Very happy with results. They repaired door damage from hitting a pole in a parking garage - large indent size 18 - 20 inches round. I took a chance based on reviews and Im happy with the result and cost (I decided to pay out of pocket). You would never know I had an accident - color match perfect! Although promised with 90% assurance done in 4 days it took 6 days. Given the extremely hot weather, I didnt want to rush the paint process so the delay wasnt a concern. I definitely recommend!

Horrible experience. Mechanics are rude and sexist and do not pay attention to detail. A chunk of my inside door handle on my BMW was chipped and they did not even notice or saying anything. In fact they tried to blame it on me when I was just picking up my car from them and it sure was not there before! Owner is full of it too and experienced liar.REPLY: Wrong person. He doesnt even know which situation this is because he has so many issues. His presence on here and his responses prove my point as to what kind of person he is. Refer back to review. Story is real.

This is an excellent shop. I had some body work done on my BMW 530i. The paint job was exactly BMW standard. They did not cut any corners. In fact I almost didnt recognize my own vehicle. Not only was the damaged area of the car repaired but the rest of the car was cleaned. The cost of the work was very good and affordable. The owner is fun to be around and honest and actually advised me on much needed engine work on this vehicle and declined to work on another one because he thought that it was not in my best interest. Columbia Auto Collision Center gave my 1998 Jeep Wrangler a new lease of life. The frame had corroded so badly that the lower rear suspension arm broke away. The first body shop I took it to said it needed a new frame, then said they couldnt find a frame or repair it. Eddie took a look at it and immediately said a new section of the frame could be welded in. He suggested doing both sides because the other side was also badly corroded. The job was done quickly, and an engineer friend tells me it was done very well. When I picked the vehicle up, Eddie had a gallery of work-in-progress photos on his computer to show me exactly what was done. I was most impressed with the friendly attention, mechanical work and the bill. I recommend Columbia Auto Collision without hesitation.

I had a great experience with the owner, l took my car there for repair, they did an excellent job. I also mentioned it to the owner that my car is leaking oil, he washed the engine to know where the problem is. He diagnosed the engine and to be honest he told me what the problem is and advised me on what to do with the car. I had a great experience with Eddie at Columbia Auto Collision. He is very honest and up front about his recommendations. I had another auto shop estimate $1200 to fix a damaged bumper, but Eddie gave me a $350 repair estimate option vs replacing it for $800. He recommended the $350 fix. The repair looks great! Even his high end fix was still $400 cheaper than his competitors. I highly recommend this shop!

Excellent body work and customer service! I took my 2018 Toyota Highlander here after an accident. Eddie and his team took great care of me and my car. It was my first time here, and turned out to be a great decision. If I ever need body work done again on my car, these guys will be my first choice.

I hit a deer and did extensive damage to the front end of my car. I took it to Columbia Auto Collision on a recommendation and they did fantastic work. On top of this, they dealt with the insurance company directly, so all I had to do was drop off my car and wait a few days for them to finish. The car looks like it did when I drove it off my dealers lot. Eddie and his company are professional and easy to work with - I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had my bumper replaced and a few other things done at the body shop. I got estimates from several other body shops in the area, and CACC appeared to offer the best value. They did good work at a reasonable price and I am satisfied with how the new bumper looks.The reason I gave them four and not five stars is they were not very communacative nor responsive. The receptionist would always pick up the phone, but they wouldnt get back to me with the requested information. This is a fixable issue and Im confident they could adapt to be better.

Eddie did some work on my friends car, and we were very pleased with the overall experience that he provided. Along with his competitive pricing and solid communication, he stuck close to his timeline, and most importantly, did exceptional work on the car. Id definitely recommend using him.

I first went to Eddies shop after a small collision last summer, and I decided to use his shop as my main mechanics after that. Eddie has a wonderful attitude toward customers. He is always respectful, passionate, and is patient enough to explain everything to me. There hasnt been any additional problems to the parts Eddie fixed on my 2007 car. Although I dont wish to see Eddie and his friends too often and spend more money on my car, its been a pleasure every time.

