We had an issue that we tried to fix and ended up not being able to turn the water back on for the entire house. It was after 5pm on a Sunday. We called A1 and Doug came out in less than an hour and got it fixed. The price was good for an emergency and it was such a relief to have it fixed so promptly when we though wed not get it fixed till the next day. Great service!

He showed up quickly and was super courteous. He had my drain cleaned and put back together in a short amount of time and left no mess! Great work and will definitely use again!

We called A1 Saturday morning at 7:15 after a day with no hot water. They answered immediately and a technician was at our house before 8:00 am. The tech was super polite and professional and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He replaced the broken part in short order, left a clean area where he worked, and showed us the work he did and made recommendations for better use of the water heater going forward. Would 100% recommend.

I called several plumbers in Columbia to compare prices and scheduling. Of the businesses I was able to reach (several had busy tones or I was sent to voicemail), A1 Columbia Plumbing had the lowest price and could be at my condo the fastest (as soon as 15 minutes). The were familiar with the local area and were able to easily navigate to my building. Two technicians responded. They were both polite and were easily able to fix the problem. Pricing was very reasonable and the technicians were extremely professional.
