Bert and his daughter were so kind and thoughtful through the process of repairing my car after it was stolen and wrecked. They kept me updated while they worked on it and did a perfect job of the repairs. They even drove it up to another shop to get it aligned for me. My insurance did not cover my claim so I had to pay out of pocket and Bert was able to bring my estimate down by almost half what he quoted to the insurance adjuster in the beginning. I highly recommend Columbia Dent Center and will go back if I ever need work done again!

Bert and Brittany installed 15% window tint on my Tesla 2021 Model 3 as well as the premium package PPF ( paint protection film) and it came out tremendously! Took 1 1/2 days to complete. Mr. Beard was exceptionally professional. He made an appointment with me, provided a transparent and honest quote and on the day to have the dent removed he had my vehicle in and out within a half hour. I also had very technical questions regarding his graphic services and for each question I had, he responded with a confident solution. Above all, Mr. Beard actually answers the telephone, which is a cut above any other business these days. Ill be bringing my future business and interests to his company from now on! Just had Brittany install vinyl to my vehicle. She took her time, was very careful with the vehicles paint. Installation was very thorough and meticulous. When she was done the wrap looked absolutely fantastic.

I went to them because the dealership said they had about a dozen or more cars sitting in their lot due to waiting on parts. The dealership said that they’d had a hard time getting parts due to Covid. Well, Columbia Dent Center ordered parts the same day they looked at my car. The next day, my car was fixed!!! My front bumper looks new!!! I don’t appreciate the lame excuse from the dealership when Columbia Dent Repair got it fast & repaired it easily. Also this business is one of the few whose labor costs don’t equal or double the cost of the parts. They’re just really honest mechanics, & good people. If I ever need body work done again, I would use them with no hesitation or temptation to search for a shop closer or cheaper.

I hit the corner of my garage this morning and left a big, ugly dent in my fender. I took my car here around noon, and not only does it look like I never had a dent, but its 1:14pm and Im typing this at home already. It didnt take him long at all. Im pleased.

Repaired my motorcycle tank to where you cant tell there was a crease. This was an RC30 tank made of aluminum and very rare, and didnt harm the paint or decals. Highly recommended.

I visited Columbia dent center on Alpine Rd Columbia SC. I had a dent that I was unsure if Paintless dent repair could fix. They not only fixed the dent, you cannot tell a dent was ever there. It was quite large and deep. It took, are you ready for this....less than 30 minutes. Amazing work, fair and honest and very prompt to return your call. Had to take another vehicle for Bert to take care of. Was a difficult task with the dent being on the body line. Once again, CDC found a solution that restored the appearance back to factory specs and saved me a large portion of time and money.

My 04 Maxima had a medium sized dent on one side of the door panel and 5 tiny dents on the other side. After doing my research on different dent removal businesses in the area I decided to try Dent Doc Express because of all the positive reviews. Came to get an estimate (which turned out to be $350 for everything) and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I came to pick up my car I was very pleased with the results. The work was done perfectly and the dents were gone as if they never existed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Owner is a standup guy, you couldn’t ask for a better experience. Not only is the customer service top notch, you also won’t find a better paint-less repair elsewhere. Hate automotive dings, but if I happen to obtain another I know I’m in good hands.

Bert did such a good job on my Saleen mustang getting a dent out of the rear quarter panel next to the gas tank, I took my 1965 mustang to him. He was able to get dents out of the end of the hood even a body shop sad they couldnt do. The work was fast and the price was very reasonable. The cars look brand new. I would recommend Bert for any job.

I have a couple of vehicles that had at least a dozen door dings between them. Looking around for a PDR company in Columbia, I discovered the Columbia Dent Center. After bringing the vehicle to their facility, Burt was able to provide me an estimate. A few days later, I sat in their waiting area while Burt worked away on my vehicle. After Burt finished, I went home to grab the other vehicle. He completed the PDR in equally swift time on the second one. Both vehicles looked fantastic - you cant tell where anything happened. While waiting, I learned from Burt and his daughter Brittany that window tinting and clear film services were also sold there. I decided to have one of vehicles tinted 35% all the way around. Brittany did an absolutely fantastic job with the tinting. No ripples, no bubbles, nothing. Perfect job.I love giving business to local companies that do a great job at a fair price. I took my GMC Sierra to Columbia Dent Center because of a couple of dents in the rear quarter panel. They were small, but noticeable. I was amazed at the before and after. There is no trace whatsoever of a dent on my truck now. It looks like it just came off the factory line. I never write reviews, but I had to this time because everyone needs to know about Burt and what he can do with a dent.

Had about dozen or so nickle size dents near my sunroof on my Rav 4. Bert did a fantastic job in explaining how the process would work. In my case the headliner had to be removed in order to gain access. Bert was able to fix the dents 100%. I am very happy and would not hesitate to give Bert my future business.

Dent Doc Express saved me over $400! I had a few minor dents in my 2011 Camry from a falling tree limb. I took it to a body shop and was quoted over $600!! So we called Dent Doc and they came out and fixed it for $200. No dent repair is perfect and I never expected it to be but I was surprised that I could barely see where the worst of the dents used to be. And the others were completely gone! Great service, on time, super nice guy. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dent repair. Kinda hope I never need to use them again but will not hesitate to call if something happens to my vehicles again.
