No stars. If you have warranty on your tools. Do not bring to this company, they charge money to take apart and then if the warranty does not covered.. They will threat to charge more to put back together. My Husqvarna leaf blowers warranty does not cover by Husqvarna .. They charge me 50$ to take a part and threat to charge150$ for put together.. Other company told me that it was missing lots of parts when they tried to fix it.. They are very bad people.

Used them for snowblower repair, chainsaw chain sharpening, and miter and table saw blade sharpening. Always done right for reasonable prices.

This place is a hidden gem for small engine parts. when you come here you have to know these guys are busy! There is a reason for that. They sell snow blowers, mowers, chain saw, climbing equipment and much more. Ive worked with two of the front desk people they are are knowledgeable, Ive always been treated with respect. They want you to succeed as a do it yourselfer. They will pull up diagrams if they have to find the right parts. If they cant get you the parts they will lead you in the right direction. I wish they would buy the parts through different sites just so I could give them business. Be kind to these people as there isnt many businesses that care about their customers-Dan that buys Mcculloch parts

We had an issue with our chainsaw related to its flywheel. Guy behind the counter knew how to fix on the spot (in about 2 minutes, for free!). Other hardware stores we were talking to quoted 3 week turnaround on the fix needed.

New homeowner, and thankfully Minneapilis Saw is nearby. Ive made 2 large purchases here so far; weed whip, and snow blower. They have a great selection. More importantly, theyre not going to try to sell you something, if that makes sense. Theyll listen to your needs, and offer valid suggestions. Im going back this week for chain sharpening.

Always great service

I inherited a non-working chain saw, and brought it here asking their opinion re: cost-effectiveness to overhaul or replace. While their advice was replace with new, they also took the time to tell me why, answer my questions re: their own pricing, and also educate me re: what makes the difference when it comes to chainsaw quality and thus price. I got rid of the saw and havent decided whether to buy or rent when I need one, but if I decide to buy I will definitely choose them for purchase & repair based on their service.
