on a Monday and looked at 2 trucks to see how they were optioned. Since I had to leave for work I inquired about an accessory I wanted to have installed and asked for pricing and labor costs to be sent to me via e-mail. I got the email very quickly and told the sales person I’d be there the next morning to test drive a truck. My plan was to have it sitting in my driveway before lunch that Tuesday. My issue began when the “special pricing” suddenly wasn’t so special and the online price jumped $2500 at midnight. I sent an email asking for an explanation as I felt I had been given the old “get me in the door and change the price” trick. I heard absolutely nothing for days until getting another “marketing email” from Trey McNabb to which I replied asking why he hadnt responded to my initial inquiry and I was still wanting to buy a new truck. I was contacted and told the owner was out of town and would contact me the next day. I waited and again nothing from anyone. I was still ready to buy one of the 2 trucks I had looked at but wanted someone to explain why they were running an ad for employee pricing but the price was back to where it was the week prior. I wanted to understand without being given dealer speak and blaming the increase on Chevrolet. After almost 2 weeks I gave up, drove 50+ miles to another dealership, told them the vehicle I was interested in, test drive it and am driving it now. Ironically I drove by the dealership 2 days ago and both vehicles I was interested in are still on the lot for sale.

On vacation and our brand new GMC Terrain popped a check engine light. Stopped into service unannounced and TJ brought out his computer, read the code, told us it was most likely an intermittent problem, cleared it and sent us on our way at no charge. Now thats customer service! Thanks so much TJ!

Was a bit frustrated with the service visit. Upon purchasing the vehicle we had added the coating for stain/abrasion repellent and noted that the front usb port wasnt working. Both were scheduled to be addressed at the same time. We dropped the truck off for an early appointment on Tuesday only to find out later that afternoon that the guy that does the coating wasnt even there after wed been without our truck all day. So had to stay until the next day (Wednesday) for the coating. Then on Wednesday we were told that the usb part didnt arrive or wasnt available which necessitated the truck staying to the next day (Thursday). So what seemed an appointment for a relatively simple service wound up causing us to be without our vehicle for two days. Ultimately we got what we needed and are happy with our purchase. Just seems like some work needs to go into execution where service is concerned.
