They did a good job working with me to make sure the files and design were correct before printing began. Even more importantly, they put in the extra effort to make sure I was happy with the finished product. When I noticed a printing error four months after receiving one product, they happily fixed it for me at no extra charge. I was very happy! This was my first time ever getting a sign made. I originally started with another sign company as I went with someone that a person had sent me to. I did not like the way I was being treated and talked to, being a business owner myself I at least know something about customer service. Then my own client recommended Image 360.
