Wonderful experience with Chapman! We had great/friendly experiences with all the staff (Andrew, Tony and office staff taking our calls and information), knowledgeable and will work to find the problem efficiently. They were clear when explaining the problem they found and considerate of our carpet from shoes outside to inside. Their staff communicates and the technicians read the notes before entering our house. I would highly recommend Chapman!

Called to have my heat pump checked out, the first question from the woman was how do you plan to pay for this, cash, check or credit card? She told me it would cost $100 for a tech to come out and more if they have to do anything. The technician never showed up the following week for the morning appointment. I would have expected better service in Boonville, I guess they dont need the business. I called Chapman and they were responsive and professional. My new heat pump, water heater, and softener will be installed next week by ChapmanHVAC.

From the initial phone call to the end of the emergency after hours help we received the most professional Customer service from every single employee we dealt with! I replaced HVAC system. Very professional, clear in explaining everything, on time, courteous, cleaned up pretty well. They also dealt with paperwork for rebates. Highly recommended.

The positives: The person doing the scheduling was very professional, and the tech who came out (Dan) was also very nice and knew what he was doing. They were also very responsive (came out the same day and got our AC working). I appreciate all of that.The negative: Their prices are ridiculously inflated. It was $84 for the diagnostic and ANOTHER $180 to replace the capacitor. These capacitors can be purchased at Lowes for less than $20 and they take 2 minutes to change. Yes, you need to know your way around electricity, and I am happy to pay for professional knowledge and experience. But $260 total for a $20 part that takes less then 10 minutes to fix is insulting.

Very expensive. $119 for a pound of freon is ridiculous. 4 times more then you paid for it. Over $200 for 15 minutes and 1 pound of freon.

Always great and polite service from our technician. They helped to push up our date due to selling our home. We were very appreciative of the accommodation.

Another thumbs up for Corey! Of course we had AC problems on Memorial Day Weekend during a pandemic. Corey kept us updated on his estimated arrival, identified and fixed the problem quickly. Chapman has always been fast to respond and very fair with pricing. We will never call anyone else.

We have been using Chapman’s Heating and Cooling for several years. My husband is a contractor and always uses them for any A/C and heating jobs that he might have. He feels confident in the quality work they perform and their great customer service after the job is completed. We also use them for our personal residence A/C and heat issues. I wanted to write a review regarding the exceptional experience with Chapman heating and cooling. Our technician Dan Ferguson was prompt, extremely knowledgable and professional! He thoroughly explained the problem and gave helpful advice and tips. An employee of his caliber should be recognized! I will continue to use Chapman because of this experience.

My AC stopped cooling so I called Chapman and Mike was out within an hour. He was quick to diagnose the problem and very professional. My only knock is, they wanted $180 for a part that I was able to find brand new for $17. Of course I would expect - and be willing to pay some price markup, but that was too extreme for me. Therefore I only paid the diagnostic fee and will replace the part myself.

I have used Chapmans since I bought my house in 2000. I first used them when I had an emergency with my furnace. They were very responsive and took care of the problem within a few hours of my calling them. I have had them do regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner and have had few problems. They installed a new HVAC system 4 years ago and I have been very pleased. The service people are very personable and competent. I would recommend them to everyone.

Always on time and professional! Chapman’s takes the work out of HVAC maintenance for our family with the monthly comfort club. We have scheduled maintenance twice a year and Shana calls to schedule when it’s due! Zero work on my part! Couldn’t be happier with the quality at Chapman’s!

I had Chapman install a new furnace/AC about four years ago and they have been coming back twice a year since to check up on everything. A couple months ago I had a small problem. I called them and they got to my house quick and fixed everything without issue and without charge! It really pays off to hire reputable companies to do work for you. I would recommend Chapman to anyone I know.

He was very professional, courteous and extremely customer oriented in the way that he provided helpful information on how to cost effectively maintain my HVAC units. Gerald came out yesterday to install our temporary unit to keep us cool until our full replacement appointment on Tue. The service from the phone call to Chapmans up until Gerald left was nothing but professional. They treated us like family and not just another service call.

After having my original contractor/installer go out of business Chapman has stepped up and helped just like they would have installed my heat pumps. Mike, Levi and Shana have all been very professional. They are on time and work is done as quoted. They will even call me 30 minutes before they arrive so I can leave work to meet them at our house.

Someone came and gave me a quote on my HVAC system that will need to be replaced. They were very helpful in giving me ideas and answered the questions I had.

Very good customer service. Came to my house to go over my options. Would have gone with them except for the price. Very pricey. Went with a similar unit with another company for a lot less. When I build a new house Ill use them for my ground source heating

I have had Chapman come out to look at my furnace. First it was a panel board maybe? Replaced it then it was a sensor maybe? Replaced that too! Pay fifteen dollars a month for them to come and service it . They suggested I buy a new furance , kind of pushy . WELL I decide to get someone else to what their opinion was and what they could do. They immedicately seen the bad part and they replaced it . Its been running more quietly and has not had anymore problems . Imagine THAT !!! The first two parts were from Chapman at different times. Why couldnt they found the part that was BAD ?????

We were very happy about Chapman people installing our new HVAC system. Professional services and maintenance. This is our first summer, although its kind of a cool summer, inside our house is always very nice and good utility bill since then.
