We have stayed here while our house is being finished. I love everything about this property. The views, the community as a whole (the safeness and tranquility)(the aesthetics) (the amenities), (our apartment)...need I say more! The staff is second to none...Katie and the rest of the staff have been wonderful to us!!. They are professional and all so very friendly!And an ABSOLUTE of mine..pet friendly!!! When we were first looking, I was absolutely shocked at the cost compared to properties that were just not in the same league. (Since we are just in transition..I was willing to save a buck or two, but after doing my homework it was just the best bang for our buck). If you are looking, please don’t let this property fool you on rates when comparing with others (you’ll be pleasantly surprised!!). I don’t usually do reviews this long, but I hope my experience helps others who are looking to check this place out before you accept less for your money!

We have had a great experience over the last year!!!! Even though our apartment flooded due to a pipe break caused by extreme weather, Katie our manager took care of us to the end!!! Put us in a temporary apt. Helped with food and the maintenance team Brent is amazing as well as Kim !!! We just renewed our lease we love them all so much. The maintenance requests are answered FAST! KATIE is always here to help us. Shes awesome 💯💯💯

I rented for almost a year here before buying a home, and was absolutely impressed at how easy the team in the office made everything. From the initial leasing process to answering questions that came up, to helping with package delivery, all the way through the move-out process -- the entire team at Golston Hill was fantast! Really made it a nice place to live! Special thanks to Kim for all of her help. She is superb!

I am happy to sign up for another year at The Farm at Golston Hill. Katie, Kim and the head maintenance man Brent and his crew make this a clean, safe, quiet and comfortable living community. They have a comprehensive management plan that is proactive. They prevent problems, rather than just respond to them. They bring a wealth of management experience to everything they do. They are professional and caring in their dealings with residents. They listen and help. They take pride in what they do as a team. As a retired teacher, I give them an A+!

I have lived at golston hill for almost 2 years now and have loved it! Everyone is super friendly that lives here and the staff is great they always go out of their way to help you. I would recommend anyone to live here!

I recently moved into The Farm at Golston Hill and have had nothing, but positives to say. I love my apartment and the amenities provided. As well as the safety. Kim and her staff were welcoming and have done nothing but provide efficient and amazing service as well!

Visiting a friend who lives here, and the visitors parking lot was full. So I parked in the non-gated lot only to return from dinner to my car being towed. They had plenty available spots so there was no need to tow. Especially since they offer very limited guest parking. It would make more sense to have the non-gated lot be used for visitors and residents. $150 and hours later I finally got my car back from the tow yard at 12:30 AM. I could understand towing if you parked in the gated lot or if there was a lack of residential parking; however, this was unnecessary.

I love living at Golston Hill! Katie & Kim made me feel very welcomed and genuinely care that I loved my apartment. The maintenance team is awesome too!!

We are in our 50s and thought our time in an apartments was way behind us. But we decided to rent while we built a house. We could not have landed in a more beautiful and convenient spot. We loved being close to downtown, having groceries and food delivered, and the view of the wildlife! Clean, new, quiet and safe. It was like a year in a vacation home!

I moved here from another state before even getting the chance to tour a unit, and I’m so pleased with the outcome. Kim went above and beyond to make sure she could accommodate my move-in date and was great at giving clear instructions and reminders for what paperwork I needed to get my lease in order.The hill views really are spectacular. Green, peaceful, and quiet. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother leasing and move-in process.

After living here a year, I still love the convenience, yet peacefully secluded location of Golston Hill. It has also been great getting to know and interact with some of the other residents this summer at the pool - which is always perfectly maintained and is in a gorgeous setting as well!Renewing my lease for another year was an easy decision and management has made the whole process very simple. I have lived here 14 months and still havent had a single thing to complain about and lots to be thankful for!

We cannot thank Kim Hughes enough for helping us find a place quick and painlessly. She was always very responsive and professional- as well as all staff here. Apartments are beautiful, clean and quiet. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Gholston.

Apartment shopping with my teenager has definitely been a nightmare until we came here and spoke with Kim Hughes. She was very welcoming and did not make us feel like we needed to get out of there. She did not try to turn away my child who is 18 trying to rent his 1st home like some of the other places we went to. Thank you so much for being so nice.

My best friends mom and dad lives there and the place is immaculate. I live in East Nashville and I love coming to visit, gives me a country feel like where I grew up. I know Brent and he is great! I’m sure he is part of the reason this property is so well maintained. We really enjoyed the pool this summer and the apartment was so cozy.

Officially been a resident for 1 year. Over the years I have moved and lived in many apartments and this has been by far the best experience yet. Beautiful view spacious apartments and located in the middle of town its everything I needed and more.

I have visited one time and it is a beautiful place to live. Everything was so clean and updated. I really thought it was neat there was a dog park and pool. Plus the area is close to everything! Really gives you the country home feel.

My friend lives at this community and we used the pool all the time. Her apartment was so nice and you can tell the grounds are kept up well. She has a dog and we really enjoyed using the dog park and the clean up they did. 10/10 recommend!!

My husband and I sold our home and needed a place to stay while in Columbia TN. Kim and Katie gave us the tour and there was no question where I wanted to go. This is the most luxurious apartments I have ever seen. Top notch everything and my husband was thrilled to watch the deer walk around the buildings. Im so excited to be living there!

After losing my husband a year ago, I knew I wanted to leave Nashville and move closer to my son and family. I chose The Farm at Golston Hill not just for the property, which is beautiful, but mainly for the staff. Kim and Katie treated me with such compassion and understanding, like they were dear friends welcoming me home. I haven’t had any maintenance issues but the staff has helped me do numerous tasks that were challenging. Great central location with gorgeous views. The grounds are kept in beautiful condition.

We just moved into these apartments a few days ago and we are so happy. Such beautiful apartments with a gorgeous view. And they’re BRAND NEW! Also, you get a salt water pool, a gym, in unit laundry, a dog park, a mini dog spa, and awesome (very pet friendly) management. All of this is so hard to find, but they’ve got the full package here. Katie and Kim are seriously the best. They’ve been so welcoming and I’ve never felt more at home. So glad we found this place

We moved in mid September and we LOVE it here. The staff is amazing and so so welcoming and the apartments are beautiful! I love how pet friendly the whole complex is (it’s got a dog park and dog spa!!) and the views are amazing! We have been here since the very beginning. From the moment we walked in the doors, we felt at home. The team here goes above and beyond to make sure we have the best possible experience. We have deer and turkey that roam in our “backyard”. Our neighbors are friendly, most importantly we feel safe! If I could rate this a 10/10 they’d definitely get it !

Very nice and clean there is also a heavy police presence there so feels very safe and cozy the maintenance man is so friendly he always waves and says hello the apartments are very nice on the inside I love the flooring and and the balconys it doesnt feel to crowded and there is a pool and a gym and its really pet friendly unless you have a big dog like a pitbull or a German shepherd thats the only down side is all these places down here hate on the most important of important breeds of dogs I would really like to see that stipulation of these animals lifted but other than that everyone is wonderful and nice and friendly!!!