After going to 2 other body shops and having paint drips and orange peel (both paint defects imo), I decided to be more selective in choosing which body shops that I take my vehicle to. I decided to try Columbia Collision Center. There was no orange peel or paint drips. The paint match was perfect and smoothly blended into the matching body panels. I definitely recommend this body shop for anyone looking for a good (errr...great) body shop. Eddie will also give you a good laugh.

I needed to replace my bumper cover. Eddie gave me the best customer service in the whole process. Communicated with me each day to let me know the status. The paint job on my bumper was flawless. I will definitely be coming back in the future for any other service.

Absolute cheat - do not get fooled by the low prices - got a side mirror from him. The mirror had a camera. First of all, he put in the mirror with no cover and told me all was done and took the money from me. When I told him about it, he said yes, he knows and he has ordered one for me. It came after 2 weeks. Also, the camera does not work to which he says that he sold the mirror with a camera and not a working camera. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAT.

I have used this body shop exclusively for the last seven years or so. His business has grown to the point where parking is a challenge, but it also reflects the demand for his services. I have found Eddie to be an honest and reliable service provider in this difficult business. While the quality of work is outstanding, if there is a minor issue noted he will fix it at his cost with no debate. I have referred many to his shop and all have been pleased with the work done and I will continue to take my vehicles here. Eddie is also just a fun guy to be around... great sense of humor and demeanor.

I accidentally drove into my garage with a back door open, causing a small ding and some scratched paint. Went to one body shop nearby that quoted me nearly $900 for a proper fix (which involved taking apart the rear bumper and blending the paint, etc.). Then I got a second opinion from Eddie, who was amiable and told me the right fix would take about $800, but he suggested just removing the ding and applying touch-up paint, which he said would be visible only upon close inspection, otherwise hiding the scratch and protecting the paint, for $150. I chose the latter.On the positive, the ding was removed convincingly, and the paint touch-up matched my car paint color nearly identically. On the negative, the touch-up treatment stood out pretty badly (noticeably raised above the other paint). I wasnt expecting showroom perfection, but this looked a little amateurish. The fix also took two full days (though he initially told me one). They failed to call when it was done; I had to call a few times to check in on status. When I went to pick it up, the office was somewhat of a mess; they couldnt find my paperwork or my keys. They eventually found the keys, but not the paperwork. Come payment time, Eddie just fished a number out of the air for the charge: $285, to which I asked what happened to the $150 estimate? He didnt remember that verbal estimate, but agreed to honor it anyway. At the end of the transaction, there were no receipts or any other paperwork. It was odd.My interactions with them were cordial, and Eddie is definitely a charming and friendly guy. But the whole operation feels unprofessionally managed, and the quality of the work was only so-so. Im glad to see others have had good luck here, but I probably wouldnt recommend it based on my experience.

Just fixed my wifes new white Explorer. It looks brand new for 2 reasons. One, they fixed the damage perfectly. Two, they basically detailed the car! The car looks like it was waxed, tires shined, inside vacuumed and wiped down. They went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. Highly recommend and will go back in the future! Thank you

I came to Columbia Auto Collision Center to have a front bumper cover and fender painted for my Subaru. Eddie lived up to the reviews and is fantastic to work with. My parts took a while longer than expected to be finished, but Eddie took care of me and the paint job is top notch. His painter even took the time to compare his paint samples to my car to make sure the new parts matched perfectly, and they do! I am completely happy with the business I did with the Columbia Auto Collision Center. I was treated like the only customer being served. Normally, I just take my services or goods and be done with a situation but the level of service I experienced from Eddie and his staff was beyond my expectations. I found them from a google search after I scraped up my brand new 2017 Hyundai Tuscan. A cement pillar and I had a disagreement :-(. From the moment I called Eddie I swear I felt like I was calling a favorite uncle or other family member. He is such a kind, welcoming man. Once I brought my car in, I knew I was in great hands. His office staff was friendly and personable and very easy to talk to.Aside from the customer service, the work was GREAT! A very quick and pleasant experience. Brought my car to this location based on a suggestion from my mechanic, and could not have been any more pleased! The work they performed was taking out some scratches on my drivers-side door, they not only removed the scratches from the small incident, but also two others on the door, which were described as fairly deep -- When I saw the car after work was done, there was no sign at all any of the scratches had been present at all! I have a card and I will be going back if I ever need to! Highly recommended location! Friendly, Prompt, and honestly, not very expensive either!

