If you ever have a fire at your home call Fire Care! Jessica and her staff are the absolute best at what they do. I truly dont know what I would have done without them. They were there for us from the day after the fire until the day we moved back into our home, which was a whole year. They cleaned and stored all of my items and returned them to their proper place, like it never happened! These people really do CARE!!

My experience with Fire CareLike most people are I was in shock and not knowing where to turn when my house fire happened. But here comes Fire Care; compassionate, professional and not pushy to make a sale. The team member explained resources and decision we would have to make. Praise to the team as a calm came into my chaos. I signed them on.The people that came from Fire Care all had professionalism, tempered with consideration and concern. The heart of all of Jessica’s team players were awesome. Even though team members came from different walks of life they have an awesome working relationship and showed nothing but heart. Like I said I NEVER saw a poor attitude; just heart.They treated our items as if they were their own treasured things. They packed quickly, so things could move on but with the same or better care than most people would pack their own items.Jessica went the extra mile in making arrangements for our freezer to be placed where it could be left on. In doing so were able to keep our freshly filled freezer with organic meat.Like I said they treat you special; and respect your life and belongings. My family could not say enough about Fire Care. Jessica and Her Staff Were and Are, My EARTH ANGELS!! These people are Hard working and So Flippin HONEST! Some of them have been in Disastrous Situations themselves. So They Know Exactly what you may be going through. Their Plan of Operations is Amazing. They treated my belongings as if, they were their Own. They Treated me like a Queen. I would have been LOST, Without them. I didnt know at the time if I could Trust them or not. I was too Freaked out about my Fire. I asked GOD to show me the right thing to do. And just like THAT......Jessica took my Hands in Hers and asked if She could Pray with me. She didnt know that I had asked GOD. But I KNEW right then. GOD had sent Her to me and I could Trust Her and Her Staff. BEST Decision I ever made!! I WILL Recommend Fire Care, until my Dying Day. They WONT do you Wrong. TRUST THEM. Thank You again, Jessica.
