This is the WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. By time everything is said and done this will have taken two weeks to get done. Their customer service has tried to make me think my fiance lied about them spending two hours just ripping wires out, they have hung up on me, they have laughed at me, they have referred me from rep to rep and yet a manager never seems to be available. If you try and call anyone all of their voicemails are full so you cant actually talk to a person. They tried to put it on my apt complex that they were not allowed to do the wire repairs when they never even called. I work from home so using my hot spot has blown up my bill due to their inability to get an installation done. The FOURTH appointment they set was during the hours me and my spouse work. They dont want their techs to be waiting around. But it is absolutely okay for a customer to leave work early for them to accomplish nothing (which I work online). These customer services reps have been the most incompetent people I have ever spoke with. I work in the cable industry and yet they still tried to tell me lies as if I dont know how it works after 5 years. Would never recommend to anyone ever! Unfortunately where I live there are not many options of services. If you have the option, NEVER GO WITH COMCAST!!!!!!! They said our wiring was bad and thats probably true now since they did spend two hours just ripping out wires when they were supposedly repairing them. What a joke of a company. Only put one star bc I had to.