This place is deceptive. I think that the owner stole a new and perfect part from my car and replaced it with salvaged one so that the new part can be sold as a brand new..This shops owner and Joe are extremely experienced liars. I went to this shop to fix my car. When I got my car back, I found that a salvaged and damaged part was replaced with the original intact part of my car. It was very frustrating, and Eddie giggled me and asked if I had the previous photo of the car. I should have taken the photos but instead just trusted this shop. I feel like this body shop might did that to make profit by selling the intact part while replacing it with the salaved part. Though, I did not take the photos. But I knew that it was not the original part and condition. The service was not even completed.I heard from people that this shop has taken advantage of clients by using used parts...I felt very disappointed. I was very afraid if other parts of my car were replaced with their junk used parts. Thinking of that is very scary. I will bring my car to the dealership to completely inspect and find if any part was replaced. I am a very serious and an educated client and am writing my review with experience with this auto collision center.I will never go there again.This location is very far from honesty. The location with very cheating and deceptive business practice! I am telling you again that I heard that this shop uses salvaged parts for your car repair and they will replace any good intact part from your car with salvaged one so that they can sell the intact part to others....

I dont usually write reviews but I will gladly make an exception in this case. These guys were top notch professionals and I couldnt be more pleased.I basically came in with a damaged front bumper that I was sure would have to be replaced. Most auto body shops would try to get you spend as much as possible, but Joel kindly and patiently went over multiple options with me and even suggested that his team try to repair the existing bumper rather replacing it altogether (which saved me a significant amount of money). Long story short, they fixed it as good as new and at a great price.Thanks again guys, I highly recommend your shop and will definitely be back for any future needs.

I am not sure I have ever written a review on anything online, but this company did such a great job, I felt compelled. Anyway, so my truck got banged up and I was looking for some place close to my office that could fix it, and this was the first one that stuck out due to the great reviews and close proximity. I called them and an hour later I had my truck there for an estimate. The estimate took about 5-10 minutes and seemed like a fair price. I then checked other body shops and this was the best price so I decided to go with them.Long story short (kind of), I am SO GLAD I chose these guys. When I came to pick up my truck 3 days later, the owner told me that he didnt notice another dent on my truck. My heart sunk since I thought a price increase was coming. He told me that had he seen it, it would have cost a lot more (about double). However, he admitted to the mistake, STUCK TO HIS WORD, and charged me the original estimate amount. This was great to see since there just arent enough people in the world that do that nowadays, so I had nothing but respect for him and his company. He not only made my truck good as new, but he also cleaned it inside and out, so I was smiling ear to ear as I left the lot. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone as you will not find anyone more honest, and they did a great job. Hopefully my truck will stay out of harms way and I won’t have to see them again, but if it happens, I will definitely be going straight to them.

I was very disappointed in the lack of communication that took place at this establishment. I brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for work that needed to be done and was given an estimated price of $315 and was told my car would be ready the following morning. After I didnt receive a phone call that morning, I called them and got no response. Shortly after, I was called back and they apologized about the phone service being down. When I asked if my car would be ready and the total cost I was told that it was going to cost a little more and after a huge discount and a bunch of pictures that were taken it would now cost $690. Now, my problem is not that my car needed work done, my issue is that I was never called and updated on this more than double price increase! When you realized it was going to take more work than you thought initially, that would be the time when you call to update the owner and get consent to proceed. Common sense. Your phone not working is not a legitimate excuse. Offering a payment plan does not smooth things over or change the fact that I am still bound to a $690 payment when I was initially told a much lesser price. I just paid upfront so I wouldnt have to pro-long my ties with them and was very unhappy about it. The gentleman at the front desk was at least pleasant with me...the guy in the back..not so much. I will NOT be going back here and I caution anyone else who is considering taking their car here for repairs if they dont mind getting surprises with final costs. Thank you.

