Had a wonderful experience with Green Dot in Columbia. The office staff were polite and helpful, and the technicians were very professional. I especially appreciated the time they spent with us to figure out the best solution to our problem and ensure the install was handled thoroughly; I felt they were honest and fair. They also have some newer/advanced products that I’ve not seen in this area before. Great experience all around!

These are new owners or new management of this company, not sure which. When we had an inspection to sell our home last week the inspector informed us of some deficiencies and problems with our HVAC system. We were shocked because we just installed the system in 2018 and paid extra for a more efficient unit and for some of the vents and returns to be moved (this was under different management/ownership). We had some difficulties after the original installation but were assured they were corrected back then-- guess not. Anyway, I called ASAP when I learned of this and the new owners were incredibly responsive. They apologized (even though they werent responsible for the poor work), sent someone the next business day to evaluate and their staff made all the repairs the very next day. The manager even called to talk when the job was finished and wrote a letter to our buyers detailing all of the work and repairs. My husband and I are so impressed with their service and the integrity to stand behind work they werent responsible for. We decided to see if they will come and install the new HVAC in our new home if they will travel that far!! Amazing customer service!!

I had a handler water leak issue. I put in a service request via the online form. It was not an emergency so I didnt call the phone number. Eddie Benton contacted me in a short amount of time to get a repair service appointment scheduled. Roy Brown arrived on time for the appointment. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He quickly identified, and resolved my issue. He explained the issue thoroughly, and what steps he took to resolve the issue. The technician that came to work on my system was great. His name was Kentrell. He was very polite and very professional. He really knew his trade and even after the main problem was found and solved, he kept working to solve some smaller, minor issues until everything was working as it should. Also, he took the time to answer all of my questions about how my system works and teach me the basics of how a heat pump functions. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone else.

This is an exceptional company. i am an engineer and it was really neat knowing that engineers from their company were coming to talk to me about my personal home. Hats off to John Morgan at ASAP Heating and Air. He was able to solve an ongoing heavy condensation issue since having a coil replaced in our 3 year old Goodman air handler back in June 2018. John diagnosed the issue and proposed a plan to fix the issue and it worked! The unit is now dry and functions great! He also addressed some issues that had existed since the initial install and did a super neat job. Appreciate his attention to detail. A job well done!

ASAP installed a new thermostat for us and it was so nice to come home from vacation and the house be cool!! We have always changed out thermostat while on vacation to save and the one ASAP installed allows us to change temperature setting from our phone. While I’m aware other companies may be able to install similar thermostats, I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge that the ASAP staff provided to us. We recently bought a house and knew when we purchased our house that our downstairs duct work was in bad shape. We contacted ASAP to come, take a look and help us brainstorm the best way to fix our duct work and gain more efficiency from our current system. When we contacted ASAP, we werent sure if fixing the duct work was something we would be prepared to take on immediately because of the cost estimate we received during our home inspection. However, we wanted to know if there was some interim work that could be done until we would be able to take on the whole project.Cory knew our goals and spent a lot of time in our basement and under our house getting to know our system before offering several workable solutions. One of them, of course, was to do the whole project now, but Cory merely suggested all the solutions without pressuring us to take on any one of them. However, because of ASAPs competitive pricing, we decided to go ahead and go for it.The project was a big one and it took ASAPs crew (lead by Barry!) three full days to rip out and reinstall the downstairs duct work.The crew was great - extremely courteous and professional. Cory came by the first day and helped with the introductions and to make sure that all was going to be installed as we had discussed.Despite the intrusive nature of a project like completely redoing duct work - the crew was completely unobtrusive and made the project as painless as possible for us.Weve had the new duct work for a few days now and we can already tell a huge difference in the functioning of our system. We no longer get a rush of cold air when we open the basement door and our system doesnt run constantly during the day because it cant cool our house.We had a great experience with Cory and Barry and his team. Called them to replace a defective condensate pump, which you can buy locally at any hardware store for less then $50. They charged me $389 for that plus a service call of $89.Absolute rip offWill never use them again, and will not recommend them to anyone.Outrageous
