I had some of the worst customer service I have ever received!!! Rude, arrogant and unprofessional Chris Heard was the worst agent I have ever had! He was dishonest and caused my car insurance to not renew me by reporting misinformation. I had 5 policies with him and even found out by the insurance company themselves that we were over insured on motorcycle insurance which cost me more money. When I decreased coverage to what the insurance company recommended Chris Heard yelled at me and behaved extremely unprofessionally! I dropped him and would never go back. If you are thinking about going here think twice! He is only concerned with what he can make off you!

Awesome place to get insurance if no one else will help you. They saved me from 500 dollar a month payments to 180. They basically saved my life.

They start off good but over time they cheat you out of your money, overcharge you with unnecessary fees and mess up the times of payment charges from your credit card. They dont always take the funds out on time or as promised and it results in late fees and unnecessary charges. They will also bill you ahead of time for your payment and send out notice of cancellation prior to your due date and then try to push up what you owe as a late fee when your bill isnt even due yet.

I can never get these people on the phone. They let the admin asst handle phone calls that need to be handled by the agent. I lost my insurance because I thought my car was stolen. I called the next day to cancel the request when police told me they found it, lo and behold the guy they have answering the phones told me the wrong information. So now Ive lost my insurance that was easily correctable. Need more reliable, experienced people in your office!!