Eddy is great! Hes the most honest and informative mechanic that Ive ever dealt with. He really does a good job of explaining your problem and laying out your options for you with the full picture of what the outcome of your decision will be. He always has given advice about the best thing for me rather than the most profitable answer. I had a bad accident in my car and my insurance company wasnt any help so I came here and they took care of the insurance and when the insurance tried to give up on my baby and he said he see the hurt in my eyes so I let him know how important she (my car) is to me and I just walked out. The next day Eddie called me as said we talked to the insurance company and we are going to fix you baby as good as now and the insurance company okay it I didnt car about nothing but getting my baby back . When I got it back Im not gonna lie I thought it would a crappy job like I hear from other body shop but 5 months now and everything is still on point and looks good tall better be glad I cant put pictures on her . Lol just to make you all jealous .... :p

Another very satisfied customer, for the second time... A few years back, I found myself in need of auto collision repair services. I was rear-ended and based on consistently high reviews, I decided to have Eddie and his team get my car back in shape like nothing ever happened. From the start, Eddie demonstrated the level of knowledge and professionalism that I look for in a competent service. I got my car back and felt very relieved that all repairs were made as I hoped for, like I was never in an accident. Once again, I found myself in need of competent auto collision repair services. A couple weeks ago my wife was rear-ended. I immediately knew, based on my previous experience, we would have the repairs done by Eddie and his team at Columbia Auto Collision Center. To the point, I was so confident that I sent my wife over to Eddie, I did not even need to get involved in the process. My wife picked up her car today, and to our delight, the collision repair service experience was the same as my original experience; very satisfactory. We will not hesitate to use Columbia Auto Collision Center in the future and certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable service for there collision repairs.

We got a very reasonable price for a dent and major scratch in the rear quarter panel. They made it look like new, and blended the paint into the passenger door, which also covered up another scratch. They are friendly and really care about their business.They give a clear-coat warranty, unlike others. Be careful not to mistake the shop on the other end. Look for the lion statue at the door.

Extremely poor customer service and quality of repairs. It took two months for the repairs to be completed, although it was promised before that on several occasions. The collision center said the delay was due to a technician being on vacation and no one else could determine the cause of an internal problem with the vehicle. After picking the vehicle up, additional damages (that were not there originally) were discovered, and within 30 days the paint began peeling off of the repaired front bumper. I highly recommend avoiding this collision center.

When I had an alignment done on my Prius at Mr. Tire last week, they discovered some damage to one rear wheel (unknown to me) that prevented completion of the front end alignment. When I asked for a referral to a body shop, they sent me to Eddies near-by garage, adding that they were very good. After working on the car, Eddie showed me several detailed photos of the problem. Then he explained my options and recommended the most practical and least expensive solution. I was very pleased with Eddies workmanship and his ethics. I heartily recommend Eddies shop!

I really dont leave reviews for any type of business but after working with Eddie I really think people need to know about this body shop.Found this shop on google and chose it because of the ravings reviews (the sheer number of reviews as well). I brought in a Lexus with a loose bumper and was given not only a fair price but an explanation of exactly what needs to be fixed.Eddie delivered within the time frame he promised and even gave me a call after the shop had closed to let me know it was done.Good work paired with transparency and honesty makes for a great business model. Will be back again for all my auto repairs.

The service here is EXCELLENT! I shopped for quotes to repair my damaged car. Their quote was cheaper than the others. Eddie, the owner, makes you feel like family. He set up a rental car for me and was able to handle the rental reservation, pickup and payment wrapped into his bill, so that I didnt have to deal with the headaches that come with Enterprise. The repairs were completed during the promised timeframe, and the work was top-notch. When I arrived to pick it up, Eddie came out and personally explained the work that was performed. When I got into my car to drive away, I noticed they had thoroughly cleaned the inside! My car hadnt been so clean since it was new!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!

