Called to inquire about a pack of agitator dogs(pack of 4), Now I worked for a parts distributor for 3 years until 2 months ago when I relocated to Missouri, we sold our packs of dogs for $4 RETAIL. I understand some people have different pricing structures, But $12 for 1 pack of dogs is ridiculous.Would not recommend.

Needed an element when one of our ovens decided to burn out. Staff were very nice and helpful. They were able to get the part in the next day. Will be going here again! Thank you!

Ennis Appliance was professional, polite, and courteous. After several failed attempts to have other companies come repair my washer and ice maker, I called Ennis and they came out and did the repairs in one day.

We purchased a washer and dryer, when they delivered they had to use some force to get our washer and dryer in. The delivery ppl accidently knocked down the door trimming, we called them for months and was always told that we would get a call back and we never did. Finally they told us that they will not fix it because the delivery ppl said that they didnt do it and that it probably happened because our house has age on it. I would not recommend this company at all!It was my husband that you all told him no that you all were not going to fix the frame and when I called to verify your response I was told that no you all were not going to fix it because the workers said that they didnt do it so I was told no that you all were going with what the workers said. So yes I did call already!!

I had called to have them come out to repair my washer. I was told how swamped they were and after giving the all my info, I was given a date over a week out for service. I called the morning of my service date and was told they had no information and no service slip for my repair. They were extremely curt and rude, and did nothing to try to rectify the situation. In fact, they blamed their error on me! I called Columbia Appliance and had a completely different experience. I will never deal with Ennis Appliance again! If you look at their reviews on Yelp they have similar stories.

I called Ennis appliance about my LG washer that was leaking water. They were just super to deal with! The person that took my call was very knowledgeable and courteous. He set me up with a service call right away even though I had not bought the washer from Ennis. My repair man Zachary was also wonderful. He was on time, polite and professional. He quickly figured out where the leak was coming from. They had to order a part which only took a couple of days to come in and now I have a working washer again. Pleasure doing business with them.Update: I just bought a beautiful stainless steel refrigerator from Ennis and it was the easiest large purchase I ever made. I got a terrific deal, and the customer service is outstanding. I needed my Fridge delivered the next day, which was a Saturday and they did not have an issue with that. Delivery was free, they even hauled off my old fridge for free and the delivery people were just terrific. Love this company and will be buying all my appliance there in the future.

I had the best experience with Ennis Appliance Center. Gary Ennis came by to diagnose my refrigerator one day after my call and ordered the part needed immediately. I was extremely happy with the communication via phone and email - quick and reasonable answers to the problem. All of the employees that I communicated with were just as friendly and responsive as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Cannot say enough about the service we received from Ennis. I Purchased new Maytag Appliances for my kitchen and had them installed earlier this week. They went over and beyond installing and answering any questions we had about the appliances.

We were in a hurry to shop and replace a washer, our first time buying something new. We went to two other local places and received so-so assistance, but at Ennis the service and assistance was five-star, first rate. Such a great experience! I called this morning about a repair. I was told they would be out today between 2-4pm. At 4:50 no one had shown up. I called and was told it was scheduled for tomorrow- I verified this morning that it was TODAY. No apology. If your time is valuable don’t waste it waiting for them to show up.

Bought a clothes washer, dishwasher and refrigerator from them – all Maytag – they were good to work with on purchase and delivery. However, we’ve had terrible problems with the Maytag dishwasher and terrible problems trying to get it fixed through Ennis, too much to go into right now but I would never buy anything from them again, they do not know how to fix their dishwashers.

Went to Ennis for the first time. I talked to Kraig about buying a washing machine. He took the time to explain the different tub sizes and features between the different models. I bought a Maytag and love it. I Will be going there when I need a dryer and will recommend Ennis to anyone I hear needs an appliance.

I would not recommend anyone buying anything from these people they sold me a 800$ Washer broke from the get go.. had them come fix it and told me I did not know what I was doing and I didn’t know how todo laundry .this was inside the warranty period and refused to refund my money and the owner would not talk to me ... Bad Business all the way around

Terrible experience. Repairman came to fix my refrigerators ice maker and quoted me $250. Halfway through the repair he raised it to $400. After he raised the price, I told him I didnt want it done. He ended up causing another problem in breaking my water dispenser and I still had to pay him for the service call. I ended up paying for another problem with no resolution to the original problem. And for that reason, I cannot recommend this company.

This is my experience with this company, I was in need of repair work on my dishwasher.I called Ennis they were later by a day to look at my dishwasher, then ordered a part.Gave me a date for repair, then they were three days late and when the part was put on it did not fix the problem. Then said they would order another part, to date they have failed to return.This one company that I would never trust to fix anything in my home.