Eddie and the team took care of my daughters car after she got rear-ended.Only 4 stars just because sometimes they were slow to respond and the work was a bit slower then expected as well, but they were very nice and did do a good job on the actual work. Also they were responsive months later when the MVA suspended the tags because the salvage inspection was missing. Turned out CACC took care of business and it was actually the MVA that had dropped the ball on that one.

Columbia Auto Collision Center usually tackles insurance jobs, but Eddie was more than happy to accommodate me into his busy schedule when I needed my car towed and repaired after a bad hydroplane accident. Hes busy for a reason, because him and his crew do great work! Eddie was happy to talk with me every time I came over, no matter how busy, and we worked together to fix my car in a way that didnt kill my pocket.Eddie has a good heart and work ethic, and I was able to trust him with my baby completely. Any issues that came up along the way, he was on top of to fix. He really does care, and he strives to be the very best in the business. I do not doubt that he is.I would very much recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle back in perfect shape! Incredible work from these guys, especially Eddie! Couldnt even tell the car had been in an accident. They even dealt with the at fault partys insurance company so I wouldnt have to fight their initial estimate! Great work!

Absolutely outstanding!!I went to Eddies shop after another Columbia shop tried ripping me off and refused service when I caught them..I brought in a 1988 Land Rover Defender that needed quite a bit of work from a company left it out in the elements on the Baltimore pier.. A tonne needed done and Eddies shop said it wouldnt be a problem. They were able to get it looking gorgeous and sounding fantastic again! And they did it in a timely manner and extremely well-priced.Super pleased with the work they did and I suggest any one that needs body or mechanic work completed to go to this shop!

I would like to share my experience with the Columbia auto and collision shop, I was lead their by God. I had an appointment somewhere else but the direction took me their, when I arrived I was greeted with love, kindness and professional people. I was taken care of right away I told them about what happened to my drivers side mirror they immediately got on the phone ordered the part and told me to come back tomorrow to get it fixed. Took my truck there for some body work after being involved in a minor accident. Eddie the owner, personally took care of me and my truck looks like brand new again! I did have to take it back for a couple of minor issues I discovered after picking it up, but they were quick to resolve these for me. Joe was also extremely pleasant to deal with ... Other than it being tucked away and hard to find a place to park, the team here was great! Would definitely recommend!

Dropped my car off for repair because it would not start. They said that the ground wire was bad and that my battery melted...I took their word on it. Payed $450 for a new battery and air filter. I figured it cost so much because they repaired the ground problem. A week later the wire they replaced burnt in half and my car would not start again. They towed it in and than tried to tell me they would not cover the repair because I was using a tape deck adapter to play music off my phone and that tape was to new for my car (its not) and it caused the damage. After I told him their was a fuse that should have blown between my radio and my car he looked as if he didnt even know what fuses were. He than admitted that they never really found the problem last time and if I wanted them to find it this time I would have to pay more money. Keep in mind I already payed $450 for them to not find the problem. He tried to make me pay for the tow to get it back to the shop when I refused to pay for them to find the problem. I ended up paying $20 to get my car back with a wire that is going to burn out again in 1 week. He seems like a nice guy but do not be fooled. They do not know what they are doing.

Took my GMC Sierra to Columbia Auto Collision Center for front fender repair. Replacement fender fit was excellent, paint job well blended with hood and door and the price was the best of 4 estimates. Staff nice and honors their estimate price.

My car was hit in the parking lot at work. There was a pretty good dent just above the rear tire. Luckily the person who did it left a note on my window. He insisted that we take my car to Columbia Auto Collision Center even though it is pretty far from where I live. I did not expect good things. Well, I got my car back on the 2nd day and it is like new. IT IS PERFECT!!! It is not possible to see with the human eye where the repair was. If you live in Maryland, you need a good body and paint shop because of all the crazy drivers. I will tell everyone I know to go see Eddie to get your dents fixed.

Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Joe was Honest, Professional and Courteous. Its hard to find even one of these attributes with most businesses today. My Porsche came back in even better condition than before it was damaged. Ill never go anywhere else.
